Control method for washing equipment and washing equipment
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of clothes washing, and particularly provides a control method for washing equipment and the washing equipment.
Background
With the progress of science and technology, the automation level of human life is higher and higher, and daily housework is gradually replaced by machines from manpower. The washing equipment is used as a common household appliance in daily life, and brings great convenience to the life of people. The washing apparatuses are classified according to washing methods, and may be roughly classified into pulsator washing machines and drum washing machines. In order to increase the washing demand of users, various washing procedures are applied to the washing machines on the market, so as to improve the washing performance of the washing machine.
In the prior art, once a user sets a washing program in the operation process of a washing machine, the washing program cannot be changed in the middle, for example, the user finds that clothes are washed by mistake and needs to add the clothes midway, and if the washing program is reset, the washing program can be reset after shutdown and restart are needed; if the washing program is not reset, the washing is continued according to the original washing program, the residual washing time is short, the added clothes are difficult to clean, and the user experience is reduced no matter what type of washing is adopted.
Therefore, there is a need in the art for a new control method for a washing apparatus and a washing apparatus to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems in the prior art, that is, to solve the problem that the washing program of the existing washing equipment cannot be adjusted halfway, the present invention provides a control method for a washing equipment, the washing equipment comprises a washing tub and a door body, the control method comprises the following steps: judging whether the door body is opened or not under the condition that the washing equipment is in a washing stage; if the door body is opened, acquiring the current weight of the clothes in the washing bucket; and judging whether to adjust the washing program of the washing equipment according to the current weight.
In a preferred embodiment of the above control method, the step of "determining whether to adjust the washing program of the washing device according to the current weight" includes: judging whether the current weight is larger than the initial weight of the clothes in the washing barrel; and if the current weight is larger than the initial weight, adjusting the washing program of the washing equipment.
In a preferred embodiment of the above control method, the step of "determining whether to adjust the washing program of the washing device according to the current weight" includes: if the current weight is less than or equal to the initial weight, the washing program of the washing apparatus is not adjusted.
In a preferred embodiment of the above control method, the step of "adjusting the washing program of the washing device" includes: the washing time of the washing apparatus is increased and/or additional detergent is dosed.
In a preferred embodiment of the above control method, after increasing the washing time of the washing device and/or adding additional detergent, the control method further comprises: respectively detecting a first turbidity and a second turbidity of the washing water according to a preset time interval; judging whether to increase the washing time again according to the first turbidity and the second turbidity.
In a preferred embodiment of the above control method, the step of "determining whether to increase the washing time again based on the first turbidity and the second turbidity" includes: judging whether the difference value of the first turbidity and the second turbidity is larger than a preset deviation threshold value or not; counting the times of increasing the washing time if the difference value of the first turbidity and the second turbidity is larger than a preset deviation threshold value; and judging whether to increase the washing time again and/or to put in additional detergent again according to the counted times.
In a preferred embodiment of the above control method, the step of "determining whether to increase the washing time again based on the first turbidity and the second turbidity" further comprises: if the difference value between the first turbidity and the second turbidity is less than or equal to the preset deviation threshold value, the washing time is not increased, and additional detergent is not added.
In a preferred embodiment of the above control method, the step of "determining whether to increase the washing time again and/or to add additional detergent again according to the counted number of times" includes: judging whether the counted times are smaller than a preset time threshold value or not; if the counted number of times is less than the preset number threshold, the washing time is increased again and/or additional detergent is dosed again.
In a preferred embodiment of the above control method, the step of "determining whether to increase the washing time again and/or to add additional detergent again according to the counted number of times" further includes: and if the counted times are greater than or equal to the preset time threshold value, the washing time is not increased, and additional detergent is not added.
In addition, the invention also provides washing equipment which comprises a controller, wherein the controller is configured to execute the control method.
As can be understood by those skilled in the art, in a preferred embodiment of the control method of the present invention, in a case where the washing machine is in a washing stage, it is determined whether the door is opened; if the door body is opened, acquiring the current weight of the clothes in the washing bucket; and judging whether to adjust the washing program of the washing machine according to the current weight. Compared with the technical scheme that the washing program of the existing washing machine cannot be adjusted midway, the washing machine provided by the invention judges whether to adjust the washing program of the washing machine according to the current weight under the condition that the washing machine is in the washing stage, so that the washing program of the washing machine can be adjusted in the running process of the washing machine, the washing program can be adjusted midway without shutting down or restarting the washing machine, the operation program is simplified, and the use experience of a user is improved.
Further, if the door body is opened and the current weight of the laundry in the washing tub is greater than the initial weight of the laundry, indicating that the user has added the laundry into the washing tub, the current washing program is set according to the initially added laundry, and it is difficult to clean all the laundry (i.e., the initially added laundry and the currently added laundry) using the current washing program, the washing program is adjusted to clean all the laundry; if the door body is opened, but the current weight of the clothes is less than or equal to the initial weight of the clothes, the door body is accidentally opened, or a user opens the door body to observe the washing condition and the like, and the clothes are not added into the washing barrel, all the clothes (namely the initially added clothes) can be cleaned by adopting the current washing program, the washing program does not need to be adjusted, whether the washing program needs to be adjusted or not is accurately judged, the washing program is prevented from being adjusted under the condition that the clothes are not added, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Further, in the course of adjusting the washing program, since the washing machine has washed for a period of time before the laundry is added into the washing tub, the remaining washing time is short, the amount of the laundry is increased, it is difficult to clean all the laundry (i.e., the initially added laundry and the currently added laundry), especially the currently added laundry, in order to clean all the laundry, the washing time is increased and/or additional detergent is added, and the first turbidity and the second turbidity of the washing water are detected at preset time intervals, respectively, whether all the laundry is cleaned is judged according to the first turbidity and the second turbidity, the washing time is selectively increased again and/or additional detergent is added again according to the judgment result of whether all the laundry is cleaned, so as to ensure that all the laundry is cleaned, not only the washing program can be adjusted during the operation of the washing machine, and a better washing effect can be provided for the clothes, and the use experience of a user is further improved.

Furthermore, it should be noted that, in the description of the present invention, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, and may be, for example, fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
Based on the technical problems proposed in the background art, the invention provides a control method for a washing machine, which aims to selectively adjust the washing program of the washing machine according to the judgment result of whether a door body is opened or not, so that the washing program of the washing machine can be adjusted in the operation process of the washing machine, the washing program can be adjusted midway without shutting down or restarting the washing machine, the operation program is simplified, and the use experience of a user is improved.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a control method of the present invention; fig. 2 is a flowchart of a control method of an embodiment of the present invention. The washing machine of the present invention comprises a washing tub and a door body, as shown in fig. 1, the control method of the present invention comprises the steps of:
s100, judging whether a door body is opened or not under the condition that the washing machine is in a washing stage;
s200, if the door body is opened, acquiring the current weight of clothes in the washing barrel;
s300, judging whether to adjust a washing program of the washing machine according to the current weight;
and S400, if the door body is not opened, the washing program of the washing machine is not adjusted.
In step S200, if the door is opened, it may be accidentally opened, it may be that the user wants to observe the washing condition, or it may be that the user adds clothes, in order to accurately determine whether the user adds clothes into the washing tub, the current weight of the clothes in the washing tub is obtained, and it is determined whether to adjust the washing program of the washing machine according to the weight, so as to avoid adjusting the washing program without adding clothes, and improve the user experience.
In step S400, if the door is not opened, it indicates that the user has not added clothes into the washing tub, all the clothes (i.e., the initially added clothes) in the washing tub can be cleaned by using the current washing program, and the washing program does not need to be adjusted, thereby avoiding the occurrence of a situation of misadjusting the washing program and improving the user experience.
In a preferred embodiment, the step of determining whether to adjust the washing program of the washing machine according to the current weight in the step S300 includes:
s311, judging whether the current weight is larger than the initial weight of the clothes in the washing barrel;
s312, if the current weight is larger than the initial weight, adjusting the washing program of the washing machine;
and S313, if the current weight is less than or equal to the initial weight, not adjusting the washing program of the washing machine.
In step S312, since the door body is opened and the current weight of the laundry in the washing tub is greater than the initial weight of the laundry, it indicates that the user has added the laundry into the washing tub, and can also determine the weight of the added laundry, and the current washing program is set according to the initially added laundry, and it is difficult to clean all the laundry (i.e., the initially added laundry and the currently added laundry) by using the current washing program, the washing program is adjusted, so as to provide a better washing effect for the laundry, and further improve the use experience of the user.
In step S313, although the door is opened, the current weight of the laundry is less than or equal to the initial weight of the laundry, which indicates that the door is opened accidentally or the user opens the door to observe the washing condition, and the laundry is not added into the washing tub, all the laundry (i.e., the laundry added initially) can be cleaned by using the current washing program, and the washing program does not need to be adjusted, so that whether the washing program needs to be adjusted is accurately determined, the washing program is not adjusted when the laundry is not added, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Preferably, in the step S312, the step of "adjusting the washing program of the washing machine" includes:
s321, increasing the washing time of the washing machine, and/or putting in additional detergent;
after step S321, the control method further includes:
s322, respectively detecting a first turbidity and a second turbidity of the washing water according to a preset time interval;
and S323, judging whether to increase the washing time again and/or to put in additional washing again according to the first turbidity and the second turbidity.
In step S321, since the washing machine has washed for a period of time before adding the laundry into the washing tub, the remaining washing time is short, the amount of the laundry is increased, it is difficult to clean all the laundry (i.e., the initially added laundry and the currently added laundry), especially the currently added laundry, and in order to clean all the laundry, the washing time is increased, for example, the washing time is increased by 10min, the original washing time is 20min, and the total washing time is changed to 30min, which are only exemplary, and a person skilled in the art can flexibly adjust and set the increased washing time and the original washing time.
Alternatively, additional detergent may be dosed to increase the total dose of detergent to clean all of the laundry, and the additional dose of detergent may be determined according to the current weight of the laundry, the initial weight, and the current water level in the washing tub, for example, the additional weight of the laundry is determined according to the difference between the current weight and the initial weight, and the additional dose of detergent is determined according to the additional weight and the current water level. Of course, the determination method of the additional detergent input amount is not limited to the above-listed method, and the additional detergent input amount may be determined according to the current weight of the laundry, the current water level, the current concentration of the detergent, and the like, and a person skilled in the art may flexibly adjust and set the determination manner of the additional detergent input amount.
Of course, the washing time of the washing machine can be increased, and extra detergent can be added, so that the adjustment mode of the washing program of the washing machine can be flexibly selected by a person skilled in the art.
In step S322, in the washing process, the turbidity of the washing water is continuously or intermittently detected, preferably, the first turbidity is detected when the washing machine is washing to the first time, the second turbidity is detected after the preset time interval, the sum of the first time and the preset time interval is less than the current total washing time, and the first time is slightly less than the total washing time, so as to accurately reflect the washing effect of all the clothes under the washing condition of the current total washing time. For example, a first turbidity is detected when the washing machine is washed for 28min, and a second turbidity is detected at intervals of 1min, and the above first time and preset time are only exemplary, and those skilled in the art can flexibly adjust and set the first time and the preset time.
Further, in the step S323, the step of determining whether to increase the washing time again and/or to add additional detergent again according to the first turbidity and the second turbidity includes:
s331, judging whether the difference value of the first turbidity and the second turbidity is larger than a preset deviation threshold value or not;
s332, if the difference value of the first turbidity and the second turbidity is smaller than or equal to a preset deviation threshold value, the washing time is not increased, and extra detergent is not added;
s333, counting the times of increasing the washing time if the difference value of the first turbidity and the second turbidity is larger than a preset deviation threshold value;
and S334, judging whether to increase the washing time again and/or to put in additional detergent again according to the counted times.
Wherein the difference between the first turbidity and the second turbidity is the second turbidity-the first turbidity.
In step S332, if the difference between the first turbidity and the second turbidity is less than or equal to the preset deviation threshold, which indicates that the turbidity deviation detected twice is small, it can be considered that the turbidity of the washing water has already tended to be balanced, and all the clothes have been cleaned, the washing time is not increased, and no additional detergent is added.
In step S333, if the difference between the first turbidity and the second turbidity is greater than the preset deviation threshold, which indicates that the second turbidity is greater than the first turbidity, the turbidity deviation detected twice is large, the turbidity of the washing water is still increasing, and all the clothes are not yet washed clean, counting the times of increasing the washing time, and determining whether to increase the washing time again and/or to put in additional detergent again according to the counted times. It should be noted that, no matter whether the washing time of the washing machine is increased or the additional detergent is added or the washing time of the washing machine is increased or the additional detergent is added in step S321, the number of times of increasing the washing time can be counted, and if the washing time of the washing machine is not increased in step S321, the counted number is the same as the counted number of times of the previous time.
In the above process, by setting the preset deviation threshold, a conclusion is given as to whether the washing time is increased again and/or additional detergent is dosed again. As a result of repeated tests, observations and comparisons by the inventors, it is confirmed that when the preset deviation threshold is the maximum deviation that determines that the turbidity detected twice falls within the error range, the preset deviation threshold is not limited to the above-listed deviations, and may be other deviations, such as experimental deviations obtained by a person skilled in the art according to experiments under specific conditions or empirical deviations obtained according to experiments, and the person skilled in the art can flexibly adjust and set the preset deviation threshold.
Preferably, the step of determining whether to increase the washing time again and/or to put in additional detergent again according to the counted number of times in the step 334 specifically includes:
s341, judging whether the counted times are smaller than a preset time threshold value;
s342, if the counted times are larger than or equal to the preset time threshold, the washing time is not increased, and extra detergent is not added;
and S343, if the counted number of times is less than the preset number threshold, increasing the washing time again and/or putting in additional detergent again.
In step S342, if the counted number of times is greater than or equal to the preset number of times threshold, it indicates that the washing time has been increased for multiple times, the total washing time is long enough, and the whole laundry is still not cleaned, and even if the washing time is continuously increased, the laundry is difficult to clean, the washing time is not increased, and no additional detergent is added, and when the washing time reaches the increased total washing time, the washing procedure is terminated.
In step S343, if the counted number of times is smaller than the preset number of times threshold, which indicates that the number of times of increasing the washing time is small, the total washing time is not long enough, and all the laundry is not yet washed clean, in order to wash all the laundry, the washing time is increased again, and steps S322 to S342 are repeated until the counted number of times is greater than or equal to the preset number of times threshold or the turbidity deviation detected twice is less than or equal to the preset deviation threshold.
Or, adding additional detergent again, increasing the total adding amount of the detergent to clean all the clothes, and repeatedly executing the steps S322 to S342 until the counted times are greater than or equal to the preset time threshold or the turbidity deviation detected twice is less than or equal to the preset deviation threshold.
Of course, the washing time of the washing machine can be increased, and extra detergent can be added, so that the adjustment mode of the washing program of the washing machine can be flexibly selected by a person skilled in the art.
In the above process, through setting of the preset number threshold, a conclusion is given whether to increase the washing time and/or to put in additional detergent again. The setting of the preset number threshold may be flexibly adjusted and set according to actual situations, for example, the preset number threshold is 2 times, 3 times, 4 times or 5 times, as long as the requirement of whether to increase the washing time and/or to put in additional detergent determined by the preset number threshold is met.
Alternatively, the technical solutions of steps S333 and S334 may also be:
s333, counting the total adding amount of the detergent if the difference value of the first turbidity and the second turbidity is larger than a preset deviation threshold value;
and S334, judging whether to increase the washing time again and/or to put in additional detergent again according to the counted total put amount.
Preferably, in the step 334, "judging whether to increase the washing time again and/or to put in additional detergent again according to the counted total put amount" specifically includes:
s341, judging whether the counted total input amount reaches a preset input amount threshold value;
s342, if the counted total input amount reaches a preset input amount threshold value, the washing time is not increased, and extra detergent is not input;
s343, if the counted total input amount does not reach the preset input amount threshold value, increasing the washing time again and/or inputting additional detergent again;
the preset input amount threshold is the maximum input amount of the washing machine or the full load input amount, and the like, and the preset input amount threshold can be flexibly adjusted and set by a person skilled in the art.
Referring to fig. 2, in a possible embodiment, taking the washing program of the washing machine as an example of adjusting the washing time of the washing machine, the flow of the control method for the washing machine of the present invention may be:
s110, acquiring the state of the door body under the condition that the washing machine is in a washing stage;
s120, judging whether the door body is opened or not;
s200, if yes, obtaining the current weight of the clothes in the washing barrel; otherwise, executing step S400;
after step S200, step S311 is performed;
s311, judging whether the current weight is larger than the initial weight of the clothes in the washing barrel;
s321, if yes, increasing the washing time of the washing machine; otherwise, executing step S400;
after step S321, step S322 is performed;
s322, respectively detecting a first turbidity and a second turbidity of the washing water according to a preset time interval;
s331, judging whether the difference value of the first turbidity and the second turbidity is larger than a preset deviation threshold value or not;
s333, counting the times of increasing the washing time if the number of the washing time is larger than the preset value; otherwise, go to step S342;
s341, judging whether the counted times are smaller than a preset time threshold value;
s342, if not, the washing time is not increased; otherwise, returning to step S321 until the counted number of times is greater than or equal to the preset number threshold or the turbidity deviation detected twice is less than or equal to the preset deviation threshold;
and S400, not adjusting the washing program of the washing machine.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiment is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is only used for illustrating the principle of the method of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the protection scope of the present invention, and in practical applications, those skilled in the art can implement the above-mentioned function allocation by different steps, i.e. re-dividing or combining the steps in the embodiment of the present invention, as required.
