The arrangement in which the mattress is located between the first transfer wheel 6211 and the second transfer wheel 6212 and is slightly gripped and moved forward when the first transfer wheel 6211 and the second transfer wheel 6212 are rotated allows a forward feed force to be applied to the mattress on each bed plate 2, allowing the mattress on each bed plate 2 to be moved forward. When there is no redundancy of mattress on the bed board, the mattress cannot be transported forward, since the first 6211 and second 6212 transfer wheels grip the mattress slightly, enabling one of the first 6211 or second 6212 transfer wheels to slip on the mattress, the other not to rotate.

When the first adjusting assembly 3 of the first group rotates, namely the first bed plate 2 slides upwards, the chain transmission mechanism of the third group starts to work, so that a mattress on the bed plate 2 of the third group can move forwards, when the first adjusting assembly 3 of the second group rotates, namely the second bed plate 2 slides upwards, the chain transmission mechanism of the first group starts to work, so that a mattress on the bed plate 2 of the first group can move forwards, when the first adjusting assembly 3 of the third group rotates, namely the bed plate 2 of the third group slides upwards, the chain transmission mechanism of the second group works, so that a mattress on the bed plate 2 of the second group can move forwards, and through the circulation, the mattress can continuously move forwards and can be replaced finally.
The lifting structure 623 comprises a second connecting rod 6231, a second eccentric wheel 6232 is fixedly connected to the second connecting rod 6231, a second roller is arranged at the bottom of the connecting block 6223, the second eccentric wheel 6232 is in rolling connection with the second roller, and the second connecting rod 6231 is in rotational connection with the bedstead 1. By arranging the lifting structure 623, the transfer structure 621 and the mattress are ensured to synchronously slide up and down, so that the mattress is always in a smooth state, and the transmission effect is prevented from being influenced by wrinkles.

The above steps complete a cycle, in which a section of mattress at the end of the bed is transferred to the position of the third group of bed boards 2, that is, the mattress completes the transfer of 3 bed boards 2 in the cycle, the above cycle continues once, the section of mattress at the end of the bed completes the transfer of 6 bed boards 2, and the other section of mattress at the end of the bed is transferred to the position of the third group of bed boards 2.
