When the vehicle body has not come into contact with the cleaning portion of the vehicle body cleaning spray assembly, the second paint pump is turned off and the spray head 12 is directed vertically downward as shown in fig. 1; when the vehicle body contacts with the cleaning part and jacks up the cleaning part, the second paint pump is started, sends a signal to the controller, and the controller controls the driving device to drive the rotating shaft 11 to rotate forward by a certain angle, so that the spray head sprays towards the vehicle head, as shown in fig. 4; when the cleaning part is positioned at the opening 20 of the front windshield window, the second paint pump is closed, the driving device cannot be controlled when the second paint pump is in a closed state, and the spray head still faces the vehicle head; when the cleaning part crosses the opening 20 of the front windshield window, the second paint pump is started again, at the moment, the second paint pump sends a signal to the controller, the controller controls the driving device to drive the rotating shaft 11 to rotate, the rotating shaft 11 drives the spray head 12 to reversely rotate and reset to vertically downwards perform spraying at the highest position of the top surface of the vehicle body, and as shown in fig. 5; when the cleaning part is positioned at the skylight 40 at the top of the automobile body, the second paint pump is closed, and the direction of the spray head is unchanged until the top of the automobile is sprayed; when the cleaning part moves to a position between the rear windshield window 30 and the skylight 40, as shown in fig. 6, the second paint pump is started again, the second paint pump sends a signal to the controller, and the controller controls the driving device to drive the rotating shaft and the spray head to rotate reversely by a certain angle so as to face the rear windshield window 30; then the cleaning part moves to the position of a 30-opening of a rear windshield window, the second paint pump is closed, and the angle of the spray head is unchanged; until the position of the rear windshield window 30 is processed, as shown in fig. 7, the first shaft drives the sliding block to move upwards, the displacement sensor controls the second paint pump to be started, the second paint pump control driving device drives the rotating shaft and the spray head to rotate forward by a certain angle and restore to be horizontal, and the paint pumps are all closed until the vehicle body is sprayed; repeating the steps when the next automobile body is sprayed, thereby finishing the spraying of the automobile bodies of all the automobiles; the device can enable the spray head to approximately face the surface to be sprayed of the vehicle body, improve the spraying uniformity and the spraying quality and reduce the waste of paint materials.
