the liquid level sensor is arranged in any cavity of the second space 4 and used for detecting the liquid level in any cavity;
and the controller is used for controlling the switch states of the first switch, the second switch, the third switch, the fourth switch and the communication switch.
And initially, if the user uses the softener, the first switch, the first communicating switch, the second communicating switch and the third switch are turned on, and the second switch is turned off. The softener is located in the first space 3 and the second space 4, and the softener flows from the softener inlet 13 to the first space 3 and the second space 4 and then flows from the first space 3 and the second space 4 to the softener outlet 6. The detergent flows from the detergent inlet 12 through the detergent chamber 2 to the second detergent outlet 11.
If the user does not use the softener initially, the first switch is turned off, and the second switch, the first communication switch, the second communication switch and the third switch are turned on; the detergent can then enter the first, second and third cavities 9, 10 of the second space 4 and the third space 5 in sequence from the detergent chamber 2 and finally exit through the first detergent outlet 7.
When a subsequent user wants to continue using the softener, the softener is thrown into the first space 3 from the inlet of the softener cavity 1, and the softener flows out from the first space 3 through the softener outlet 6. For the convenience of the user, the volume of the first space 3 should be designed to be equal to or greater than the amount of softener consumed in one washing.
At this time, the second switch is turned off; the liquid level conditions of the first cavity, the second cavity 9 and the third cavity 10 are detected by liquid level sensors.
If none of the first, second and third cavities 9, 10 are detergent free; the third switch is controlled to be turned off, and the first switch and all the communication switches are controlled to be turned on, so that the softener in the first space 3 flows into the second space 4.
When the second space 4 has detergent present, the fourth switch is controlled to be turned off and the third switch is controlled to be turned on, so that only the detergent in the second space 4 is used.
Specifically, if two adjacent cavities exist, one cavity has detergent, and the other cavity does not have detergent, the communication switch between the two connected cavities is controlled to be turned off, and the first switch and the other communication switches are controlled to be turned on. Illustratively, if detergent is present in the second and third chambers 9, 10, the fourth switch is first turned off and the third switch is turned on to give priority to the use of the detergent in the softener chamber 1, as shown in fig. 2. Then the first connecting switch is turned off, and the first switch is turned on; at this time, the softener can enter the first cavity from the first space 3, namely, the storage space of the softener increases the space of the first cavity. It should be noted that, after a period of time, if the detergent in the third cavity 10 is used up, but the detergent still exists in the second cavity 9, the second connection is turned off, the first connection switch is turned on, and the rest switches remain unchanged in the original state, and at this time, the softener can enter the third cavity 10 from the first cavity, that is, the storage space of the softener increases the space of the third cavity 10.
The specific detergent box structure provided by the embodiment of the invention can reduce the space of part of the softener cavity to increase the space of the detergent cavity when a user does not use the softener, thereby avoiding the waste of the space of the softener cavity. And the detergent cavity can be gradually reduced and the softener cavity can be enlarged if the user subsequently has the requirement of the softener, so that the use of the user is greatly facilitated.
In an embodiment, the present invention further provides a detergent box, which includes the specific detergent box structure provided in the above embodiment, and the structure is described in detail in the above embodiment, and thus is not repeated herein.
According to the detergent box provided by the embodiment of the invention, the waste of the space of the softener cavity can be avoided through the detergent box structure, the space of the detergent cavity is increased, the frequency of adding detergent by a user is reduced, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In one embodiment, the invention further provides a washing machine, which comprises the detergent box provided in the embodiment.
According to the washing machine provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the softener is not used, the space of a part of the softener cavity can be reduced so as to increase the space of the detergent cavity, so that the waste of the space of the softener cavity is avoided. And the requirement that the space of the detergent cavity and the softener cavity are enlarged can be met if the user subsequently has the requirement of the softener, so that the use experience of the user is improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the present invention provides a control method for a washing machine, which is applied to the washing machine provided in the above embodiment, and the method includes the following steps:
when the fact that the softener is placed in the first space of the softener cavity and a command of using the softener is received is detected, the second switch is controlled to be turned off, so that detergent in the detergent cavity is forbidden to flow into the softener cavity;
acquiring the liquid level condition of the detergent in the second space in the softener cavity;
and controlling the working state of a switch in the detergent box according to the liquid level condition.
Specifically, taking the structure of the detergent box in fig. 2 as an example, when the user uses the softener initially, the first switch, the first communication switch, the second communication switch, and the third switch are turned on, and the second switch is turned off. The softener is positioned in the first space and the second space, and the circulation mode of the softener is that the softener enters the first space and the second space from the softener inlet and then flows to the softener outlet from the first space and the second space. The detergent flows from the detergent inlet through the detergent chamber to the second detergent outlet.
If the user does not use the softener initially, the first switch is turned off, and the second switch, the first communicating switch, the second communicating switch and the third switch are turned on; at this time, the detergent can enter the first cavity, the second cavity, the third cavity and the third space of the second space from the detergent cavity in sequence, and finally flows out through the first detergent outlet.
When a subsequent user wants to continue using the softener, the softener is put into the first space from the inlet of the softener cavity, and the softener flows out from the first space through the outlet of the softener. It should be noted that, for the convenience of the user, the volume of the first space should be designed to be equal to or greater than the amount of the softener consumed in one washing.
At this time, the second switch is turned off; and liquid level conditions of the first cavity, the second cavity and the third cavity are detected through the liquid level sensor.
If none of the first, second and third cavities contain detergent; and controlling the third switch to be turned off, and controlling the first switch and all the communication switches to be turned on so that the softener in the first space flows into the second space.
When the detergent exists in the second space, the fourth switch is controlled to be turned off, and the third switch is controlled to be turned on, so that only the detergent in the second space is used, and so that only the detergent in the second space is used.
Specifically, if two adjacent cavities exist, one cavity has detergent, and the other cavity does not have detergent, the communication switch between the two connected cavities is controlled to be turned off, and the first switch and the other communication switches are controlled to be turned on. Illustratively, as shown in fig. 2, if detergent is present in the second and third chambers, the fourth switch is first turned off and the third switch is turned on to preferentially use the detergent in the softener chamber. Then the first connecting switch is turned off, and the first switch is turned on; at this time, the softener can enter the first cavity from the first space, namely, the storage space of the softener increases the space of the first cavity. It should be noted that, after a period of time, if the detergent in the third cavity is used up, but the detergent still exists in the second cavity, the second connection is turned off, the first connection switch is turned on, the rest switches are kept unchanged, and the softener can enter the third cavity from the first cavity, that is, the storage space of the softener is increased by the space of the third cavity.
According to the control method of the washing machine provided by the embodiment of the invention, when a user does not use a softener habit, an idle softener space is used as a detergent space. When a user wants to use the softener and the idle softener space is used as the detergent space, a certain softener space can be dispensed through the electromagnetic valve and the liquid level sensing and matching to store the softener. The space is fully utilized, and the space utilization rate and the user experience are improved.
