The method for using the external rotary type external wall construction platform as claimed in claim 1, wherein two external rotary type external wall construction platforms are used and are respectively disposed on the floors corresponding to the adjacent windows, and when the constructor constructs the external wall, the working platforms of the two external rotary type external wall construction platforms are movably connected together.
7. The method for using an overhanging rotary exterior wall construction platform of claim 1, wherein the working platform is capable of extending and contracting in length.
