Abstract
The invention relates to a hair curtain and a preparation process thereof. The process comprises the following steps: removing hair with poor quality in wig, and screening according to length to obtain carefully selected wig; selecting wigs according to weight parts, carding, and scoring the wigs; paving one side of the split wig, and sewing and fixing to form a fixed end to obtain a preliminary fixed wig; brushing glue on the fixed end of the preliminary fixed wig to strengthen the fixation, so as to obtain the strengthened fixed wig; nursing the reinforced fixed wig to enable the hair to smoothly hang down, thus obtaining a nursing wig; and drying, ironing and trimming the hairpiece to obtain the hair curtain. The preparation process of the hair curtain greatly reduces the consumption of later-stage glue by adopting a mode of preliminary fixation through sewing, so that the hair curtain product becomes lighter, thinner and softer, becomes simpler and quicker when being worn and assembled and disassembled, does not damage the hair of a user, is more invisible and more comfortable when being worn by the user, and improves the wearing experience.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of wigs, and particularly relates to a hair curtain and a preparation process thereof.
Background
Most women in the current society pay more attention to the appearance of the women, and particularly in the hairdressing industry, various hairdressing means are widely adopted to change or change the hairstyle so as to highlight the beauty of the women. In recent years, hair extension has become increasingly popular, by which short hair can be grown and the amount of hair thickened.
The traditional hair extension in the market is divided into two categories: hot melt adhesive type hair extension and non-hot melt adhesive type hair extension. The hot melt adhesive needs to be heated during installation, the hot melt adhesive becomes hard after heating, and the wearing experience of a user is poor; meanwhile, when the glue is removed, a reagent capable of removing the glue is needed, but the glue still has residual materials, even if the glue does not remain, the hair of a user can be damaged to a certain extent, and the operation is complicated. Non-thermosol hair extension, such as woven hair curtains, can thicken and harden due to the need of folding and edge folding during the production of the product; although the user is not as cumbersome as receiving and dispensing the hot melt adhesive when unloading, the user does not have good contact and comfort when wearing.
In addition, the conventional hair curtain adopts a weaving process, and the folding cannot be avoided, so that the top end of the hair curtain is thicker and the comfort is poor by the conventional process.

The preparation process of the hair curtain greatly reduces the consumption of later-stage glue by adopting a mode of preliminary fixation through sewing, so that the hair curtain product becomes lighter, thinner and softer, becomes simpler and quicker when being worn and assembled and disassembled, does not damage the hair of a user, is more invisible and more comfortable when being worn by the user, and improves the wearing experience.
The invention provides a preparation process of a hair curtain, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
(1) Preparing raw materials: removing hair with poor quality in wig, and screening according to length to obtain carefully selected wig;
(2) The method comprises the following steps: dividing the carefully selected wig into weight parts, carding, and scoring the wig;
(3) Sewing: paving one side of the split wig, and sewing and fixing to form a fixed end to obtain a preliminary fixed wig;
(4) Brushing glue: brushing glue on the fixed end of the preliminary fixed wig to strengthen the fixation, so as to obtain the strengthened fixed wig;
(5) Nursing: nursing the reinforced fixed wig to enable hair to smoothly hang down, so as to obtain a nursing wig;
(6) Post-treatment: and drying, ironing and trimming the hairpiece to obtain the hair curtain.
Preferably, in the step (3), the sewing mode is as follows: firstly, adopting double-needle sewing and then adopting single-needle sewing.
Preferably, the density of the double needle sewing is 32-35 needles/inch; the density of the single needle sewing is 28-30 needles/inch; the distance between the single-needle sewing and the double-needle sewing is 0.1-0.2 mm.
Preferably, the glue comprises a No. 1 mixed glue, a No. 2 mixed glue and a No. 3 mixed glue; the No. 1 mixed glue comprises 1070 glue, 1090 glue, 8006 glue, CN75 glue, adhesive, recycling agent, diluent and butanone; the No. 2 mixed glue comprises 1070 glue, 1090 glue and butanone; the No. 3 mixed glue is 1070 glue, 1090 glue, degritted powder and butanone.
Preferably, the glue is applied by the following steps:
(i) Brushing a No. 1 mixed adhesive on one surface of the fixed end, and drying after finishing;
(ii) Continuing brushing the No. 2 mixed glue, and drying after finishing;
(iii) Continuing brushing the No. 3 mixed glue, and drying after finishing;
(iv) Brushing the No. 1 mixed glue on the other surface of the fixed end again, and drying after finishing;
(v) Continuing brushing the No. 2 mixed glue, and drying after finishing;
(vi) And continuing brushing the No. 3 mixed glue, and drying after finishing.
Preferably, the temperature of the drying is 45-50 ℃, and the time of the drying is 15-280 min.
Preferably, the nursing mode is as follows:
(a) Placing the reinforced fixed wig into purified water, and adding cold wave essence and shampoo for soaking;
(b) After the soaking is finished, the hair is washed for 3 to 5 times by purified water, then the hair conditioner is added for soaking, and the washing is finished.
Preferably, in the step (a), the temperature of the purified water is 90-95 ℃, and the soaking time is 15-20 min.
Preferably, in the step (b), the temperature of the purified water is 40-45 ℃, and the soaking time is 15-20 min.

(1) Preparing raw materials: selecting corresponding wig raw materials according to customization requirements, removing hair with poor hair quality in wigs, and screening according to the length to obtain carefully selected wigs;
(2) The method comprises the following steps: dividing the carefully selected wig into weight parts, carding, and scoring the wig;
(3) Sewing: one side of the split wig is paved, double-needle sewing is adopted firstly, then single-needle sewing is adopted, sewing and fixing are carried out to form a fixed end, and the preliminary fixed wig is obtained; wherein the density of the double needle sewing is 32 needles/inch; the density of the single needle sewing is 28 needles/inch;
(4) And (3) glue preparation: 50g 1070 of glue, 50g 1090 of glue, 0.08g 8006 of glue, 0.035g CN75 of glue, 10g adhesive, 5g recycling agent, 13g diluent and 40g butanone are compounded to obtain No. 1 mixed glue; compounding 70g 1070 glue, 30g 1090 glue and 50g butanone to obtain No. 2 mixed glue; mixing 60g 1070 glue, 40g 1090 glue, 0.2g deglazed powder and 50g butanone to obtain No. 3 mixed glue;
(5) Brushing glue: brushing glue on the fixed end of the preliminary fixed wig to strengthen the fixation, so as to obtain the strengthened fixed wig;
Specifically, the glue brushing mode is as follows:
(i) Brushing a No. 1 mixed adhesive on one surface of the fixed end to prevent alopecia, and drying at 45 ℃ for 15min after finishing the alopecia;
(ii) Continuously brushing the No. 2 mixed glue to increase the softness, and drying for 15min at 50 ℃ after finishing;
(iii) Continuously brushing the No. 3 mixed glue to improve toughness, and drying for 120min at 45 ℃ after finishing;
(iv) Brushing the No. 1 mixed glue on the other surface of the fixed end again, and drying for 15min at 45 ℃ after finishing;
(v) Continuously brushing the No. 2 mixed glue, and drying for 15min at 45 ℃ after finishing;
(vi) And continuously brushing the No.3 mixed glue, and drying for 280min at 45 ℃ after finishing.
(6) Nursing: nursing the reinforced fixed wig to enable hair to smoothly hang down, so as to obtain a nursing wig;
Specifically, the nursing mode is as follows:
(a) 100g of the reinforced fixing wig is put into 1000g of purified water at 90 ℃, and 20g of cold wave essence and 10g of shampoo are added for soaking for 15min;
(b) Washing with 40deg.C purified water for 3 times after soaking, adding hair conditioner, soaking for 15min, and washing.
(7) Post-treatment: and (3) drying the hairpiece at 45 ℃ for 570min, ironing the hairpiece to be dry, smooth and clean in sequence, and trimming the hairpiece to be of a certain length and thickness to obtain the hair curtain.

(5) Brushing glue: brushing glue on the fixed end of the preliminary fixed wig to strengthen the fixation, so as to obtain the strengthened fixed wig;
Specifically, the glue brushing mode is as follows:
(i) Brushing a No. 1 mixed adhesive on one surface of the fixed end to prevent alopecia, and drying at 50 ℃ for 20min after finishing the alopecia;

(iii) Continuously brushing the No. 3 mixed glue to improve toughness, and drying for 140min at 50 ℃ after finishing;
(iv) Brushing the No. 1 mixed glue on the other surface of the fixed end again, and drying for 20min at 50 ℃ after finishing;
(v) Continuing brushing the No. 2 mixed glue, and drying for 20min at 50 ℃ after finishing;
(vi) And continuing brushing the No.3 mixed glue, and drying at 50 ℃ for 260min after finishing.
(6) Nursing: nursing the reinforced fixed wig to enable hair to smoothly hang down, so as to obtain a nursing wig;
Specifically, the nursing mode is as follows:
(a) 100g of the reinforced fixed wig is put into 1000g of purified water at 95 ℃, and 20g of cold wave essence and 10g of shampoo are added for soaking for 20min;
(b) Washing with 45deg.C purified water for 5 times after soaking, adding hair conditioner, soaking for 20min, and washing.
(7) Post-treatment: and (3) drying the hairpiece at 45 ℃ for 570min, ironing the hairpiece to be dry, smooth and clean in sequence, and trimming the hairpiece to be of a certain length and thickness to obtain the hair curtain.

(vi) Continuously brushing the No.3 mixed glue, and drying for 280min at 45 ℃ after finishing;
(6) Nursing: nursing the reinforced fixed wig to enable hair to smoothly hang down, so as to obtain a nursing wig; wherein, the nursing mode is as follows:
(a) 100g of the reinforced fixing wig is put into 1000g of purified water at 90 ℃, and 20g of cold wave essence and 10g of shampoo are added for soaking for 15min;
(b) Washing with 40deg.C purified water for 3 times, adding hair conditioner, soaking for 15min, and washing;
