The gas channel with the caliber gradually reduced from inside to outside can not only effectively prevent excessive fibers from passing through the second through hole, but also ensure that the second through hole has larger wind speed when the cotton lifting air gun blows air from inside to outside through the gas channel to enable the cotton felt to be separated from the surface of the shell, thereby reducing the necessary wind quantity required by the cotton lifting air gun for lifting cotton to a certain extent, reducing the influence on the negative pressure in the cotton collecting drum during cotton lifting and reducing the energy consumption.
A limiting block 13 is arranged outside one side of the horn tube close to the shell; the distance from one end of the flared tube close to the shell to the limiting block is matched with the depth of the second through hole, so that the end face of one side of the flared tube close to the shell is flush with the surface of the shell. The limiting block plays a role in limiting and supporting the shell.
An air channel dredging mechanism used for preventing the air channel from being blocked is arranged in the cotton collecting drum.
The gas passage dredging mechanism comprises a spray gun group arranged outside the hollow shaft, the spray gun group comprises a plurality of spray guns 14, and the spray guns are arranged in a row parallel to the axis of the hollow shaft.
The first through holes are uniformly arranged on the supporting surface in a row, and each spray gun of the spray gun group corresponds to one first through hole.
The shape of the spray gun is matched with that of the first through hole.
And each spray gun is provided with an electric control valve.
The detection mechanism is used for detecting whether the gas channel is blocked or not and is arranged on the hollow shaft. Because the cotton wadding etc. are more in the cotton-collecting chamber, detection mechanism is easily polluted, therefore detection mechanism must be installed inside cotton-collecting drum.
The detection mechanism comprises an industrial camera detection device 15 and a controller, and the industrial camera detection device is used for detecting one or more rows of gas channels after the cleaning mechanism is cleaned from the inner side of the cotton collecting drum. The industrial camera can easily judge the difference between the blocked gas channel and the normal gas channel from the picture or the image, thereby identifying the blocked gas channel and marking the position. Depending on the direction of rotation of the condenser drum, the industrial camera detection device can be mounted in a suitable position before the spray gun group.
In addition, a collecting device 16 may be provided below the condenser drum, a blow-drying device 17 may be provided on the side of the frame near the condenser for drying the surface of the shell, and the like, as is conventional in the art.
The controller is electrically connected with the electric control valve, when the device is used, the cotton collecting drum rotates at a constant speed, after the industrial camera detection device detects that a certain gas channel is blocked in the visual field of the industrial camera detection device, the controller sends a signal to control the electric control valve of the spray gun corresponding to the position of the blocking hole to be opened, the spray gun sprays high-pressure gas or liquid to flush out a blocking object in the gas channel, and therefore the blocked gas channel is dredged.
