Abstract
本发明涉及一种输电线路发热变色涂料,原料按质量份数配比为:硅酸钾100‑105份、硅溶胶1‑10份、硅丙乳液1‑8份、变色粉10‑80份、聚乙二醇1‑2份、三乙醇胺0.5‑2份、去离子水10‑100份。本发明用于电力导线和金具等部位的故障巡查。具有温度敏感性高、显色明显等特点。涂料为有机无机复合结构,有机材料赋予涂料韧性,避免开裂形变等问题。无机物强化涂料在耐高温和机械强度方面的性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,特别涉及一种输电线路发热变色涂料。
背景技术
输电线路在雷击或短路等故障时,瞬间温度飙升,造成导线和金具等发生灼伤或烧蚀,若不及时发现和检修将会酿成安全事故。由于电力设备分布广泛,故障巡查工作量较大,尤其对细微部位的探测精度较低,无法满足故障快速识别与定位的要求。
发热变色涂料涂于导线和金具表面,当导线和金具因故障发热而达到临界危险温度时,涂膜颜色发生变化,通过颜色变化示警,提示采取补救措施。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种输电线路发热变色涂料,温度敏感性高、显色明显等特点。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案实现:
一种输电线路发热变色涂料,原料按质量份数配比为:硅酸钾100-105份、硅溶胶1-10份、硅丙乳液1-8份、变色粉10-80份、聚乙二醇1-2份、三乙醇胺0.5-2份、去离子水10-100份。
所述的变色粉为感温变色粉。
一种输电线路发热变色涂料的制备方法,包括:
(1)按照质量份数配比取原料;
(2)将硅酸钾、聚乙二醇、三乙醇胺加入涂料分散机中搅拌0.5-1小时,接着加入硅溶胶、硅丙乳液、变色粉、去离子水搅拌1-5小时,过滤后得到涂料。
与现有的技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明用于电力导线和金具等部位的故障巡查。具有温度敏感性高、显色明显等特点。
涂料为有机无机复合结构,有机材料赋予涂料韧性,避免开裂形变等问题。无机物强化涂料在耐高温和机械强度方面的性能。
涂料中的聚乙二醇、三乙醇胺是水溶性分子,通过分子间的互溶和缠绕;硅酸钾先与水性的聚乙二醇、三乙醇胺混合,形成稳定的分散体系,确保涂料的储存稳定性;提高硅酸钾在涂料中的分散和储存稳定性。
硅酸钾和硅溶胶是无机成膜物,无机材料的耐高温性能良好,可以长期运行在1000℃以下的温度环境中,为涂料提供了耐高温的载体。
变色粉为涂料提供颜色,当温度超过100℃以上时发生颜色改变,赋予涂料变色示警功能;为输电线路巡查和检修提供颜色标识。
硅丙乳液作为成膜物不仅可以耐受瞬间200℃左右的高温冲击,还可以增加涂料的韧性;涂料中的去离子水用于调节固含量和粘度。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步说明:
以下实施例对本发明进行详细描述。这些实施例仅是对本发明的最佳实施方案进行描述,并不对本发明的范围进行限制。
实施例中硅酸钾牌号为GHSK;硅溶胶牌号为SC101-1;硅丙乳液牌号为GHS98A-3;变色粉牌号为感温变色粉;聚乙二醇和三乙醇胺为化学纯;去离子水采用陶氏牌反渗透纯水机自制。
实施例1
输电线路发热变色涂料的制备:将硅酸钾100公斤、聚乙二醇1公斤、三乙醇胺0.5公斤加入涂料分散机中搅拌0.5小时,接着加入硅溶胶1公斤、硅丙乳液1公斤、变色粉10公斤、去离子水10公斤搅拌1小时,过滤后得到涂料。
将涂料涂装在金属导线上,涂层厚度为40±5微米,在室温下固化一周后,放置在110℃的马弗炉中90秒,观察到涂料从白色变为浅棕色,变色完整且均匀。
实施例2
输电线路发热变色涂料的制备:将硅酸钾100公斤、聚乙二醇2公斤、三乙醇胺2公斤加入涂料分散机中搅拌1小时,接着加入硅溶胶10公斤、硅丙乳液8公斤、变色粉80公斤、去离子水100公斤搅拌5小时,过滤后得到涂料。
将涂料涂装在金属导线上,涂层厚度为60±5微米,在室温下固化一周后,放置在200℃的马弗炉中90秒,观察到涂料从白色变为深棕色,变色完整且均匀。
实施例3
输电线路发热变色涂料的制备:将硅酸钾100公斤、聚乙二醇1.5公斤、三乙醇胺1公斤加入涂料分散机中搅拌1小时,接着加入硅溶胶7公斤、硅丙乳液5公斤、变色粉25公斤、去离子水30公斤搅拌3小时,过滤后得到涂料。
将涂料涂装在金属导线上,涂层厚度为50±5微米,在室温下固化一周后,放置在100℃的马弗炉中90秒,观察到涂料从白色变为浅棕色,变色完整且均匀。
实施例4
输电线路发热变色涂料的制备:将硅酸钾102公斤、聚乙二醇2公斤、三乙醇胺0.5公斤加入涂料分散机中搅拌0.5小时,接着加入硅溶胶10公斤、硅丙乳液3公斤、变色粉15公斤、去离子水10公斤搅拌2小时,过滤后得到涂料。
将涂料涂装在金属导线上,涂层厚度为80±5微米,在室温下固化一周后,放置在150℃的马弗炉中90秒,观察到涂料从白色变为棕黄色,变色完整且均匀。
实施例5
输电线路发热变色涂料的制备:将硅酸钾100公斤、聚乙二醇1.8公斤、三乙醇胺1.5公斤加入涂料分散机中搅拌1小时,接着加入硅溶胶1公斤、硅丙乳液8公斤、变色粉50公斤、去离子水60公斤搅拌4小时,过滤后得到涂料。
将涂料涂装在金属导线上,涂层厚度为30±5微米,在室温下固化一周后,放置在170℃的马弗炉中90秒,观察到涂料从白色变为棕黄色,变色完整且均匀。
实施例6
输电线路发热示温涂料的制备:将硅酸钾103公斤、聚乙二醇1公斤、三乙醇胺0.5公斤加入涂料分散机中搅拌1小时,接着加入硅溶胶10公斤、硅丙乳液1公斤、变色粉40公斤、去离子水70公斤搅拌5小时,过滤后得到涂料。
将涂料涂装在金属导线上,涂层厚度为50±5微米,在室温下固化一周后,放置在280℃的马弗炉中90秒,观察到涂料从白色变为深棕色,变色完整且均匀。
本专利采用涉及的涂料具有遇热变色的功能,通过颜色变化示警,提示采取补救措施,为电力设备的巡查和检修提供便利。
Claims (3)
1.一种输电线路发热变色涂料,其特征在于,原料按质量份数配比为:硅酸钾100-105份、硅溶胶1-10份、硅丙乳液1-8份、变色粉10-80份、聚乙二醇1-2份、三乙醇胺0.5-2份、去离子水10-100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种输电线路发热变色涂料,其特征在于,所述的变色粉为感温变色粉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种输电线路发热变色涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
(1)按照质量份数配比取原料;
(2)将硅酸钾、聚乙二醇、三乙醇胺加入涂料分散机中搅拌0.5-1小时,接着加入硅溶胶、硅丙乳液、变色粉、去离子水搅拌1-5小时,过滤后得到涂料。
