Detailed Description
The following describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings.
The invention provides a consumer-based experience center, which comprises an information acquisition system, a central processing system, an environment simulation system and a motion control system.
The information acquisition system acquires information of color, light intensity, size and the like of the consumer goods by using an optical sensor (including but not limited to a vision sensor, a CCD camera, a laser radar and the like). Particularly, when the light-sensitive element is used for a certain consumer product such as a house, the lighting information of the house can be collected by the light-sensitive element, the information can be long-time continuous data, and for example, the jewelry can digitize visual information of multiple angles by a CCD camera. Acoustic sensors (including but not limited to microphones, radar, etc.) are utilized to collect information about sound waves, vibrations, etc. of the consumer product. In particular to a consumer product such as a house, the actual dwelling noise is collected by sound collectors arranged in the corners of the room.
The information acquisition system acquires thermodynamic and other information of the consumer product by using a temperature sensor (including but not limited to a platinum resistor, an optical fiber sensor, infrared temperature measurement and the like). The temperature sensor is used for measuring the indoor and outdoor temperature difference of a house to simulate the heat preservation performance of the house, and the temperature sensor is used for measuring the heating curve of a certain radiator.
The information acquisition system acquires information such as humidity of the consumer product by using a humidity sensor (including but not limited to a dew point meter, a humidity sensitive resistor and the like). Specifically to a consumer product, a humidity-sensitive resistor may be used to measure the humidity response curve of a humidifier.
The information acquisition system acquires information such as pressure, weight, air pressure and vacuum degree of the consumer product by using a pressure sensor (including but not limited to a piezoresistor, a semiconductor device and the like). For example, a barometer may be used to collect the state of a consumable in different weather conditions, such as cloudy days, rainy days, and sunny days, under different atmospheric pressures.
The information acquisition system acquires information on gas components, odors, tastes, etc. of the consumer products using chemical sensors including, but not limited to, semiconductor gas sensors, optical gas analyzers, object component analyzers, etc. To a certain consumer product, for example, a chemical sensor may be used to capture the taste and odor of the food product.
Information acquisition systems utilize motion sensors (including but not limited to position sensors, angle sensors, velocity sensors, gyroscopes, etc.) to acquire motion characteristics of consumer products.
The central processing system stores, screens and analyzes big data of the data collected by the information collecting system, and processes the data into information data (including but not limited to visual data, sound data, smell and taste data, temperature data, pressure data, humidity data and motion data, etc.) which can be received by the environment simulation system. In the data processing process, the original data is processed, and a model of the consumer goods can be established by using the data, so that the use process of the consumer goods is dynamically estimated. For example, the collected temperature data of the house environment in spring is used for estimating the indoor temperature in winter
The environment simulation system restores the visual data output by the central processing system to visual information using a visual imaging system (including but not limited to a virtual reality head-mounted display device, a projector, a lidar, etc.). The sound data output by the information acquisition system is restored to sound wave information by using a sound system (including but not limited to earphones, sound boxes and the like).
The environment simulation system restores the temperature data output by the central processing system to an environment temperature state by using the temperature control system, restores the humidity data output by the central processing system to an environment humidity state by using the humidity control system, and restores the pressure data output by the data processing system to an environment pressure state by using the pressure control system. The control of temperature, pressure and humidity plans to establish an individual test chamber, the steady state control of the temperature in the chamber is realized by controlling the temperature of the air in the chamber and the temperature of the chamber wall, the pressure control system improves or reduces the atmospheric pressure in the test chamber through an air compressor and a dry vacuum pump which are lubricated without oil and water, a mechanical arm made of bionic materials gives a given tactile pressure to a consumer, the humidity control system plans to improve or reduce the humidity in the test chamber through an atomizing device and a molecular sieve, and the temperature, the pressure and the humidity in the environment plan to establish a fuzzy neural network PID model and a sliding mode control model to couple and decouple environmental factors so as to carry out the dynamic control of an environmental system.
The environment simulation system utilizes the gas generator and the taste generator to perform state reduction on the smell data and the taste data output by the central processing system.
And the motion control system dynamically restores the speed and position information output by the central processing system. A specific embodiment is a robot arm that can utilize multiple degrees of freedom, which is precisely controlled in motion by servo motors that control the various degrees of freedom.
The original information data are restored through the environment simulation system and the motion control system, so that consumers can experience various characteristics of required consumer goods at different time and on different occasions, and a novel business consumption experience mode of online consumption and offline experience is achieved. Specifically, a certain consumer product can experience sound insulation conditions of purchased houses in daytime and at night, heat preservation performance and lighting conditions all the year round, and for example, experience heat preservation performance of a certain down jacket and the like by using the experience center.
The method comprises the following steps of installing all mechanisms in a rack 1, keeping the rack 1 warm and sealed, simultaneously starting an environment refrigerating mechanism 3 and a refining station refrigerating mechanism 7 to obtain required low temperature, collecting hail, making the hail into a regular clamping model through an embedding mold, placing the model in a feeding mechanism matched with a rough sawing machine 2 for clamping, controlling through a stepping motor to obtain a slice with the thickness of 10-30mm, placing the rough slice into a refining station, fixing the rough slice by the refining station refrigerating mechanism 7, and after setting required parameters, starting a cutter mechanism 4 to realize continuous chip scraping to obtain the refined slice with the set thickness, wherein the precision of the refined slice can reach 2-5 mm.
The foregoing are merely exemplary embodiments of the present invention, and common general knowledge in the field of art, including common general knowledge in the field of the invention as it appears on the filing date or its priority date, will be readily available to those skilled in the art and readily available to others skilled in the art having the benefit of the present disclosure.
