Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. For example, although the present application has been described in connection with a washing machine, the technical solution of the present invention is not limited thereto, and the method for detecting the dryness and humidity of the laundry can be obviously applied to other washing apparatuses such as a shoe washing machine, a washing and drying machine, etc., without departing from the principle and scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that the terms "first" and "second" in the description of the present invention are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
Based on the technical problems provided in the background art, the invention provides a method for detecting the dryness and humidity of an object to be cleaned for a washing machine and the washing machine, aiming at accurately judging the dryness and humidity of the object to be cleaned in a washing barrel according to actual water inflow and a preset water inflow threshold value, so that the water inflow of the washing machine can be accurately controlled according to the dryness and humidity of the object to be cleaned, better cleaning is provided for the object to be cleaned, waste of water resources is avoided, and the use experience of a user is improved.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 is a flow chart of the method for detecting dryness and humidity of the object to be cleaned according to the present invention; fig. 2 is a flow chart of a method for detecting dryness and humidity of an object to be cleaned according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method for detecting the dryness and humidity of the object to be cleaned of the present invention comprises the following steps:
s1, acquiring the actual water inflow of the washing machine;
s2, acquiring a preset water inflow threshold of the washing machine;
and S3, judging the dryness and humidity of the object to be cleaned in the washing barrel according to the actual water inflow and the preset water inflow threshold value.
Preferably, in the process of acquiring the actual water inflow and acquiring the preset water inflow threshold, the actual water inflow can be acquired first, and then the preset water inflow threshold is acquired; or a preset water inflow threshold value can be obtained first, and then the actual water inflow is obtained; the actual water inflow and the preset water inflow threshold can be obtained simultaneously, and those skilled in the art can flexibly adjust and set the obtaining sequence of the actual water inflow and the preset water inflow threshold in practical application, and such changes do not depart from the principle and scope of the present invention.
In a preferred embodiment, before the step of "obtaining the actual water inflow of the washing machine" in step S1, the method for detecting the dryness and humidity of the objects to be washed further comprises:
s01, acquiring the weight of an object to be cleaned;
s02, determining the water level of the inlet water of the washing machine according to the weight;
and S03, enabling the washing machine to perform water filling operation according to the water inlet level.
Specifically, in step S01, since the dryness and humidity of the object to be cleaned are uncertain, the weight of the object to be cleaned acquired at this time may be the dry weight of the object to be cleaned or the wet weight of the object to be cleaned.
Preferably, in step S02, if the object to be washed is dry object to be washed, the water level of the inlet water of the washing machine can be accurately determined according to the weight obtained in step S01; if the object to be cleaned is wet object to be cleaned, the water level of the inlet water determined according to the weight acquired in the step S01 is higher.
In order to more accurately determine the dryness and humidity of the object to be washed, the step of "causing the washing machine to perform the water filling operation according to the water level of the inlet water" in the step S03 includes:
s031, judge whether the water level of intaking is less than the threshold value of the water level;
s032, if the water inlet level is lower than a preset water level threshold, enabling the washing machine to execute water injection operation according to a first water level;
s033, if the water level of the inlet water is larger than or equal to the preset water level threshold, enabling the washing machine to execute water injection operation according to a second water level;
wherein the first water level is less than the inlet water level and a first difference exists between the first water level and the inlet water level; the second water level is smaller than the inlet water level, a second difference value exists between the inlet water level and the inlet water level, and the second difference value is larger than the first difference value.
Specifically, in step S032, if the water level of the inlet water is less than the preset water level threshold, it is indicated that the water level of the washing machine is low, and the ratio of the water amount contained in the object to be washed to the preset water level threshold can be increased only by slightly lowering the water level of the washing machine, so that the humidity of the object to be washed can be more accurately determined, and the washing machine is enabled to perform the water injection operation according to the first water level.
Preferably, in step S033, if the water level of the inlet water is greater than or equal to the preset water level threshold, it is indicated that the water level of the inlet water of the washing machine is high, and the water level of the inlet water of the washing machine needs to be greatly reduced, so that the proportion of the water amount contained in the object to be washed to the preset water inlet threshold can be obviously increased, the dryness and humidity of the object to be washed can be more accurately determined, and the washing machine is made to perform the water injection operation according to the second water level.
In the above process, a conclusion on how to set the actual inlet water level of the washing machine is given through the setting of the preset water level threshold. The preset water level threshold value can be the highest water level for judging the humidity of the object to be cleaned, and can also be a water level set according to the material and the weight of the object to be cleaned. Of course, the preset water level threshold is not limited to the above listed water levels, and may be other water levels, such as an experimental water level obtained by a person skilled in the art through experience under a specific working condition, or an empirical water level obtained through experience, as long as the boundary point determined by the preset water level threshold can meet the requirement of setting the inlet water level of the washing machine.
Preferably, the first water level N 1 Is the inlet water level M and a first preset threshold value Y 1 A difference of (i.e. N) 1 =M-Y 1 For example, when M is 2, Y 1 When 1, then N 1 Is 1.
Preferably, the second water level N 2 Is the water inlet level M and a second preset threshold value Y 2 Difference of (i.e. N) 2 =M-Y 2 For example, when M is 4, Y 2 When it is 2, then N 2 Is 2; for example, when M is 3, Y 2 When it is 2, then N 2 Is 1.
Of course, the first water level, the second water level, the inlet water level, the first preset threshold and the second preset threshold are not limited to the above listed values, and those skilled in the art can flexibly adjust and set the values of the first water level, the second water level, the inlet water level, the first preset threshold and the second preset threshold in practical applications, no matter what value is adopted, as long as the second difference is greater than the first difference.
In a preferred embodiment, the washing machine further includes a flow valve, and the step of "acquiring an actual water inflow of the washing machine" in step S1 further includes:
s11, acquiring the actual water inflow through a flow valve.
Of course, the method of acquiring the actual water inflow amount of the washing machine is not limited to the above-mentioned method, and other methods may be used to acquire the actual water inflow amount of the washing machine, for example, a flow meter, a flow sensor, etc., and any detection method may be used as long as the actual water inflow amount of the washing water can be measured.
Preferably, in the case of causing the washing machine to perform the water filling operation at the first water level, the inflow amount of the washing machine into the water to the first water level is acquired through the flow valve S111.
Further, the actual water inflow in step S111 is the water inflow of the washing machine to the first water level.
Preferably, in the case of causing the washing machine to perform the water filling operation at the second water level, the inflow amount of the washing machine into the water to the second water level is acquired through the flow valve S112.
Further, the actual water inflow in step S112 is the water inflow of the washing machine to the second water level.
Of course, the actual water inflow is not limited to the water inflow listed above, and may be other water inflow, for example, experimental water inflow obtained by a person skilled in the art according to an experiment under a specific working condition, or empirical water inflow obtained according to an experiment, as long as a boundary point determined by the actual water inflow can meet a requirement for determining the dryness and humidity of the object to be cleaned in the washing tub.
In a preferred embodiment, in step S2, the step of obtaining the preset water inflow threshold of the washing machine includes:
s21, under the condition that the washing machine executes water injection operation according to the first water level, determining a preset water inflow threshold value according to the first water level, wherein the preset water inflow threshold value is the water inflow corresponding to the first water level;
and S22, under the condition that the washing machine executes water injection operation according to the second water level, determining a preset water inflow threshold value according to the second water level, wherein the preset water inflow threshold value is the water inflow corresponding to the second water level.
Of course, the preset water inflow threshold is not limited to the water inflow listed above, and may be other water inflow, for example, experimental water inflow obtained by a person skilled in the art according to an experiment under a specific working condition, or empirical water inflow obtained according to an experiment, as long as the requirement that the boundary point determined by the preset water inflow threshold can meet the requirement of determining the dryness and humidity of the object to be cleaned in the washing tub is met.
In a preferred embodiment, the step of "determining the dryness and humidity of the object to be washed in the washing tub according to the actual water inflow and the preset water inflow threshold" in the step S3 specifically includes:
s31, judging whether the actual water inflow is smaller than a preset water inflow threshold value or not;
s32, if the actual water inflow is smaller than a preset water inflow threshold value, judging that the object to be cleaned is a wet object to be cleaned;
and S33, if the actual water inflow is larger than or equal to the preset water inflow threshold value, judging that the object to be cleaned is dry.
Specifically, in step S32, when the actual water inflow is smaller than the preset water inflow threshold, it may be determined that the actual water level has reached the water level corresponding to the preset water inflow threshold when the actual water inflow has not reached the preset water inflow threshold, which indicates that a certain amount of washing water is contained in the washing tub, and it is determined that the object to be washed is the wet object to be washed. In step S33, when the actual water inflow is greater than or equal to the preset water inflow threshold, it may be considered that the actual water inflow reaches the preset water inflow threshold, and the actual water level reaches the water level corresponding to the preset water inflow threshold, which indicates that the washing tub does not contain washing water, and it is determined that the object to be washed is the object to be washed, so as to accurately determine the humidity of the object to be washed in the washing tub, and accurately control the water inflow of the washing machine according to the humidity of the object to be washed, thereby providing a better washing effect for the object to be washed, avoiding waste of water resources, and improving the use experience of users.
Preferably, in the case where it is determined that the object to be washed is a dry object to be washed, the method for detecting dryness and humidity of the object to be washed further includes:
and S4, controlling the water inlet level of the washing machine to be the water inlet level of the washing machine determined according to the weight of the washed objects in the step S02.
Preferably, the washing tub includes an outer tub and an inner tub rotatably provided in the outer tub, and the object to be washed is placed in the inner tub.

s031, judge whether the water level of intaking is less than the threshold value of the water level;
s032, if yes, enabling the washing machine to execute water injection operation according to the first water level;
s033, if not, enabling the washing machine to execute water injection operation according to a second water level;

s111, acquiring the water inflow of the washing machine from the water inlet to a first water level through a flow valve;
s21, determining a preset water inflow threshold value according to the first water level;
s311, judging whether the water inflow of the washing machine when the water enters the first water level is less than a preset water inflow threshold value or not;
