Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, the same numbers in different drawings refer to the same or similar elements, unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the following exemplary examples do not represent all implementations consistent with the application. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with aspects of the application as detailed in the accompanying claims.
The terms "first," "second," and the like are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated. In the following description of the embodiments, the meaning of "a plurality" is two or more, unless explicitly defined otherwise.
First, the prior art to which the present application relates will be described and analyzed.
At present, a plurality of washing machines have a voice control function, the voice control function can be realized through a voice module arranged in the washing machine and a sound box independent from the washing machine, the function of the washing machine can be voice broadcast through the voice control function in the prior art, and a user is guided to set washing parameters and washing programs through keys on the washing machine or through voice instructions so as to control the operation of the washing machine. However, during the running process of the washing program, the user cannot instruct the user to modify the washing program or the washing parameters or add clothes, laundry liquid and the like through the voice broadcast of the washing machine, and the user cannot determine whether the user can perform the correction operation or not, which may cause the failure of the correction operation of the user, thereby affecting the use experience of the user or making the user unable to fully utilize the correction operation which can be performed by the washing machine to achieve the purpose of correction.
The inventor found in the study that, since the user cannot determine whether a certain correction operation conflicts with the current operation phase of the washing program only by broadcasting the functions of the washing machine through the voice of the washing machine, the correction operation of the user may fail, thereby affecting the use experience of the user. Therefore, after the user is determined to need to perform the correction operation, the current operation stage of the washing program can be determined, the correction operation which does not conflict with the current operation stage of the washing program can be performed through voice broadcasting, the user can be guided to determine the correction operation to be performed in the correction operation which can be performed, and the failure of the correction operation of the user can be avoided. And because only through the function that the washing machine voice broadcast washing machine had, the user can't confirm all correction operations that can go on of the current washing program operation stage, make the user unable to make full use of the correction operations that the washing machine can go on to reach the purpose of correction, therefore after confirming that the user needs to carry out correction operations, can voice broadcast all correction operations that can go on of the current washing program operation stage, make the user learn all correction operations that can go on, thus make full use of the correction operations that the washing machine can go on to reach the purpose of correction.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an application scenario of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, a washing device includes a washing machine 1 and a sound box 2, wherein the sound box 2 is an output device of the washing device, and the sound box 2 may be independent of the washing machine 1 or may be disposed inside the washing machine 1. As shown in fig. 1, a user may press a pause key on the washing machine 1 to input a correction command, and after determining that the correction command is received, the washing device may determine a current washing program operation stage and a correction operation that may be performed in the current washing program operation stage, and voice broadcast the correction operation that may be performed in the current washing program operation stage through the sound box 2.
The following describes the technical scheme of the present application and how the technical scheme of the present application solves the above technical problems in detail with specific embodiments. The following embodiments may be combined with each other, and the same or similar concepts or processes may not be described in detail in some embodiments. Embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a voice broadcasting method according to an embodiment of the present application, which provides a voice broadcasting method for solving the problem that a user cannot instruct the user to perform a correction operation, and the user cannot determine whether the user can perform the correction operation, which may cause failure of the correction operation of the user, or the user cannot fully utilize the correction operation that can be performed by the washing machine to achieve the purpose of correction. The method in the embodiment is applied to a voice broadcasting device, and the voice broadcasting device can be located in the laundry equipment. The washing device can be any device with a washing function. Such as pulsator washing machines, drum washing machines, agitator washing machines, industrial washing machines, washing and drying machines, and the like.
As shown in fig. 2, the method specifically comprises the following steps:
step S101, judging whether a correction instruction input by a user is received.
The mode of inputting the correction instruction by the user is not particularly limited, for example, the user can input the correction instruction through a designated key provided by the washing equipment, can input the correction instruction through voice, and can also input the correction instruction through an application program capable of controlling the washing equipment. For example, the correction instruction may be a pause instruction, and the designation key may be a pause key provided to the laundry device, and the user may input the correction instruction by pressing the pause key.
In the embodiment of the application, the user inputs the correction instruction to enable the washing equipment to broadcast the correction operation which can be carried out in the current washing program operation stage in a voice way.
Step S102, if a correction instruction is received, determining the current operation stage of the washing program.
In embodiments of the present application, the laundry program run phase may include one or more of the following: the washing stage, the rinsing stage, the dehydrating stage, the drying stage, etc., which are not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Specifically, one laundry program may include a plurality of laundry program operation phases, and after determining that the correction command is received, the current laundry program operation phase is determined to determine the correction operation that is currently available.
In embodiments of the present application, the corrective action may include modifications to the laundry program, such as elimination of the drying phase; the correction operation may also include modification of laundry parameters such as modification of water temperature, modification of rinse times, modification of spin-drying speed, etc.; the corrective action may also include turning on and off functions of the laundry appliance, such as turning off an ironing-free function; the corrective action may also include adding clothing, adding laundry detergent, adding sanitizing liquid, etc.
Step S103, determining the available correction operation corresponding to the current operation stage of the washing program.
The available correction operation corresponding to the current washing program operation stage comprises correction operation corresponding to the current washing program operation stage and correction operation corresponding to the unfinished washing program operation stage. The correction operation corresponding to the washing program operation stage is the correction operation which can be executed by the washing equipment and the user in the washing program operation stage. For example, the modification operation executable by the laundry apparatus during the drying stage may include increasing a drying time period, the modification operation executable by the laundry apparatus during the dehydrating stage may include increasing the number of times of dehydration, and the modification operation executable by the user during the washing stage may include increasing laundry.
Specifically, the storage space may store correction operations corresponding to each washing program operation stage, and the unfinished washing program operation stage may be determined according to the sequence of each washing program operation stage and the current washing program operation stage in the washing program, the correction operations corresponding to the current washing program operation stage and the correction operations corresponding to the unfinished washing program operation stage are obtained from the storage space, and the correction operations corresponding to the current washing program operation stage and the correction operations corresponding to the unfinished washing program operation stage are determined as the performable correction operations corresponding to the current washing program operation stage. Wherein the storage space may be in a memory located within the laundry appliance,
the washing program comprises a set washing program operation stage and a sequence of the washing program operation stages, wherein the unfinished washing program operation stage is the washing program operation stage sequenced after the current washing program operation stage.
For example, the sequence of the operation phases of the washing program in the set washing program is washing, rinsing and dewatering, the correction operation corresponding to the rinsing phase may include adjusting the rinsing times, the correction operation corresponding to the dewatering phase may include adjusting the dewatering times, and if the current operation phase of the washing program is the rinsing phase, the determination of the available correction operation corresponding to the current operation phase of the washing program includes adjusting the rinsing times and adjusting the dewatering times.
Step S104, voice broadcasting of the available correction operation is performed, so that a user determines the correction operation to be performed.
Specifically, after determining the available correction operation corresponding to the current operation stage of the washing program, the available correction operation is voice-broadcast. The order of the correction operations that can be performed by the voice broadcast is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present application, for example, the correction operations corresponding to the sequential broadcast of the current operation phase and the unfinished operation phase of the washing program in the washing program may be performed.
In the embodiment of the application, after the correction operation which can be performed is broadcasted through voice, the user can acquire the correction operation which can be performed, and the user can determine the correction operation to be performed in the correction operation which can be performed.
In the embodiment of the application, whether a correction instruction input by a user is received is judged; if the correction instruction is received, determining the current operation stage of the washing program; determining an available correction operation corresponding to the current washing program operation stage; and broadcasting the available correction operation by voice so as to enable the user to determine the correction operation to be performed. After receiving the correction instruction, the user can be guided to confirm the correction operation to be performed in the correction operation which can be performed by confirming the correction operation which can be performed currently in the current operation stage of the washing program, and the user can be prevented from failing in correction operation by voice broadcasting the correction operation which can be performed currently; and the user can acquire all the available correction operations through voice broadcasting, so that the user can fully utilize the available correction operations of the washing machine to achieve the purpose of correction.
Alternatively, one implementation of determining whether a correction instruction input by a user is received may be: and if the correction broadcasting voice command is collected, determining that the correction command input by the user is received.
Specifically, the washing equipment can collect the sound signal sent by the user through the input device, and if the sound signal sent by the user comprises at least one keyword corresponding to the corrected broadcasting voice command, the corrected broadcasting voice command is determined to be collected, and the corrected command input by the user is received. For example, the keyword corresponding to the correction broadcasting voice command may be "correction" and/or "correction broadcasting", which is not limited in particular in the embodiment of the present application.
In the embodiment of the application, the correction instruction input by the user is determined to be received by determining that the correction broadcasting voice instruction is collected, so that the user can input the correction instruction without pressing a designated key or using an application program of the controllable washing equipment, the flexibility of inputting the correction instruction is improved, and the user can conveniently input the correction instruction when the user is far away from the washing equipment and the terminal provided with the application program of the controllable washing equipment.
Alternatively, an alternative implementation of determining whether a correction instruction input by the user is received may be: and if the pause instruction triggered by the user is received, determining to receive the correction instruction input by the user.
In the embodiment of the application, the manner of triggering the pause instruction by the user is not particularly limited, and the user can trigger the pause instruction by pressing the pause key provided by the washing machine, can trigger the pause instruction by inputting the pause voice instruction, and can trigger the pause instruction by an application program of the controllable washing equipment.
In the embodiment of the application, if the user triggers the pause instruction, the user may need to perform the correction operation, for example, the user may need to add clothes or change a washing program, change a washing parameter, and the like, and the washing equipment may respond to the pause instruction triggered by the user and voice broadcast the correction operation which can be performed, so that the user determines the correction operation to be performed.
Optionally, if it is determined that the correction instruction input by the user is received by determining that the pause instruction triggered by the user is received, after determining that the correction instruction input by the user is received, the following steps may be further performed: judging whether the number of times of using the washing machine by a user is larger than a preset number of times; if the number of times of using the washing machine by the user is larger than the preset number of times of using, the correction operation which can be performed is not broadcasted through voice.
The preset usage times can be preset or changed according to actual needs, for example, 1 time, 10 times, 20 times, etc., which is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In the embodiment of the application, if the number of times of using the washing machine by the user is greater than the preset number of times of using the washing machine, the correction operation which can be performed by the user is determined to be well known, the correction operation which can be performed can be not broadcasted by voice, and the user can directly determine the correction operation to be performed after triggering the pause instruction.
In the embodiment of the application, whether the number of times of using the washing machine by a user is larger than the preset number of times of using is judged; if the number of times of using the washing machine by the user is larger than the preset number of times of using, the correction operation which can be performed is not broadcasted through voice. Whether the user can proficiently use the washing equipment or not can be determined by judging whether the number of times of using the washing machine by the user is larger than the preset number of times of using the washing machine or not, and whether the user is familiar with the available correction operation or not can be determined, so that after the user is familiar with the available correction operation, the available correction operation is not broadcasted through voice when the user triggers a pause instruction, the user can broadcast through voice only when the user needs to broadcast guidance, and useless broadcasting can be avoided.
Example two
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a voice broadcasting method according to a second embodiment of the present application, where, based on the first embodiment, the embodiment relates to a specific process of performing a correction operation to be performed on a laundry device, where after a user determines the correction operation to be performed, the user determines the correction operation to be performed.
As shown in fig. 3, the method specifically comprises the following steps:
step S201, receiving a correction control voice command input by a user.
The correction control voice command comprises identification information for determining a correction operation to be performed by a user. The identification information of the correction operation to be performed may be information indicating a unique correction operation, such as a number, a name, etc. of the identification information of the correction operation to be performed, which is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In the embodiment of the application, if the user determines that the correction operation to be performed is to modify the laundry parameter or increase the laundry detergent, the correction control voice command input by the user may further include a number word for indicating the laundry device to perform the correction operation according to the number word and the identification information of the correction operation. For example, the user-inputted correction control voice command may be "increase rinsing once", wherein "increase rinsing" determines the identification information of the correction operation to be performed for the user, "once" is a number of words, and the laundry device increases the number of rinsing times and the number of increased rinsing times is one according to the correction control voice command.
Step S202, identifying the identification information of the correction operation to be performed in the correction control voice command, and executing the correction operation corresponding to the identification information of the correction operation to be performed.
Specifically, the memory space may store a correspondence between the identification information of the correction operation and the correction operation, identify the identification information of the correction operation to be performed in the correction control voice command after receiving the correction control voice command input by the user, determine the correction operation corresponding to the identification information of the correction operation to be performed according to the correspondence between the identification information of the correction operation and the correction operation, and execute the correction operation corresponding to the identification information of the correction operation to be performed.
Optionally, after determining the correction operation to be performed, other laundry parameters may be adjusted according to a preset adjustment policy corresponding to the correction operation to be performed. The preset adjustment strategy is adjusted to a mode of adjusting other washing parameters corresponding to the correction operation. For example, if the correction operation to be performed is to add laundry detergent, the washing time period may be reduced according to the corresponding preset adjustment policy.
In the embodiment of the application, a correction control voice command input by a user is received, identification information of correction operation to be performed in the correction control voice command is identified, and correction operation corresponding to the identification information of the correction operation to be performed is executed. The correction control voice command input by the user is received, the correction operation to be performed by the user can be determined, and the correction operation to be performed is performed.
Example III
On the basis of any embodiment, after receiving a correction control voice command input by a user, the embodiment of the application may include: the embodiment of the application relates to refinement of an implementation manner of the correction operation which can be performed by voice broadcasting in step S104 on the basis of sending the identification information of the correction operation to be performed and the current operation stage of the washing program to a server, and fig. 4 is a flowchart of a voice broadcasting method provided in the third embodiment of the application, as shown in fig. 4, specifically including the following steps:
step S301, obtaining the number of correction operations corresponding to the identification information of at least one type of correction operations that can be performed corresponding to the current operation stage of the washing program in the server.
In embodiments of the present application, the server may be a digital computer in various forms, such as a cloud server, a desktop computer, a workstation, a blade server, a mainframe computer, and other suitable computers.
In the embodiment of the application, after the correction control voice command is input by the user, the washing equipment sends the identification information of the correction operation to be performed in the correction control voice command and the current washing program operation stage to the server, and the server can determine the times of the correction operation to be performed, which are determined by the user of all the same washing equipment in each washing program operation stage, according to the identification information of the correction operation to be performed and the current washing program operation stage, and store the identification information of the correction operation, the times of the correction operation and the corresponding washing program operation stage in a correlated manner.
Alternatively, after performing the correction operation or controlling the washing apparatus to perform the correction operation, the washing apparatus may recognize the performed correction operation and transmit identification information corresponding to the performed correction operation to the server. For example, the laundry apparatus may determine whether the user performs a correction operation of adding laundry by determining whether the weight of the laundry apparatus content increases, and if it is determined that the user performs the correction operation of adding laundry, send identification information of the added laundry to the server.
In the embodiment of the application, after receiving the correction instruction and determining the current operation stage of the washing program, the washing equipment can send a frequency acquisition request to the server to acquire the frequency of the correction operation which can be performed and corresponds to the current operation stage of the washing program, wherein the frequency acquisition request can comprise the identification information of the current operation stage of the washing program and the correction operation which can be performed; after receiving the number acquisition request, the server can determine the number of correction operations corresponding to the identification information of the correction operations that can be performed in the current washing program operation stage according to the identification information of the correction operations that can be performed in the current washing program operation stage, and send the number of correction operations corresponding to the identification information of the correction operations to the washing equipment.
In step S302, if it is determined that the correction operations corresponding to the identification information of the correction operations are multiple, the correction operations that can be performed are voice-broadcast in the order of the corresponding times from large to small.
In the embodiment of the application, if the correction operation corresponding to the identification information of the correction operation is determined to be one type, the correction operation is broadcasted; if the correction operation corresponding to the identification information of the correction operation is determined to be multiple, the correction operation which can be performed is broadcasted through voice according to the sequence from the large to the small according to the corresponding times.
In the embodiment of the application, a plurality of available correction operations are broadcast according to the sequence from large to small according to the corresponding times, so that the available correction operations with more times determined as the correction operations to be conducted can be broadcast preferentially, and a user can know preferentially that the user is more likely to determine the available correction operations as the correction operations to be conducted.
Optionally, the available correction operation of the voice broadcast may be adjusted according to the identification information of the correction operation to be performed in the server. For example, the available correction operation may include adjusting the water temperature, and the correction operation corresponding to the identification information of the correction operation to be performed in the server is an up-regulation water temperature, and the adjusted water temperature in the available correction operation of the voice broadcast may be adjusted to the up-regulation water temperature.
In the embodiment of the application, the number of correction operations corresponding to the identification information of at least one type of correction operations which can be performed and correspond to the current operation stage of the washing program in the server is obtained; if the correction operation corresponding to the identification information of the correction operation is determined to be multiple, the correction operation which can be performed is broadcasted through voice according to the sequence from the large to the small according to the corresponding times. The available correction operations determined to be performed more frequently can be broadcast preferentially, the user can be made to know preferentially the available correction operations more likely to be determined to be performed, and the time for the user to know the required available correction operations can be reduced.
Example IV
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a voice broadcasting device according to a fourth embodiment of the present application. The voice broadcasting device provided by the embodiment of the application can execute the processing flow provided by the embodiment of the voice broadcasting method. As shown in fig. 5, the voice broadcasting device 50 includes: the system comprises a judging module 501, a stage determining module 502, an operation determining module 503 and a broadcasting module 504.
