As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, there is provided a washing machine including a controller configured to implement any one of the control methods of embodiment 1 to perform a mid-course laundry adding operation in a washing course.
Preferably, the washing machine further comprises:
a housing formed with an accommodation chamber;
a laundry treating tub disposed within the accommodating chamber;
a water tank for temporarily storing water discharged from the inside of the laundry treating tub during a midway laundry adding process, wherein: the water tank is arranged above the clothes treatment barrel and is provided with a water inlet channel and a water return channel which are respectively communicated with the clothes treatment barrel.
Preferably, the washing machine further comprises: and a detergent box for putting detergent into the laundry treatment tub. Wherein the detergent box is provided with a water return port communicated with the water return channel so as to lead the water in the water tank to flow back into the clothes treatment barrel through the detergent box.
In the clothes adding process of the washing machine in the embodiment, water in the clothes treatment barrel enters the water inlet channel (the water channel 1 in the figure) through the shunt valve and enters the water tank for temporary storage through the water inlet channel, and when clothes are added, the water feeding valve on the water return channel is opened, and the water returns to the clothes treatment barrel through the detergent box. The mode saves pipelines, reduces the change to the internal structure of the washing machine and further reduces the cost.
In the embodiment, the washing machine realizes the function of adding clothes in the middle through a logic control program under the condition that the structure of the door body is not changed.
When a user has clothes adding requirements in the main washing water inlet and rinsing stages, the user can click the option of 'midway clothes adding', the water level sensor firstly judges the water level, and if the water level is higher than the door opening water level at the moment, a water discharging program is operated. The partition valve of the drain pump opens the water inlet channel and delivers water to the dedicated water tank under the action of the drain pump. And when the water level sensor judges that the water level is lower than the door opening water level, closing the drainage pump to wait for the user to add clothes. After the user adds clothes, the user clicks start/pause, the water supply valve is switched from off to on, water in the water tank flows into the inner barrel from the detergent box, and the washing program is continuously operated.
It should be noted that the capacity of the dedicated water tank is obtained by the lowest door opening level, which is the level that can be reached when the load is at the highest level. In addition, a prompt module for adding clothes halfway can be optimized, an option of 'adding clothes halfway' is added in the conventional mode selection, when the mode is used, three displays of 'less', 'middle' and 'more' can be displayed on the display panel, a small amount of clothes can be added, a middle amount of clothes can be added and a large amount of clothes can be added correspondingly, when the logic judgment prompts that the user puts in clothes of corresponding levels, the corresponding load levels can flash and/or send corresponding voice prompts, and the user can be intuitively made to understand the put levels.
Based on the control method in embodiment 1, a specific operation process of the washing machine is also provided in this embodiment. When a user puts forward a requirement of adding clothes halfway, the drum washing machine firstly judges that the washing machine is in a washing process state, if the washing process of the washing machine is at or before washing weighing, the rotating speed of the washing machine is reduced to 50rpm or below, the door lock is opened, and the display module prompts the user to add clothes halfway, and weighing, water inlet, washing, rinsing and dewatering are carried out again.
When the washing flow of the washing machine is in a main washing water inlet stage, whether the current water level SW is smaller than a preset door lock opening water level SW1 or not is judged, if SW is larger than SW1, a drainage pump is opened to discharge water to a special water tank, after clothes are added halfway, the water can be pumped back into a cylinder, and then washing weighing data M and the maximum washing capacity M of the washing machine are compared. If SW < SW1, the inner drum of the washing machine is reduced to 50rpm or below; then it is performed whether the washing stage remaining time Tx is greater than half the total washing stage time T. If Tx is greater than T/2, the clothes weight M obtained by washing weighing is compared with the maximum washing capacity M of the washing machine, and then the user is prompted to put in the level of the load. If Tx < T/2, the user is directly prompted to deliver only "few" levels of load without comparing the values of M and M.
As shown in fig. 2, is a logic for comparing a weight M of clothes according to a washing weight with a maximum washing capacity M of the washing machine. When 0-m-n/10, users are prompted to add "little" load or "medium" load or "much" load halfway; when the M/10-woven fabric-M-woven fabric is woven fabric-M/3, prompting a user to add a 'less' load or a 'medium' load in the middle; when the M/3-woven fabric (M) woven fabric (M), prompting a user to add less load in the midway; otherwise, the user is prompted that the clothes cannot be added halfway.
When the washing machine stage enters the rinsing stage, when a user has a requirement for adding clothes halfway, the turbidity value is judged before the door lock is opened, besides the water level and the washing time, the voltage value at the moment is judged by the turbidity sensor to be compared with the clear water voltage, and the reference voltage U1 (general) and U2 (dirtier) with 2 grades of pollution turbidity of the turbidity sensor are set. When U0> U2, the water level and the washing time are judged immediately to determine the load level of the clothes put in by the user. When U0< U2, the current main washing solution is in a dirty state, and the rotating speed is reduced to 50rpm or below, so that the user is prompted to throw the 'less' load or no load.
In the rinsing stage and after the rinsing stage, if the user has a demand for clothes halfway, the "rinsing dehydration" program is directly run. If the user has the requirement of adding clothes in the middle of the dehydration stage, the 'single dehydration' program is directly operated.
"Low" load for prompt drops indicates: the clothes with the weight below M/10 can be roughly smaller clothes such as socks, towels and the like. "medium" load means: the clothes with the weight of M/10 to M/3 can be roughly short-sleeved clothes, shirts and the like. "Multi" load means: clothing items having a weight ratio of M/3 may be, for example, pieces of clothing such as jackets, etc.
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are specifically illustrated and described above. Claims (9)
1. A control method of a washing machine, the washing machine comprising: a housing formed with an accommodation chamber; a laundry treating tub disposed within the accommodating chamber; the control method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
after receiving the midway clothes adding instruction, the washing machine judges the current washing stage of the washing machine;
selecting a corresponding clothes adding judgment mode according to the washing stage to determine whether the washing machine can add clothes halfway in the current washing stage;
when the halfway adding clothes is determined, the washing machine controls the water level and/or the rotating speed of the clothes processing barrel to meet the clothes adding permission condition and prompt the halfway adding clothes, and the washing machine continues to execute the current washing stage after the halfway adding clothes is finished; when the halfway adding of the clothes is determined to be impossible, the washing machine continues to execute the current washing stage and prompts that the halfway adding of the clothes is impossible;
the washing stage of the washing machine comprises a main washing water inlet stage and a rinsing stage, and the step of selecting a corresponding clothes adding judgment mode according to the washing stage to determine whether the washing machine can add clothes midway in the current washing stage comprises the following steps:
when the washing machine is in a main washing water inlet stage, selecting the clothes adding judgment mode to judge whether midway clothes addition can be carried out or not by combining the current water level, the current rotating speed, the residual washing time and the load ratio of the clothes treatment barrel;
when the washing machine is in a rinsing stage, selecting the clothes adding judgment mode to judge whether midway clothes adding can be carried out or not by combining the turbidity value, the current water level and the current rotating speed of the clothes treatment barrel;
wherein:
the step of selecting the clothes adding judgment mode to judge whether midway clothes adding can be performed or not by combining the current water level, the current rotating speed, the residual washing time and the load ratio of the clothes treatment barrel comprises the following steps:
judging whether the current water level in the clothes processing barrel is lower than a preset door lock opening water level or not;
when the current water level is lower than the preset door lock opening water level, adjusting the rotating speed of the clothes processing barrel to be a second preset rotating speed or lower than the second preset rotating speed, and if the residual washing time is less than a preset residual time lower limit, prompting a user that a small amount of clothes can be added in a clothes adding instruction; if the residual washing time is greater than the preset time lower limit, combining the current load ratio prompt with a corresponding clothes adding prompt;
when the current water level exceeds the preset door lock opening water level, draining all or part of water in the clothes treatment barrel, temporarily storing the water so that the water level in the clothes treatment barrel is lower than the preset door lock opening water level, and prompting a corresponding clothes adding prompt by combining the current load ratio;
when the washing machine is in the rinsing stage, the step of selecting the clothes adding judgment mode to judge whether midway clothes adding can be performed or not by combining the turbidity value, the current water level and the current rotating speed of the clothes treatment barrel comprises the following steps:
judging whether the turbidity value exceeds a preset turbidity value or not, and judging whether the clothes can be added midway or not according to a clothes adding judgment mode when the washing machine is in a main washing water inlet stage when the turbidity value exceeds the preset turbidity value; when the turbidity value does not exceed the preset turbidity value, judging whether the current water level of the clothes processing barrel exceeds a preset door lock opening water level, wherein:
when the current water level exceeds the preset door lock opening water level, draining all or part of water in the clothes treatment barrel, temporarily storing the water to enable the water level in the clothes treatment barrel to be lower than the preset door lock opening water level, and prompting a user that a small amount of clothes can be added or the clothes cannot be added midway after the clothes treatment barrel is decelerated; when the current water level does not exceed the preset door lock opening water level, the clothes adding indication for prompting the user after the speed of the clothes processing barrel is reduced is that a small amount of clothes can be added or the clothes cannot be added midway.
2. The control method of a washing machine according to claim 1, wherein when it is determined that the halfway-adding is not possible, the washing machine enters a next washing stage after the current washing stage is performed, selects a corresponding adding judgment manner in the next washing stage, and re-judges whether the halfway-adding is possible.
3. The method for controlling a washing machine according to claim 1, wherein the washing stage of the washing machine includes a weighing stage, and the selecting the corresponding clothes adding determination manner according to the washing stage further includes:
when the washing machine is in the weighing stage, the clothes adding judgment mode is that the washing machine can add clothes midway.
4. The control method of a washing machine according to claim 1, wherein the controlling the rotation speed of the laundry treating tub to satisfy the condition for permitting the addition of the laundry and prompting that the addition of the laundry is possible includes:
adjusting the rotating speed of the clothes processing barrel to a first preset rotating speed or lower than the first preset rotating speed;
the washing machine sends out a prompt that the clothes can be added halfway to inform a user of the clothes adding operation.
5. The control method of a washing machine according to claim 1, wherein the clothes-adding prompt corresponding to the current duty ratio prompt includes:
when the current load is within a first preset load ratio range, prompting a clothes adding instruction of a user to add medium-amount clothes or multiple-amount clothes;
when the current load is within a second preset load ratio range, prompting a user of a clothes adding instruction that a small amount of clothes or a medium amount of clothes can be added;
when the current load is within a third preset load ratio range, prompting the user that a small amount of clothes can be added;
and when the current load exceeds the upper limit of the third preset load proportion range, prompting that the clothes cannot be added midway.
6. The method for controlling a washing machine according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the washing stage of the washing machine includes a dehydration stage, and the selecting the corresponding laundry adding determination manner according to the washing stage further includes:
when the washing machine is in the dehydration stage, the clothes adding judgment mode is that the default washing machine can not add clothes halfway.
7. A washing machine, characterized in that the washing machine comprises a controller configured to implement the control method of any one of claims 1-6 to perform a mid-course laundry-adding operation during a washing process.

The washing machine as claimed in claim 7, comprising a water tank for temporarily storing water discharged from the laundry treating tub during the course of the halfway laundry, wherein: the water tank is arranged above the clothes treatment barrel and is provided with a water inlet channel and a water return channel which are respectively communicated with the clothes treatment barrel; if the washing machine needs to add clothes halfway and the water level of the clothes treatment barrel is higher than the door-opening water level, water of the washing machine is discharged to the water tank, and the water of the water tank is added into the clothes treatment barrel again through the water return channel after the clothes halfway are added.
9. The washing machine as claimed in claim 8, further comprising: a detergent box for putting detergent into the laundry treatment tub;
wherein the detergent box is provided with a water return port communicated with the water return channel so as to enable water in the water tank to flow back into the clothes treatment barrel through the detergent box.
