背景技术
随着社会的发展,文胸的发展越来越多样化,而在文胸的生产制造过程中通常需要使用到模杯,而模杯就是文胸内的海绵罩杯,有文胸属于贴身衣物,为了提高穿着的舒适性,因此需要使用到具有降解功能的乳丝模杯及其制备方法以便满足使用需求。
经检索,公开了专利号为CN102048250B,一种文胸模杯,包括具有碗侧、下碗围的模杯本体,模杯本体上设置有若干条由碗侧延伸至下碗围的加美,相邻两条加美之间具有凹槽。一种文胸模杯的制作工艺,包括如下步骤:(1)将海绵与面料贴合后,按照设计将其裁剪出上层裁片和下层裁片;(2)采用削绵技术处理上层裁片,将上层裁片削出由碗侧延伸至下碗围的加美;(3)在下层裁片的海绵面喷适量胶水,并与上层裁片的海绵面贴紧,然后模压;(4)修剪模压好的文胸模杯得到模杯成品。
现有的模杯及其制备方法存在的缺陷:
1、传统的模杯中大多使用的是不可降解的材料,导致在废弃后不能较好的对材料进行生物降解,容易对环境造成影响,降低了环保性,同时一般的模杯吸湿性与透气性较为一般,在穿戴时容易造成不舒适的感觉,降低了舒适性。

一种具有降解功能的乳丝模杯的制备方法,包括步骤一,原材料的选取;步骤二,制备硅胶层;步骤三,制备内料层;步骤四,制备模具;步骤物;压料成型,步骤六,边料修剪;
其中上述步骤一中,工作人员按照质量要求选取符合要求的聚乳酸纤维、聚酰胺纤维、合成弹性纤维、硅胶、全涤汗布、高密海绵,并对原材料的质量进行检验,确保质量合格;
其中上述步骤二中,工作人员将硅胶材料通过注塑机制作成硅胶层,并将聚酰胺纤维与合成弹性纤维制作成海绵层;
其中上述步骤三中,工作人员将聚乳酸纤维纺织成乳丝,并将乳丝通过编织机纺织成乳丝针织面料,通过喷胶贴合机将将乳丝针织面料与全涤汗布之间进行贴合,通过烘干装置将乳丝针织面料与全涤汗布之间胶水进行烘干,使胶水凝固,冷却后制成内料层;
其中上述步骤四中,工作人员根据模杯的尺寸选取合适形状的模具,并将模具内的杂质进行清理,同时对模具进行消毒处理,避免残留杂质滋生细菌影响成品质量;
其中上述步骤五中,将制作好的硅胶层、海绵层、内料层依次摆好放入准备好的模具内,通过热压定型机对模具内的物料进行热压定型操作,利用热压定型机进行加热模压,通过模压使每层基材表面进行熔合黏连,制成模杯,控制热压定型机的加热温度,将模具温度逐渐降低进行冷却,使成型的模杯冷却硬化;
其中上述步骤六中,将冷却硬化后的成型模杯从模具内取出,利用修剪设备将成型的模杯边缘进行修剪,去除模杯边缘的毛刺边料。
优选的,所述步骤一中原材料选取的质量要求,包括外观质量、重量组分、硬度进行选取。
优选的,所述硅胶层能够胸部塑型增量,触感与胸部自然肌理的质感神似, 行动时有自然晃动的神韵,克服了传统胸衣的生硬感,具有较好的弹性,不易产生褶皱与变黄的作用。
优选的,所述聚乳酸纤维是通过采用玉米、木薯、甘蔗、稻草、秸秆等含淀粉、纤维素的植物等为原料,通过生物酶的发酵作用得到葡萄糖,经乳酸菌发酵后变成乳酸,再经聚合成树脂,通过纺丝而制成乳丝,是一种生物纤维,能够可完全生物降解,在土壤或海水中经微生物作用可分解为二氧化碳和水,燃烧时不会散发毒气,对环保有着极大的作用,同时有着较高的亲肤性,回潮率低、模量较小、柔软而富有弹性、回弹性好。
优选的,所述全涤汗布是通过使用细号的纯棉纺纱线,利用纬编针织机上用平针、集圈、罗纹、提花等组织编结成的双面织物,吸湿性与透气性较强,能够避免出现闷热的情况。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过使用聚乳酸纤维纺丝层乳丝层,能够可完全进行生物降解,在土壤或海水中经微生物作用下可分解为二氧化碳和水,燃烧时不会散发毒气,有效的提高了降解效果,同时有着较高的亲肤性,回潮率低、模量较小、柔软而富有弹性、回弹性好;通过硅胶层能够对胸部塑型增量,触感与胸部自然肌理的质感神似,行动时有自然晃动的神韵,克服了传统胸衣的生硬感,具有较好的弹性,不易产生褶皱与变黄的作用;通过全涤汗布吸湿性与透气性较强,能够避免出现闷热的情况,经久耐用,材质环保,不易脱胶,提高了使用寿命。

实施例1
一种具有降解功能的乳丝模杯,其特征在于:它的组成材料有聚乳酸纤维、聚酰胺纤维、合成弹性纤维、硅胶、全涤汗布。
一种具有降解功能的乳丝模杯的制备方法,包括步骤一,原材料的选取;步骤二,制备硅胶层;步骤三,制备内料层;步骤四,制备模具;步骤物;压料成型,步骤六,边料修剪;
其中上述步骤一中,工作人员按照质量要求选取符合要求的聚乳酸纤维、聚酰胺纤维、合成弹性纤维、硅胶、全涤汗布、高密海绵,并对原材料的质量进行检验,确保质量合格;
其中上述步骤二中,工作人员将硅胶材料通过注塑机制作成硅胶层,并将聚酰胺纤维与合成弹性纤维制作成海绵层;

1.一种具有降解功能的乳丝模杯,其特征在于:它的组成材料有聚乳酸纤维、聚酰胺纤维、合成弹性纤维、硅胶、全涤汗布。
2.一种具有降解功能的乳丝模杯的制备方法,包括步骤一,原材料的选取;步骤二,制备硅胶层;步骤三,制备内料层;步骤四,制备模具;步骤物;压料成型,步骤六,边料修剪;其特征在于:
其中上述步骤一中,工作人员按照质量要求选取符合要求的聚乳酸纤维、聚酰胺纤维、合成弹性纤维、硅胶、全涤汗布、高密海绵,并对原材料的质量进行检验,确保质量合格;
其中上述步骤二中,工作人员将硅胶材料通过注塑机制作成硅胶层,并将聚酰胺纤维与合成弹性纤维制作成海绵层;
