Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of Chinese patent medicines, in particular to kidney nourishing granules and a preparation process thereof.
Background
The traditional Chinese medicine considers that the kidney is the congenital base, the kidney stores essence, essence generates marrow, the marrow nourishes bones, the bone stores marrow, the collected marrow is the brain, the kidney essence, including the congenital essence and the acquired essence, is the material basis of the growth and development of the human body and influences each viscera of the human body; sufficient kidney essence can lead to biochemical and active bone marrow, which is filled in brain to improve hearing and eyesight, generate qi and blood to make body strong and spirit sufficient, delay aging, nourish kidney and preserve health. Kidney deficiency can cause various symptoms, including dizziness, insomnia, blurred vision, tinnitus, soreness of waist and back pain, weakness of legs and feet, sexual hypofunction, alopecia, facial wrinkles, poor resistance, and common cold.
In modern life, people often have symptoms such as insomnia, amnesia, soreness and weakness of waist and knees, mental fatigue and hypodynamia in the sub-health state, and the detection of western medicines and western medicines have poor treatment effect on the disease without obvious clinical symptoms. The traditional Chinese medicine formula 'Guilu Erxian jiao' has good treatment effect, but the formula is inconvenient to use, and with technological progress, Chinese patent medicine is produced on the basis of the formula, so that the requirements of patients can be met better.
The related technology can refer to Chinese patent invention with publication number CN105012522A, which discloses a Chinese medicine for nourishing kidney and brain, its preparation method and application, the Chinese medicine comprises carapax et Plastrum Testudinis, cornu Cervi, fructus Lycii, Ginseng radix, radix Acanthopanacis Senticosi, herba Gynostemmatis, fructus Broussonetiae, Atractylodis rhizoma, radix Angelicae sinensis, Poria, radix Rhodiolae, and rhizoma Gymnadeniae; the preparation method comprises the following steps: decocting carapax et Plastrum Testudinis and cornu Cervi in water twice, mixing decoctions, and filtering; distilling radix Angelicae sinensis and Atractylodis rhizoma with water to extract volatile oil, clathrating with beta-cyclodextrin, decocting the residue of radix Angelicae sinensis and Atractylodis rhizoma with water twice, mixing decoctions, filtering, concentrating, adding ethanol to ethanol content of 60%, stirring, standing for 12 hr, collecting supernatant, and recovering ethanol; mixing the above medicinal liquids, concentrating into fluid extract, adding the clathrate, adding adjuvants and ethanol, and granulating.
In view of the above-mentioned related technologies, the inventor believes that sucrose and other saccharides are often added to a conventional Chinese medicinal preparation as fillers, and the conventional Chinese medicinal preparation also has the functions of a flavoring agent and a binder, and is not suitable for a specific group of people who need low sugar intake, such as diabetics.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to enable the traditional Chinese medicine preparation to be suitable for people with low sugar intake such as diabetes patients, the application provides kidney nourishing granules and a preparation process thereof.

TABLE 3 Effect of drugs on blood glucose in mice
By combining example 1 and comparative examples 1-2 with tables 2 and 3, it can be seen that the use of the auxiliary materials can be significantly reduced by using the one-step granulation method, and the influence of the reduced use of the auxiliary materials on blood sugar can be significantly reduced. In addition, the influence of sucrose on blood sugar is more obvious, and the influence of sucrose on blood sugar can be obviously reduced because sucrose is not used in one-step granulation in the process.
As can be seen by combining examples 1 and 4 with table 3, the addition of aspartame had little effect on blood glucose, probably due to its small amount, but it had a better improvement in mouth feel.
As can be seen by combining examples 1 and 5 with table 3, the use of starch slurry as a liquid adhesive has some blood glucose raising effect compared to HMPC.
As can be seen by combining example 1 and comparative example 3 with Table 3, the blood sugar-elevating effect of the resistant dextrin is significantly lower than that of the conventional maltodextrin, and the blood sugar effect of the resistant dextrin is very small from the viewpoint of the whole example, and the resistant dextrin is very suitable for a sugar-free or low-sugar formulation.
