Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of earthquake resistance of building structure engineering, and particularly relates to an assembled shear wall with a replaceable edge component and an installation and use method thereof.
Background
In recent years, the goal of earthquake fortification of structures is gradually developing from the aspects of' falling from earthquake and life safety protection towards the direction of rapidly restoring normal living order of cities and residents after earthquake.
The reinforced concrete shear wall is used as a main lateral force resistant component in high-rise and super high-rise buildings and a first defense line for earthquake-proof design, and the earthquake-proof performance of the shear wall is of great importance to the safety of the structure. In high-rise buildings, the shear wall is generally subjected to bending failure, and deformation is mainly concentrated in a corner plastic hinge area. Meanwhile, compared with a cast-in-place shear wall, the anti-seismic performance of the fabricated shear wall is weakened to a certain extent, and the damage of a plastic hinge area of the shear wall is aggravated.
Therefore, how to design the fabricated shear wall with various performances equivalent to those of a cast-in-place fabricated shear wall, and how to not damage the fabricated shear wall or only damage the fabricated shear wall at a position capable of being rapidly repaired in an earthquake becomes one of the important problems of sustainable application of the fabricated shear wall to a building structure.

The wall corner parts on two sides of the assembled reinforced concrete shear wall are reserved with concave corners, and the wall part comprises a built-in web plate reinforced steel plate and an L-shaped wall angle steel cushion block. The reserved concave angle is provided with a replaceable edge component, and the edge component comprises an upper connecting plate, a lower connecting plate, an upper end plate, a high-strength bolt, an outer rectangular steel pipe and an energy-consuming steel plate.
The width of the steel plate along the length direction of the wall is less than 20mm of the width of the reserved concave angles at two sides of the assembly type reinforced concrete shear wall; the width of the steel plate in the wall thickness direction may be less than or equal to the wall thickness.
The size of the outer rectangular steel pipe is the same as or smaller than the length and width of the lower connecting plate, and the height of the outer rectangular steel pipe is smaller than the height of the reserved concave angle of the assembled reinforced concrete shear wall.
The energy-consuming steel plate is a straight steel plate and is arranged in the rectangular steel pipe wrapped outside, the outer surface of the steel plate is coated with silica gel, and concrete is poured around the steel plate.
The upper end plate is a steel plate, and the size of the upper end plate is 5mm smaller than the inner diameter of the outer rectangular steel pipe.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following remarkable characteristics:
1. the performance of the fabricated reinforced concrete shear wall is equal to that of a cast-in-place structure: the recessed corners are arranged at the corners on the two sides of the assembled shear wall, the recessed corners are cube blocks with the wall bodies dug out, the replaceable components are arranged at the recessed corners, and the web plate reinforcing steel plates are arranged on the wall bodies, so that the section rigidity and the bearing capacity of the shear wall are guaranteed, and meanwhile, the energy consumption capacity of the shear wall is improved to a certain extent, and the anti-seismic performance of the shear wall is improved.
2. The capability of quickly repairing after earthquake of the fabricated reinforced concrete shear wall is improved: the replaceable edge component is arranged in the plastic hinge area range of the shear wall, so that the deformation of the replaceable edge component is concentrated on the replaceable component, the wall body part does not deform or slightly deforms, and the edge component is directly replaced after the earthquake, and the operation is convenient.

The replaceable edge component 4 comprises an upper connecting plate 8, an upper end plate 9, a stiffening rib 10, an energy consumption steel plate 11, concrete 12, an outer-coated rectangular steel pipe 13, a lower connecting plate 14 and a high-strength bolt 16; the upper connecting plate 8 is provided with bolt holes 7 and is connected with embedded bolt sleeves 15 in the assembled reinforced concrete shear wall 2 through high-strength bolts 16; the lower connecting plate 14 is also provided with bolt holes 7 which are connected with embedded bolt sleeves 15 in the lower component 6 through high-strength bolts.
The two ends of the energy-consuming steel plate 11 are respectively provided with a stiffening rib 10, so that the stability of the steel plate outside the plane is enhanced, and the local damage is prevented; the centers of the energy consumption steel plates 11 are aligned with the centers of the upper connecting plate 8 and the lower connecting plate 14 and are connected in a welding mode;
the upper end of the rectangular outer-coated steel pipe 13 is opened, and the center of the lower end of the rectangular outer-coated steel pipe is aligned with the center of the lower connecting plate 14 and connected with the lower connecting plate in a welding mode; the upper connecting plate 8, the stiffening ribs 10, the energy dissipation steel plates 11, the rectangular outer-coated steel pipes 13 and the lower connecting plate 14 form a whole.
Concrete 12 is poured in the rectangular outer-coated steel pipe 13, the height of the poured concrete 12 is lower than that of the rectangular outer-coated steel pipe 13, and the steel pipe has the effect of restraining the concrete and the energy-consuming steel plate 11; the silica gel coating is arranged on the surface of the energy-consuming steel plate 11, so that the bonding between the energy-consuming steel plate 11 and the concrete 12 is relieved; meanwhile, an upper end plate 9 is placed on the upper surface of the concrete, and the upper end plate 9 is welded with an energy consumption steel plate 11; when the replaceable edge component 4 is subjected to a tensile force, the energy dissipating steel plate 11 is stretched alone; when the replaceable edge component 4 is subjected to a compressive force, the energy dissipating steel plates 11 bear the compressive force together with the concrete 12, since the concrete 12 in the steel duct is constrained by the rectangular outer cladding steel duct 13.
