(1) setting the rotating speed at 30r/min, putting the neoprene, the butadiene rubber and the styrene-butadiene rubber into an internal mixer, mixing for 45 seconds, then adding the antioxidant OD, the antioxidant BLE, the stearic acid, the active magnesium oxide, the indirect zinc oxide, the resorcinol donor adhesive and the adhesion promoter, mixing for 30 seconds, then adding the carbon black N330, the white carbon black, the flame retardant CP-70 and the softening agent, mixing for 80 seconds, mixing for 60 seconds after rubber turning, and discharging. Adjusting the roll spacing of the open mill to 3mm, keeping the roll temperature of the open mill at 30 ℃, and putting the mixed rubber discharged by the internal mixer into the open mill. Adding methylene donor adhesive, promoter, sulfur and antiscorching agent into the open mill. After all the powder is completely eaten and mixed uniformly, the mixture is taken out and cooled for standby.
(2) Adjusting the roll spacing of an open mill to 1mm, discharging the rubber compound obtained in the step (1) on the open mill into thin sheets, cutting the thin sheets into small pieces, putting the small pieces into a mixed solvent, soaking for 48 hours, and stirring by using a stirrer until the rubber compound is completely dissolved in the mixed solvent, thereby preparing the environment-friendly rubber cement for vulcanizing the steel wire rope conveyor belt.

In the table above, the raw material ratio of the common mixed mucilage is as follows: 50 parts of butadiene-styrene rubber, 30 parts of natural rubber, 20 parts of butadiene rubber, 20 parts of reinforcing agent carbon black N33030 parts, 20 parts of white carbon black, 1 part of anti-aging agent OD, 5 parts of active magnesium oxide, 1 part of stearic acid, 1.5 parts of resorcinol donor adhesive, 1 part of adhesion promoter, 8 parts of indirect zinc oxide, 15 parts of softener, 1.5 parts of methylene donor adhesive, 1.2 parts of promoter, 2.5 parts of sulfur, 0.5 part of anti-scorching agent and 700 parts of gasoline.
The raw materials used for the conventional mixed cement were the same as those in example 1, and the preparation procedure was the same as that in example 1.
Polishing and brushing the vulcanized steel wire rope conveying belt with glue paste, then adhering the core glue layer and the cover glue layer for repairing, and then performing vulcanization reaction. The detailed adhesive properties are shown in table 2:

From the above table, it can be seen that compared with the cement prepared by common rubber mixing, the environment-friendly cement for steel wire rope conveyor belts prepared by the above scheme has improved adhesive property for cleaning and bonding vulcanized steel wire ropes and adhesive property at repaired positions of steel wire rope conveyor belts, i.e. the cement of the invention is suitable for hot vulcanization joints and hot repair of steel wire rope conveyor belts.

Claims (10)

1. The environment-friendly rubber cement for vulcanizing the steel wire rope conveying belt is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight,
60-100 parts of neoprene, 0-40 parts of butadiene rubber, 0-40 parts of butadiene-styrene rubber, 10-30 parts of carbon black N33010, 10-25 parts of white carbon black, 2-4 parts of anti-aging agent OD, 2-4 parts of anti-aging agent BLE, 2-6 parts of active magnesium oxide, 1-4 parts of stearic acid, 2-6 parts of resorcinol donor adhesive, 2-6 parts of adhesion promoter, 3-8 parts of indirect zinc oxide, 10-20 parts of flame retardant, 7-15 parts of softener, 2-6 parts of methylene donor adhesive, 0.8-3 parts of promoter, 1-4 parts of sulfur, 0.5-2 parts of anti-scorching agent and 1000 parts of solvent.
2. The environment-friendly cement for vulcanizing a steel wire rope conveyor belt according to claim 1, wherein the chloroprene rubber is non-sulfur-adjusted chloroprene rubber.
3. The environment-friendly cement for vulcanizing a steel wire rope conveyor belt according to claim 1, wherein the flame retardant is a flame retardant CP-70.
4. The environment-friendly cement for vulcanization of a steel wire rope conveyor belt according to claim 1, wherein the resorcinol donor binder is RK or RS-11 or RS.
5. The environment-friendly cement for vulcanization of a steel wire rope conveyor belt according to claim 1, wherein the adhesion promoter is cobalt boroacylate.
6. The environmentally friendly cement for vulcanization of a steel wire rope conveyor belt according to claim 1, wherein the methylene donor binder is RA-50.
7. The environment-friendly cement for vulcanization of a steel wire rope conveyor belt according to claim 1, wherein the softening agent is triaryl phosphate.
8. The environment-friendly cement for vulcanizing a steel wire rope conveyor belt according to claim 1, wherein the accelerator is N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazole sulfenamide or 2, 2' -dithiodibenzothiazole.
9. The environment-friendly cement for vulcanizing a steel wire rope conveyor belt according to claim 1, wherein the solvent is a mixture of gasoline and dimethyl carbonate, and the mass ratio of the solvent to the solvent is 1-3: 1.
10. the preparation method of the environment-friendly rubber cement for vulcanizing the steel wire rope conveyer belt is characterized in that the raw material of any one of claims 1 to 9 is adopted, and the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) adding neoprene, butadiene rubber and butadiene styrene rubber into an internal mixer, mixing, then adding an anti-aging agent OD, an anti-aging agent BLE, stearic acid, active magnesium oxide, indirect zinc oxide, resorcinol donor adhesive and an adhesion promoter, continuing mixing, adding carbon black N330, white carbon black, a flame retardant and a softening agent, mixing, turning rubber, mixing and discharging rubber, adding the mixed rubber discharged from the internal mixer into an open mill, and adding a methylene donor adhesive, a promoter, sulfur and a scorch retarder on the open mill;
(2) and (3) discharging the obtained rubber compound on an open mill into thin sheets, cutting the thin sheets into small pieces, putting the small pieces into a solvent, soaking, and stirring by using a stirrer until the rubber compound is completely dissolved in the solvent, thereby preparing the environment-friendly rubber cement for vulcanizing the steel wire rope conveyer belt.
