The invention discloses an alternative fruit net-sleeving packaging machine which comprises a net-sleeving processing device, a rack, a net-sleeving packaging device and an output device. The net cover processing device comprises a net cover disc, a mounting plate, a conveying wheel set, a side pressing plate, a horizontal pressing plate, an electric heating cutter, a cylinder, a motor and a synchronous belt; the net sleeving and packaging device comprises a net sleeving paw, a packaging sleeve, a push plate and a linear module. The output device comprises a conveying belt, a sliding chute and a baffle plate. The fruit enters the net packing device, the net cover is output through the net cover processing device, the net cover packing device struts the net cover and pushes the fruit into the net cover, the fruit and the net cover are pushed out together, the fruit and the net cover are attached to each other, the packed fruit is output by the conveying device, and the packing operation is completed. The invention has the advantages of high working efficiency, high reliability, clear motion rule, convenient manufacture and the like.
