receiving a power failure recovery request sent by the washing machine;
reading the latest washing state information reported by the washing machine according to the power failure recovery request, determining a target washing program according to the latest washing state information, and sending the information of the target washing program to the washing machine according to the physical address of the washing machine.

The method of claim 1, wherein when the current operation phase of the first laundry program is a washing phase, the information on the laundry status further includes an operated time of the first laundry program in the operation phase, and the determining the target laundry program according to the latest laundry status information includes:
when the operation stage in the latest laundry state is a washing stage, determining the first laundry program as the target laundry program if the operated time of the first laundry program in the washing stage is less than half of the total time of the washing stage;
if the running time of the first washing program in the washing stage is more than or equal to half of the total time of the washing stage, the total time of the washing stage of the first washing program is shortened to obtain the target washing program.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the reducing the total time of the washing phase of the first washing program to obtain the target washing program comprises:

4. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining a target laundry program according to the latest laundry state information comprises:
when the operation stage in the latest washing state is a rinsing stage, judging whether the first washing program has a drying stage;
if the first washing program has no drying stage, judging whether the washing machine has a rinsing and dewatering program, if so, determining the rinsing and dewatering program as the target washing program, and if not, shortening the total time of the washing stage of the first washing program to obtain the target washing program;
and if the first washing program has a drying stage, judging whether the washing machine has a rinsing, dewatering and drying integrated program, if so, determining the rinsing, dewatering and drying integrated program as the target washing program, and if not, shortening the total time of the washing stage of the first washing program to obtain the target washing program.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the reducing the total time of the washing phase of the first washing program to obtain the target washing program comprises:
the target laundry program is obtained by shortening the total time of the washing stage of the first laundry program to a minimum value.

The method of claim 1, wherein when the operation phase of the first laundry program is the dehydration phase, the laundry state information further includes a remaining operation time of the first laundry program in the operation phase, and the determining the target laundry program according to the latest laundry state information includes:
when the operation stage in the latest washing state is a dehydration stage, judging whether the first washing program has a drying stage;
determining a single dehydration program as the target laundry program if the first laundry program has no drying stage and the remaining time of the first laundry program in the dehydration stage is not 0;
if the first laundry program has a drying stage and the residual running time of the first laundry program in the dehydration stage is not 0, judging whether the laundry machine has a dehydration and drying program or not, if the laundry machine has the dehydration and drying program, determining that the dehydration and drying program is the target laundry program, and if the laundry machine does not have the dehydration and drying program, shortening the total time of the washing stage and the total time of the rinsing stage of the first laundry program to obtain the target laundry program;
and if the first laundry program has a drying stage and the remaining operation time of the first laundry program in the dehydration stage is 0, determining that the single drying program is the target laundry program.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the reducing the total time of the washing phase and the total time of the rinsing phase of the first laundry program to obtain the target laundry program comprises:
and shortening the total time of the washing stage and the total time of the rinsing stage of the first washing program to the minimum value to obtain the target washing program.

The method of claim 1, wherein when the current operation phase of the first laundry program is a drying phase, the laundry state information further includes a remaining operation time of the first laundry program in the drying phase, and the determining the target laundry program according to the latest laundry state information includes:
