When the mask is used, the two ears of the mask are hung on the ears, the bending degree of the mask and the opening size of the breathing bag 103 are adjusted according to the requirements of a wearer, and in the wearing process, water vapor in exhaled air is condensed on the surfaces of activated carbon micropores and cellosilk under the capillary action to form a liquid film to absorb harmful substances in the air, so that the mask can effectively protect a human body.
The invention adopts the hydrophilic active film layer with micro pore diameter and large specific surface area as the mask filtering layer, thus realizing the self-wetting water absorption function of the protective mask and leading water-soluble/absorbed polluted gases such as hydrogen chloride, titanium tetrachloride, ammonia gas and the like to be efficiently absorbed; in the use, along with the emergence of breathing process, the self-cleaning can be realized to a certain extent to the gauze mask filter element, and the liquid film can realize renewal, restoration, self-cleaning in expiration and inspiration process.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, a second embodiment of the present invention is a filtering respirator having a self-moistening water absorbing function according to the previous embodiment, and specifically includes:
the filtering member 200 comprises a filtering column 201, a breathing wheel 202 and a secondary filtering wheel 203, wherein the breathing wheel 202 is arranged in the filtering column 201, and the secondary filtering wheel 203 is arranged at the lower end of the breathing wheel 202.
The filter column 201 comprises a filter hole 201a and a push groove 201b, the filter hole 201a is arranged on the filter column 201, the push groove 201b is arranged on the circumferential surface of the filter column 201, the filter hole 201a is communicated with the push groove 201b, and the push groove 201b is provided with a plurality of holes.
The number of the push grooves 201b is at least two, the push grooves are symmetrically arranged along the radial direction of the filter column 201, and the bottoms of the filter holes 201a are made of air-permeable materials.
The secondary filter wheel 203 includes a secondary filter hole 203a and a filter placement groove 203b, and the secondary filter hole 203a and the filter placement groove 203b are provided on the secondary filter wheel 203.
The two filtration holes 203a and the two filtration grooves 203b are provided, respectively, and the filtration holes 203a and the filtration grooves 203b are alternately provided.
The filter placement groove 203b is made of a gas-permeable material, and a material that adsorbs harmful gas is placed in the filter placement groove 203 b.
The breathing wheel 202 comprises a breathing slot 202a, a breathing rotating groove 202b, a first rotating plate 202c, a second rotating plate 202d and a third rotating plate 202e, wherein the breathing slot 202a is arranged at the upper end of the breathing wheel 202, the breathing rotating groove 202b is arranged on the circumferential surface of the breathing wheel 202, the first rotating plate 202c, the second rotating plate 202d and the third rotating plate 202e are arranged in the breathing slot 202a, the first rotating plate 202c is hinged with the second rotating plate 202d, and the second rotating plate 202d is hinged with the third rotating plate 202 e.
The respiratory rotating grooves 202b are provided with two respiratory rotating grooves 202b which penetrate through the side wall of the respiratory wheel 202, the pushing grooves 201b correspond to the respiratory rotating grooves 202b in position, the respiratory slots 202a are provided with four respiratory slots 202a which are separated by two partition plates in the respiratory wheel 202, and the respiratory slots 202a provided with a first rotating plate 202c, a second rotating plate 202d and a third rotating plate 202e are communicated with the respiratory rotating grooves 202 b.
The first rotating plate 202c is provided with a first rotating hole 202c-1, the second rotating plate 202d is provided with a second rotating hole 202d-1 and a second rotating groove 202d-2, the third rotating plate 202e is provided with a third rotating post 202e-1 and a third rotating groove 202e-2, the second rotating plate 202d is disposed in the third rotating groove 202e-2, the third rotating post 202e-1 is inserted into the second rotating hole 202d-1, the first rotating plate 202c is disposed in the second rotating groove 202d-2, and the third rotating post 202e-1 is inserted into the first rotating hole 202 c-1.
The first, second and third rotating plates 202c, 202d and 202e are provided with push plates, which are inserted into the breathing rotating grooves 202b and the push grooves 201b to facilitate pushing of the first, second and third rotating plates 202c, 202d and 202 e.
The filter element 200 is composed of a breathing wheel 202, a secondary filtering wheel 203, a breathing wheel 202 and a filtering column 201 which are fixedly connected, when the filter element is not used, a first rotating plate 202c, a second rotating plate 202d and a third rotating plate 202e are in an unfolded state in a breathing slot hole 202a and just cover a filtering placing groove 203b, the filtering placing groove 203b is blocked, contact between materials adsorbing harmful gas in the filtering placing groove 203b and air is reduced, and the filter element is selected according to requirements when the filter element is used.

It is important to note that the construction and arrangement of the present application as shown in the various exemplary embodiments is illustrative only. Therefore, the present invention is not limited to a particular embodiment, but extends to various modifications that nevertheless fall within the scope of the appended claims.
Moreover, in an effort to provide a concise description of the exemplary embodiments, all features of an actual implementation may not be described (i.e., those unrelated to the presently contemplated best mode of carrying out the invention, or those unrelated to enabling the invention).
It should be appreciated that in the development of any such actual implementation, as in any engineering or design project, numerous implementation-specific decisions may be made. Such a development effort might be complex and time consuming, but would nevertheless be a routine undertaking of design, fabrication, and manufacture for those of ordinary skill having the benefit of this disclosure, without undue experimentation.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting, and although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions may be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention, which should be covered by the claims of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A filtration formula protective facial mask with from moist water absorption function which characterized in that: comprises the steps of (a) preparing a mixture of a plurality of raw materials,
the mask assembly (100) comprises an outer mask body (101), a filter layer (102) and a breathing bag (103), wherein the filter layer (102) is arranged inside the outer mask body (101), and the breathing bag (103) is arranged on the outer mask body (101); and the number of the first and second groups,
and the filtering piece (200) is arranged on the side surface of the outer cover body (101).

The filtering respirator having a self-moisturizing water-absorbing function according to claim 1, wherein: the outer cover body (101) includes filtration mouth (101a), dustcoat inner chamber (101b) and breathing mouth (101c), filtration mouth (101a) set up in outer cover body (101) side breathing mouth (101c) set up in outer cover body (101) another side, dustcoat inner chamber (101b) set up in outer cover body (101), dustcoat inner chamber (101b) respectively with filtration mouth (101a) with breathing mouth (101c) communicates with each other.

The filtering respirator having a self-moisturizing water-absorbing function according to claim 2, wherein: the outer cover body (101) still includes rotatory spread groove (101d) and column spinner (101c), rotatory spread groove (101d) set up in outer cover body (101) side, column spinner (101c) set up in rotatory spread groove (101d), rotatory spread groove (101d) are followed outer cover body (101) central line symmetry is provided with two.
