the welding gun assembly comprises guide rails, a sliding assembly and a welding gun, the two guide rails are obliquely arranged on the left side and the right side of the clamping manipulator, and the oblique direction is from top to bottom and is drawn from the two sides to the center;
the sliding assembly comprises an air cylinder and a sliding block, the air cylinder is fixedly mounted at the upper end of the guide rail, and the air cylinder pushes the sliding block to slide along the guide rail;
the welding guns are fixedly arranged on the sliding blocks, and the working heads of the two welding guns face downwards.

the chain wheel set comprises a driving chain wheel set and a driven chain wheel set, the driving chain wheel set is mounted at the rear end of the rack, and the driven chain wheel set is mounted at the front end of the rack;
the driving chain wheel set comprises a speed reduction driving device, a driving chain wheel and an auxiliary wheel, the speed reduction driving device drives the driving chain wheel, the auxiliary wheel is installed on the left side of the driving chain wheel, and the driving chain wheel and the auxiliary wheel are symmetrically arranged;
the driven chain wheel set comprises a rotating seat and a rotating shaft rotatably mounted on the rotating seat, and driven chain wheels are respectively mounted at two ends of the rotating shaft;
the driving chain wheel and the chain wheel on the right side of the driven chain wheel set form chain transmission through chains, and the chain wheel on the left side of the driven chain wheel set and the auxiliary wheel form chain transmission through chains;

the release blanking device comprises an adsorption release cylinder and a material pushing cylinder, the adsorption release cylinder and the material pushing cylinder are both aligned to a blanking stop position of the cup blank clamp, and the adsorption release cylinder presses the piston rod;
the left end of the cup cylinder is provided with a plurality of hollowed-out positions, and the telescopic rod of the material pushing cylinder penetrates through the hollowed-out positions to push out the workpiece in the cup cylinder.
7. A cup handle welding device for producing a cup blank according to claim 6, wherein said handle conveying device comprises a conveying trough and a vibration generator;
the conveying groove is long, the middle part of the cross section of the conveying groove is convex, and the left side and the right side of the convex are concave;
the conveyer trough is installed vibration generator, the conveyer trough is the slope form and sets up, the export of conveyer trough is located the bottom of slope.
