then the first rolling shaft rotates reversely, a dirty bed sheet is released, the first rolling shaft rotates reversely to drive the second deflector rod to open the second baffle plate, the bed sheet falls into the storage box from the open position of the bottom surface of the first box body, the first magic tape and the second magic tape are still bonded, the bed sheet cannot fall off, the second deflector rod moves back, the second baffle plate falls down to press the bed sheet, the first rolling shaft continues to rotate until the magic tape is torn off, the second deflector rod pulls the second baffle plate off again, the bed sheet falls out, and then the first rolling shaft can drive the cleaning rolling shaft to clean the first rolling shaft;
when a bed sheet needs to be replaced, a nursing person opens the flap gate, one end of the new bed sheet is adhered to the first rolling shaft through the magic tape, the first rolling shaft rotates to roll the new bed sheet, the first rolling shaft rotates reversely, the second shifting lever shifts the rolling shaft assembly back to the tooth section meshing position, the first shifting lever drives the cleaning rolling shaft to unfold the first baffle, the rolling shaft assembly moves forwards while rotating to leave the bedside backrest box body, a new sheet is released to be left below the first baffle during rotation, the first baffle presses one end of the new bed sheet to facilitate pulling and flattening the new bed sheet, when the rolling shaft assembly moves to the bed tail box body, the bed sheet is pressed by the first baffle, the magic tape can be torn by the first rolling shaft, and the rolling shaft unit stops being arranged in the bed tail box body;
when the bed sheet does not need to be replaced, the first rolling shaft can also be used for massaging the back and the legs of the patient, when the patient leaves and the bed sheet is removed, the first rolling shaft is sleeved with the cleaning sleeve shaft, and the bed sheet can also be used for cleaning the bed sheet.
