The steel workpiece fixing frame 4100 is provided with four sets of slag sweeping assemblies 4110 and slag suction assemblies 4120, four welding seams of the I-beam workpiece are formed, and the four sets of slag sweeping assemblies 4110 and the slag suction assemblies 4120 are in one-to-one correspondence with the four welding seams respectively. The tool bit 4114 is arranged on the side of an output shaft of the rotating motor 4112, so that the slag sweeping range is enlarged, and the efficiency is improved. The dust suction pipe 4122 is connected with an air suction opening of the dust collector 4121 through the middle pipe 4123, the connection angle of the dust suction pipe 4121 and the middle pipe 4123 is adjustable, welding slag flies out in a divergent mode in the slag sweeping process of the cutter head 4114, the welding slag can be caused to be placed on a steel plate, and the angle of the dust suction pipe 4121 can be adjusted, so that the welding slag at any position can be absorbed. Slag removal process: the welded I-steel penetrates into a steel workpiece fixing frame 4100, the four sets of rotating motors 4112 of the slag sweeping assemblies 4110 drive the tool heads 4114 to rotate towards respective welding joints to sweep slag, the welding joints are swept from the head to the tail along with the movement of the I-steel, and in the process of sweeping the slag, the dust collector 4121 sucks the slag in respective range through the dust collection pipe 4122 until the I-steel moves to the tail, so that the slag sweeping operation can be completed.
As shown in fig. 16, the straightening mechanism 5000 includes a turning device and a straightening machine 5600, a feed port of the straightening machine 5600 is in butt joint with a discharge port of the turning device, the straightening machine 5600 includes two straightening press rollers 5610, the straightening press rollers 5610 include two straightening press rollers 5610, the two straightening press rollers are respectively used for rolling two sides of one of the wing plates of the i-steel, after the wing plates are rolled, the i-steel retreats into the turning device, and the turning device is a turning space capsule in the space capsule turning spot welding mechanism 2000.
