According to an embodiment of the present invention, the workpiece positioning device 16 includes a plurality of material stoppers 161 and a plurality of photodetectors 162, at least one material stopper 161 and a photodetector 162 are disposed in each region of the workpiece stroke limiting region 4, the material stopper 161 and the photodetector 162 are mounted on the conveying rail 11, the material stopper 161 moves in the z-axis direction to block the workpiece in the x-axis direction, the photodetector 162 is located below the workpiece, and the photodetector 162 detects whether the workpiece reaches the workpiece stroke limiting region.

Referring to the figure, the lower surface of the carrier plate 1 also bears the workpiece, and when the carrier plate 1 is placed on the chain conveying mechanism 15 for conveying, the workpiece on the lower surface of the carrier plate 1 is likely to touch the chain conveying mechanism 15, which may cause the chain conveying mechanism 15 to scratch the workpiece.

Through the arrangement of the adjusting block 181, the conveying margin L2 does not need to be set to be larger than the width of the chain conveying mechanism 15, and only L1+ L2 > L3 needs to be set, wherein L1 is the width of the adjusting block 181 along the y-axis direction, and L3 is the width of the chain conveying mechanism 15, so that the conveying margin L2 can be properly reduced only by adjusting the thickness L1 of the adjusting block 181, after the conveying margin L2 is reduced, the bearing area of the lower surface of the support plate 1 for the workpieces is increased, the number of the workpieces borne at a time is increased, the number of the workpieces processed at a time by the equipment is increased, the production efficiency of the equipment is increased, the equipment is suitable for mass production, and the production economic benefit is also increased.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a glue amount measuring device 5000 is disposed at one side of the workpiece conveying device 1000, and the glue amount measuring device 5000 performs a glue breaking process on the residual glue on the glue head before dispensing and measures the glue discharging amount of the glue head.
The glue amount measuring device 5000 includes: the device comprises a weighing windproof device 51, a weighing device 52, a glue breaking device 53 and a fluid receiving container 54, wherein the weighing device 52 is arranged in the weighing windproof device 51; the glue breaking device 53 is arranged above the weighing windproof device 51; a fluid receiving container 54 is located in the glue breaking device 53, the fluid receiving container 54 receives glue cleaned by the glue breaking device 53 from the dispensing head, and the fluid receiving container 54 is connected to the weighing device 52 for weighing the fluid in the fluid receiving container 54.
The weighing windproof device 51 comprises a bottom plate 511 and a windproof cover 512, the weighing device 52 is installed on the bottom plate 511, the windproof cover 512 is arranged on the weighing device 52 in a covering mode, the windproof cover 512 is connected with the edge of the bottom plate 511 in a sealing mode, an opening is formed in the upper end of the windproof cover 512, and the opening is communicated with the inside of the glue breaking device 53.
Glue breaking device 53 includes: the sealing cover 531 and the tension container 532, the upper end of the sealing cover 531 is provided with a glue breaking port 5311; the fluid receiving container 54 is arranged in the sealing cover 531, the tension container 532 is arranged in the fluid receiving container 54, the upper end of the tension container 532 is provided with a tension containing cavity 53221, glue is contained in the tension containing cavity 53221, the glue breaking port 5311 falls into the tension containing cavity 53221 from the top to the bottom in an orthographic projection mode, and after the glue head enters the sealing cover 531, the glue remaining on the glue head is in contact with the glue in the tension containing cavity 53221 to clean the glue on the glue head by using the tension of the glue in the tension containing cavity 53221.

The tension container 532 comprises a support 5321 and a rubber cup 5322, the support 5321 and the rubber cup 5322 are fixedly connected or integrally formed, the rubber cup 5322 is arranged at the upper part of the support 5321, the tension containing cavity 53221 is arranged on the rubber cup 5322, the rubber cup 5322 can be round or square, the tension containing cavity 53221 is preferably cylindrical, a cavity 53211 is arranged inside the support 5321, a through hole 53212 is arranged on the side wall of the support 5321, the through hole 53212 is communicated with the cavity 53211, when the glue in the rubber cup 5322 is full, the glue in the rubber cup 5322 overflows into the fluid receiving container 54, and the glue in the fluid receiving container 54 can enter the cavity 53211 in the support 5321 through the through hole 53212, so that the effective space occupied by the support 5321 is reduced, and the accommodating space of the fluid receiving container 54 for the glue is effectively increased.
The glue solution in the glue cup 5322 is used for cleaning the residual glue solution on the glue dispensing head, compared with air injection cleaning, negative pressure cleaning and wiping cleaning, the effect of cleaning through the tension of the glue solution is better, the air injection cleaning can blow the glue solution on the glue dispensing head to each corner, which is not beneficial to the collection and weighing of the glue solution and brings the problem of cleanability, the negative pressure cleaning mode can not only suck out the residual glue solution on the glue dispensing head, but also suck out the glue solution in the glue dispensing head, which can cause the influence of the weighing result and the glue outlet quantity, and the accuracy of the weighing result is reduced, the wiping cleaning has the defects that after wiping cleaning, part of glue solution still remains on the glue dispensing head, the error value of the residual glue solution on the glue dispensing head is extremely unstable, namely, the residual glue solution on the glue dispensing head is sometimes large, sometimes small, and the residual glue solution quantity can not be controlled, the fluctuation value of the amount of residual glue is large and can exceed an allowable error range, and due to the fact that the size of the dispensing head is small, the dispensing head needs to be subjected to hard touch in the process of wiping the dispensing head, the dispensing head is prone to being damaged or the position of the dispensing head changes, and when the position of the dispensing head changes, the position of the dispensing head needs to be debugged, and the use efficiency of the setting is affected.
The invention carries out glue breaking treatment on the glue dispensing head through liquid tension, and then carries out weighing, because the tension of the liquid in the glue cup is relatively stable, the stability of the amount of the glue cleaned from the glue dispensing head is higher, the fluctuation value of the amount of the glue left on the glue dispensing head is smaller, the fluctuation value of the amount of the glue left on the glue dispensing head is between-0.05 mg and +0.05 mg, and the weighing device can more accurately weigh the glue output amount of the glue dispensing head within an allowable error range.
The residual glue on the dispensing head is pulled down by the tension of the glue in the glue cup 5322, the glue does not make hard contact with the dispensing head when the glue is in contact with the residual glue on the dispensing head, the acting force on the dispensing head is small, and the dispensing head is not affected.
According to one embodiment of the invention, one side of the workpiece conveying device 1000 is provided with a glue head cleaning structure 6000, and the glue dispensing head can contact with the glue head cleaning structure 6000 to clean the glue on the glue head which is solidified or has a solidification tendency.
