The overhanging double-section rotary type external wall construction platform of claim 1, wherein the other end of the main platform is provided with a stabilizer bar which can be lifted up to the top of a building, the stabilizer bar comprises a lower pipe, a middle pipe and an upper pipe, two ends of the middle pipe are provided with reverse internal threads, the upper end of the lower pipe is in threaded connection with the lower end of the middle pipe, the lower end of the upper pipe is in threaded connection with the upper end of the middle pipe, and the outer surface of the middle pipe is provided with a handle for rotation.
