Abstract
石膏基自流平发泡板。涉及建筑板材技术领域。连接可靠,有效提高整体稳定性、保温性。包括发泡板本体,所述发泡板本体的两侧均设有凹槽,所述凹槽的宽度小于所述发泡板本体的厚度;相邻的两个发泡板本体的凹槽的槽口相对设置,相邻的两个发泡板本体的凹槽的槽底之间设有连接块,所述连接块连接两个所述发泡板本体。所述连接块的外壁与所述凹槽的内壁之间存在间隙,所述连接块内设有空腔,所述空腔内压缩有发泡剂;所述连接块的外壁中部环设有若干连通空腔的插口,若干所述插口均位于两个发泡板本体的连接缝下方,所述插口内设有薄弱板,所述薄弱板封闭所述插口。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑板材技术领域,具体涉及一种石膏基自流平发泡板。
背景技术
石膏发泡,是通过阴离子表面活性剂和稳泡剂配制得到发泡剂,用水稀释数倍后使得发泡剂打成丰富细密的泡沫,再注入到搅拌机里面,在石膏浆里面形成均匀稳定的气泡,最终生产的石膏发泡板在不影响产品质量的前提下,可以大副降低石膏发泡板的重量,而且改变了石膏板遇水软化变质的缺点,提高了板材的适用性。
但是现有的石膏发泡板为方正的板状,在铺设时,相邻的石膏发泡板之间可能存在较大间隙,降低了若干石膏发泡板形成的墙体之间的稳定性,也降低了其保温性能。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种连接可靠,有效提高整体稳定性、保温性的石膏基自流平发泡板。
本发明采用如下技术方案实现:石膏基自流平发泡板,包括发泡板本体,所述发泡板本体的两侧均设有凹槽,所述凹槽的宽度小于所述发泡板本体的厚度;
相邻的两个发泡板本体的凹槽的槽口相对设置,相邻的两个发泡板本体的凹槽的槽底之间设有连接块,所述连接块连接两个所述发泡板本体。
所述连接块的外壁与所述凹槽的内壁之间存在间隙,所述连接块内设有空腔,所述空腔内压缩有发泡剂;
所述连接块的外壁中部环设有若干连通空腔的插口,若干所述插口均位于两个发泡板本体的连接缝下方,所述插口内设有薄弱板,所述薄弱板封闭所述插口。
所述连接缝内插设有锚钉,所述锚钉穿过所述薄弱板、连接块和发泡板本体并延伸至安装面内。
所述发泡板本体内还设有通管,所述通管的两侧分别连通同一发泡板本体的两个凹槽的槽底。
石膏基自流平发泡板的制造方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将用水稀释后的阴离子表面活性剂、稳泡剂注入到石膏浆料内,搅拌1-2分钟,得到混合料;
S2、将S2所述的混合料注入到模具内,静置、成型、取出,完毕。
所述模具包括顶部开口的流平槽,所述流平槽的侧壁开设有容置槽,所述容置槽内设有气囊,所述气囊的一侧与所述容置槽的槽口平齐,所述气囊的另一侧与所述容置槽的槽底贴合、并通过气管连通气源。
相比现有技术,本发明中将连接块的两端分别插入到相邻的两块发泡板本体的凹槽内,实现两个发泡板本体相互对接且可靠贴合,避免了通过砂浆等粘接剂连接造成连接处的保温性能降低,连接可靠,有效提高了两个发泡板本体之间的连接紧密性,进而可靠提高了整体的保温性能;通过刺破连接块,实现发泡剂的溢出,由内至外实现连接缝的填充,进一步提高连接可靠性及保温性能。

具体实施方式
下面,结合附图以及具体实施方式,对本发明做进一步描述,需要说明的是,在不相冲突的前提下,以下描述的各实施例之间或各技术特征之间可以任意组合形成新的实施例。
如图1所示,石膏基自流平发泡板,包括发泡板本体1,所述发泡板本体1的两侧均设有凹槽2,所述凹槽2的宽度小于所述发泡板本体1的厚度;
相邻的两个发泡板本体1的凹槽2的槽口相对设置,相邻的两个发泡板本体1的凹槽2的槽底之间设有连接块3,所述连接块3连接两个所述发泡板本体1。将连接块3的两端分别插入到相邻的两块发泡板本体1的凹槽2内,实现两个发泡板本体1相互对接且可靠贴合,避免了通过砂浆等粘接剂连接造成连接处的保温性能降低,连接可靠,有效提高了两个发泡板本体1之间的连接紧密性,进而可靠提高了整体的保温性能。
所述连接块3的外壁与所述凹槽2的内壁之间存在间隙,所述连接块3内设有空腔4,所述空腔4内压缩有发泡剂;
所述连接块3的外壁中部环设有若干连通空腔4的插口5,若干所述插口5均位于两个发泡板本体1的连接缝13下方,所述插口5内设有薄弱板6,所述薄弱板6封闭所述插口5。将连接块3的尺寸设置的相对较小,使得连接块3可在两个凹槽2形成的腔室内活动,实现两块发泡板本体1的初步连接,再刺破薄弱板6,使得插口5开通,位于空腔4内的发泡剂喷出,填满连接块3与凹槽2之间的缝隙,并溢出至发泡板本体1的表面,实现连接缝13的由内至外的可靠填充,进一步提高了连接可靠性及保温性能。
所述连接缝13内插设有锚钉7,所述锚钉7穿过所述薄弱板6、连接块3和发泡板本体1并延伸至安装面内。通过锚钉7的穿插,一方面实现薄弱板6的刺破,使得发泡剂溢出,另一方面可以直接将发泡板本体1在安装面上进行固定。
所述发泡板本体1内还设有通管8,所述通管8的两侧分别连通同一发泡板本体1的两个凹槽2的槽底。通过通过连通同一发泡板本体1的两个凹槽2,确保了所有凹槽2均被发泡剂填充,提高了整体的保温性能。
石膏基自流平发泡板的制造方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将用水稀释后的阴离子表面活性剂、稳泡剂注入到石膏浆料内,搅拌1-2分钟,得到混合料;
S2、将S2所述的混合料注入到模具内,静置、成型、取出,完毕。混合料进入模具后,可自动流平,得到板状的发泡板本体1。
如图2所示,所述模具包括顶部开口的流平槽9,所述流平槽9的侧壁开设有容置槽10,所述容置槽10内设有气囊11,所述气囊11的一侧与所述容置槽10的槽口平齐,所述气囊11的另一侧与所述容置槽10的槽底贴合、并通过气管12连通气源。在混合料注入前,气源通过气管12向气囊11供气,使得气囊11突出至流平槽9内,且突出的部分呈方形,混合料在注入、成型后,气源抽气,使得气囊11收缩,这样,发泡板本体1的两侧形成凹槽2,且使得发泡板本体1能快速取出。

Claims (6)
1.石膏基自流平发泡板,包括发泡板本体,其特征在于,所述发泡板本体的两侧均设有凹槽,所述凹槽的宽度小于所述发泡板本体的厚度;
相邻的两个发泡板本体的凹槽的槽口相对设置,相邻的两个发泡板本体的凹槽的槽底之间设有连接块,所述连接块连接两个所述发泡板本体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的石膏基自流平发泡板,其特征在于:所述连接块的外壁与所述凹槽的内壁之间存在间隙,所述连接块内设有空腔,所述空腔内压缩有发泡剂;
所述连接块的外壁中部环设有若干连通空腔的插口,若干所述插口均位于两个发泡板本体的连接缝下方,所述插口内设有薄弱板,所述薄弱板封闭所述插口。
3.根据权利要求2所述的石膏基自流平发泡板,其特征在于:所述连接缝内插设有锚钉,所述锚钉穿过所述薄弱板、连接块和发泡板本体并延伸至安装面内。
4.根据权利要求3所述的石膏基自流平发泡板,其特征在于:所述发泡板本体内还设有通管,所述通管的两侧分别连通同一发泡板本体的两个凹槽的槽底。
5.制造如权利要求1所述石膏基自流平发泡板的方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1、将用水稀释后的阴离子表面活性剂、稳泡剂注入到石膏浆料内,搅拌1-2分钟,得到混合料;
S2、将S2所述的混合料注入到模具内,静置、成型、取出,完毕。
6.根据权利要求5所述石膏基自流平发泡板的制造方法,其特征在于,所述模具包括顶部开口的流平槽,所述流平槽的侧壁开设有容置槽,所述容置槽内设有气囊,所述气囊的一侧与所述容置槽的槽口平齐,所述气囊的另一侧与所述容置槽的槽底贴合、并通过气管连通气源。
