1. a supporting base (2) is arranged above the supporting foot pad (1), and a supporting plate (4) is arranged above the supporting base (2); an electromagnetic vibration mechanism (3) is arranged between the supporting base (2) and the supporting plate (4), and the supporting base (2) and the supporting plate (4) are connected through the electromagnetic vibration mechanism (3);
the upper surface of the supporting plate (4) is provided with a supporting frame (5); a wok turning component (8) is arranged at the upper end of the support frame (5);
a frying pan heating unit and a frying pan temperature control unit are arranged on the frying pan (6), and two ends of the frying pan (6) are respectively and rotatably connected with the support frame (5); the frying pan (6) is also connected with the frying pan turning component (8);
the bearing plate (10) is arranged above the support frame (5), and two ends of the bearing plate are respectively connected with the support frame (5) by removing the support vertical rods (39); a stir-frying mechanism (7) is arranged on the lower surface of the bearing plate (10), and a protective pot cover (9) is connected below the stir-frying mechanism (7); the protective pot cover (9) is positioned above the opening of the frying pot (6) and is used for sealing the frying pot (6);
the stir-frying mechanism (7) comprises a stir-frying motor (18), a driving gear (19), a driven gear (20), a stir-frying driving shaft (21), a stir-frying plate (22), a rotation stir-frying motor (23), a stir-frying rotation driving shaft (24), a stir-frying rotating shaft (25) and stir-frying blades (26);
the stir-frying motor (18) is arranged below the bearing plate (10), and the driving gear (19) is arranged on an output shaft of the stir-frying motor (18);
the stir-frying driving shaft (21) is rotationally connected with the protective pot cover (9) and penetrates through the protective pot cover (9); the region of the stir-frying driving shaft (21) positioned at the upper part of the protective pot cover (9) is marked as the upper end of the stir-frying driving shaft, and the region positioned at the lower part of the protective pot cover (9) is marked as the lower end of the stir-frying driving shaft;
the upper end of the stir-frying driving shaft (21) is connected with a driven gear (20), and the driven gear (20) is meshed with the driving gear (19);
the lower end of the stir-frying driving shaft (21) is connected with a stir-frying plate (22); the stir-frying drive shaft (21) is a hollow shaft, and a stir-frying rotation drive shaft (24) penetrates through the stir-frying drive shaft (21); one end of the stir-frying rotation driving shaft (24) is connected with the stir-frying plate (22), and the other end is connected with an output shaft of the rotation stir-frying motor (23) through a transmission belt I (27); the autorotation stir-frying motor (23) is arranged on the protective pot cover (9);
the upper end of the stir-frying rotating shaft (25) is rotatably arranged in the stir-frying plate (22), a second transmission belt (28) is sleeved on the stir-frying rotating shaft (25) and the stir-frying rotation driving shaft (24), and the stir-frying rotating shaft (25) is driven to rotate by the rotation of the stir-frying rotation driving shaft (24); the surface of the stir-frying rotating shaft (25) is also provided with stir-frying blades (26).

the vibration assembly (14) comprises a sleeve (15), a vibration spring (16) and a support sliding column (17); the sleeve (15) is arranged on the supporting base (2), and the vibrating spring (16) is arranged in the sleeve (15); one end of the supporting sliding column (17) is arranged in the sleeve (15) in a sliding mode and is arranged at the upper end of the vibrating spring (16), and one end of the supporting sliding column (17) is connected with the lower surface of the supporting plate (4).
3. An automated central kitchen cooking apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that said oscillating assembly (14) is provided with a plurality of groups, evenly distributed in the area between the support base (2) and the support plate (4).
