The mattress is positioned between the first transfer wheel 5311 and the second transfer wheel 5312 and slightly clamps the mattress, and when the first transfer wheel 5311 and the second transfer wheel 5312 rotate, the mattress moves forward, and the arrangement can enable the mattress on each bed plate 2 to have a forward conveying force, so that the mattress on each bed plate 2 can move forward. When the patient's body is pressed against the mattress, the mattress cannot be transported forward, since the first transfer wheel 5311 and the second transfer wheel 5312 are slightly gripping the mattress, one of the first transfer wheel 5311 or the second transfer wheel 5312 slips on the mattress and the other does not rotate.

The first water spray holes 12 are arranged above the bed plate 2, the first water spray holes 12 are divided into two groups, the first water spray holes 12 in the two groups are arranged in a staggered mode, the bed plate 2 is divided into two groups and respectively corresponds to the two groups of the first water spray holes 12 one by one, and the two groups of the first water spray holes 12 spray water in sequence.
