As shown in fig. 5, the air outlet 323 is directed toward the inside of the casing, the blown air flow is turned and homogenized in the casing 321, and then the air wall with uniform air flow is blown out through the strip-shaped air outlet 325. The casing 321 is inconvenient to set to an arc structure for reasons such as installation convenience, but the non-arc structure can lead to airflow velocity loss, so that an arc air deflector 324 is further arranged between the casing 321 and the air outlet pipeline 322, the air flow blown out from the air outlet 323 is stably guided to the strip-shaped air outlet 325 by the arc air deflector 324, the energy loss generated during homogenizing and steering of the air flow is reduced, and the strength of the blown air wall is enhanced.
The structure of the bar-shaped air exhaust device 34 is similar to that of the bar-shaped air exhaust device 32, but the uniformity and strength of air flow of the air wall do not need to be considered by the bar-shaped air exhaust device 34, and the bar-shaped air exhaust device 34 is mainly used for being communicated with the air exhaust fan 35, so that the air exhaust fan 35 can conveniently suck the air flow of the air wall, and therefore, the bar-shaped air exhaust device 34 can adopt a bar-shaped structure with an air outlet. The strip-shaped air exhaust device 34 can adopt a rectangular structure which is the same as the shell of the strip-shaped air exhaust device 32, and a strip-shaped air exhaust opening is arranged in the middle of the rectangular structure for sucking air flow.
As shown in fig. 8, the isolation unit comprises a cowshed 21, a neck quick fixing device 24 and a fecal treatment system, wherein the neck quick fixing device 24 is arranged at the front end of the cowshed 21 and used for quickly fixing the neck of a diseased calf, so that the diseased calf can be conveniently treated, the diseased calf can be prevented from being stimulated in the treatment process, the diseased calf can be caused to generate emergency response, and unsafe factors can be influenced in the treatment process.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the rapid neck fixing device 24 includes a frame 241 and a clamping rod 242, the frame 241 is mounted at the front end of the calf 21, the frame 241 includes a quadrilateral outer frame, a cross rod 243 is disposed in the middle of the quadrilateral outer frame, a group of clamping rods 242 are symmetrically hinged on the cross rod 243, a locking hole 244 is disposed at the upper end of the clamping rod 242, a symmetrical multi-gear positioning pin 245 is disposed on the upper frame of the frame 241, and the clamping rods 242 are mounted on the corresponding positioning pins 245 through the locking holes 244 to fix and release the calf neck.
As shown in fig. 10, when the neck of the sick calf is fixed, the clamping rods are positioned on the positioning pins at the outer side, the symmetrical clamping rods are inclined outwards to form a V shape, the neck of the sick calf is pulled to pass through the middle of the clamping rods, then the clamping rods are moved from the positioning pins at the outer side to the positioning pins at the inner side to be fixed, the clamping rods are moved towards the middle, and the gap between the clamping rods is reduced to fix the neck of the sick calf. In addition, the cross rod in the middle of the fence frame can limit the neck of the sick calf from being excessively downward.
The rear end of the cowshed is provided with a fecal treatment system for separately collecting and treating the feces of the sick calves, so as to prevent the feces from causing secondary infection.
As shown in fig. 8, the fecal treatment system comprises a collecting area 22 and a stacking area 23, wherein the collecting area 22 is positioned below the cattle pen 21, the stacking area 23 is positioned outside the cattle pen 21 and is communicated with the collecting area 22, the collecting area 22 is a fecal channel arranged at the tail end of the cattle pen 21, a rectangular tunnel is dug at the tail end of the cattle pen 21 and is used as the collecting area 22, the bottom of the rectangular tunnel is an inclined plane inclined to the outer side of the cattle pen 21, the length of the rectangular tunnel is equivalent to the width of the cattle pen 21, a grid is paved above the rectangular tunnel to prevent the rear legs of the sick calves from falling into the collecting area 22, and meanwhile, the holes of the grid can enable the fecal of the sick calves to fall into the collecting area 22.
The accumulation area 23 is a fecal accumulation pit arranged outside the cowshed 21, the accumulation area 23 is a pit arranged outside the tail end of the cowshed 21 and communicated with the collection area 22 as shown in fig. 8, the depth of the accumulation area 23 is deeper than that of the collection area 22, the feces are convenient to stack, the sick calf feces are directly excreted to the collection area 22, and the collection area 22 slides the feces along the inclined ground to the accumulation area 23 for stacking, so that the follow-up treatment is convenient. A reticular grille 25 is arranged above the collecting area 22, through which faeces fall into the collecting area when a sick calf is excreted.
Example 2: as shown in fig. 8, the stacking area 23 is located below the collecting area 22, and further, for convenience in transferring the feces in the stacking area 23, the stacking area 23 is provided with an inclined plane inlet and outlet, and the feces transporter is pushed into the stacking area 23 through the inclined plane inlet and outlet, and corresponds to the collecting area, and the feces falling from the collecting area directly falls into the feces transporter to be stacked. Utilize the excrement and urine transfer car (buggy) to realize that excrement and urine piles up, makes things convenient for later stage staff to carry out transportation to the excrement and urine of piling up the district, lightens staff's work burden.
Further, the inclined plane of collecting area has the eaves platform to piling up the area extension, and the eaves platform extends to the top at excrement transfer car (buggy) middle part, utilizes the eaves platform to ensure that collecting area excrement and urine can carry to the excrement transfer car (buggy) in, prevents that excrement and urine from falling out and polluting the piling up area.
This embodiment may also be implemented by lifting the entire isolated treatment apparatus off the ground using a support. The isolation treatment device is lifted integrally by the support, and the fecal transporter is pushed directly below the collection area 22 as a stacking area 23. This embodiment can avoid digging the tunnel, but need set up the support column, when sending into isolation treatment device with sick calf simultaneously, need build the inclined plane step at isolation room entrance.
The two modes can be freely selected according to the actual construction requirements of the farm, and a proper construction mode is selected.
Example 3: the full flexible wind-proof curtain has insufficient constraint force on the wind wall, and the wind wall blows the flexible wind-proof curtain in the flowing process, so that the wind-proof curtain flutters to cause interference to sick calves; the use of a rigid, windproof partition can cause inconvenience to personnel.
Therefore, the wind-proof structure with soft and hard combination as shown in fig. 6 and 7 is adopted in this embodiment, the wind-proof curtain 33 comprises a flexible wind-proof door curtain 331, a folding partition 332, a top chute 333 and a bottom chute 334, wherein the top chute 333 and the bottom chute 334 are symmetrically installed on the top and the ground of the isolation room and are arranged along the direction of the isolation channel, the folding partition 332 comprises a plurality of wind-proof plates, the side surfaces of adjacent wind-proof plates are hinged to form a folding structure, circular protruding blocks are arranged between the upper side surface and the lower side surface of each wind-proof plate, the folding partition 332 is installed in the top chute 333 and the bottom chute 334 through the circular protruding blocks on the upper side surface and the lower side surface in a sliding manner, a passageway for the passage of workers is reserved between the cowshed and the inner wall of the isolation room, and the flexible wind-proof door curtain 331 is installed in the passageway on the same axis as the folding partition 332.
The specific structure of the folding partition 332 is the same as that of the existing folding sliding door, and the folding partition 332 can be used for common use.
The hard folding partition 332 is utilized to prevent wind and isolate wind in the cowshed area, and the flexible wind-proof door curtain 331 is arranged in the aisle, so that the passage of workers is facilitated.
Example 4: the rapid neck fixing device in the above embodiment adopts the clamping rod to rotate around the shaft, and fixes the neck of the sick calf through the locating pins at different positions.
With respect to the problem, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, the application provides a more convenient and rapid neck quick fixing device, which comprises a fence frame 241, clamping rods 242 and a connecting rod mechanism for controlling the rotation of the clamping rods, wherein the fence frame comprises a quadrilateral outer frame, a cross rod is arranged in the middle of the quadrilateral outer frame, a group of clamping rods are symmetrically hinged on the cross rod, the connecting rod mechanism comprises a rotating connecting rod 51, a long special-shaped connecting rod 52 and a short connecting rod 53, the vertical rod on one side of the fence frame protrudes upwards to form an extending part, the center of the rotating connecting rod is arranged on the extending part through a pin shaft, and the rotating connecting rod rotates around the pin shaft. The two ends of the rotating connecting rod are respectively hinged with the long special-shaped connecting rod and the short connecting rod, the other end of the long special-shaped connecting rod is hinged with the end part of the clamping rod on the far side, and the other end of the short connecting rod is hinged with the end part of the clamping rod on the near side.
As shown in fig. 12, the rotating connecting rod installed at the protruding extension part of the fence frame is rotated to drive the long special-shaped connecting rod and the short connecting rod which are respectively installed at the two ends of the rotating connecting rod to move in opposite directions, so that the clamping rods hinged at the ends of the long special-shaped connecting rod and the short connecting rod are driven to synchronously move in opposite directions, and clamping and loosening of the clamping rods are realized. In the process of rotating and opening and closing, the long special-shaped connecting rod controls the clamping rod on the far side, the short connecting rod controls the clamping rod on the near side, when the clamping rod is unfolded towards two sides, as shown in a figure … …, the end part of the short connecting rod hinged with the rotating connecting rod is positioned on the lower side, the end part of the short connecting rod hinged with the clamping rod is positioned on the upper side, the short connecting rod, the rotating connecting rod and the clamping rod are in a folding state, the short connecting rod cannot play a supporting role, and the clamping rod can be further unfolded; when the clamping rod is in a clamping state, the end part of the short connecting rod, which is hinged with the rotating connecting rod, is located at the upper side, the end part of the short connecting rod, which is hinged with the clamping rod, is located at the lower side, and at the moment, the short connecting rod rotates upwards, and the angle between the short connecting rod and the rotating connecting rod and the clamping rod is enlarged, so that the short connecting rod supports between the rotating connecting rod and the clamping rod, the clamping rod can be in a clamping closed state, and the neck part of the sick calf is clamped and fixed.
A handle is further arranged at a proper position of the rotary connecting rod, and the convenience of operation is improved by rotating the connecting rod through the handle.
Compared with a common neck fixing device, the device realizes synchronous opposite movement of the clamping rods through the connecting rod mechanism, the operation mode is simpler, the locking mode is more firm, the neck of the sick calf can be more quickly and conveniently fixed, the influence on the sick calf is reduced, and the safety of the operation is improved by avoiding too much stimulation on the sick calf.
Example 5: pathogenic bacteria are carried in the faeces of the sick calves, so that the faeces of the sick calves are also handled with care, and the faeces of the sick calves are collected, stacked, transported and subjected to innocent treatment as described in the previous embodiments. The excrement collecting area is located under the cowshed, if the opening of the collecting area is not blocked, the excrement is piled up and fermented for a long time to generate reverse smell, so that the sanitation condition of the isolation area is reduced, and germs and the like in the excrement can also reenter the isolation area through the opening, so that the treatment effect is influenced. Therefore, the opening of the collecting area is generally blocked by the cover plate, but the cover plate for blocking needs to be manually opened or covered by a person, and once the cover plate is not opened timely, the excrement of the sick calf can be directly discharged onto the cover plate, so that the sanitary environment of the isolation area is seriously affected.
In view of this problem, the inventors have provided a cross-shaped rotary cover plate that is mounted in a collection area, and that seals the opening of the collection area with the cross-shaped rotary cover plate, and that automatically rotates to feed feces into the collection area after the feces fall into the collection area, while the cross-shaped rotary cover plate automatically seals the opening of the collection area.
As shown in fig. 13-15, the cross-shaped rotary cover plate comprises a rotating shaft 41, a cross rotating plate 42, fixed magnets 43, sliding rods 44 and movable magnets 45, wherein the rotating shaft 41 is transversely arranged in the collecting area 22, shaft seats are arranged on two symmetrical side walls of the collecting area 22, the rotating shaft 41 is arranged through the shaft seats, the cross rotating plate 42 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 41 and rotates around the rotating shaft 41, the center of the cross rotating plate 42 is provided with a shaft sleeve, four rectangular plates which are transversely arranged are fixed on the shaft sleeve in an array mode, the width of each plate is equal to that of the collecting area 22, the rotating shaft 41 is fixed, the cross rotating plate 42 rotates around the rotating shaft, the sliding rods 44 are arranged at two ends of each of the four rectangular plates, one movable magnet 45 is sleeved on each sliding rod 44, the movable magnets 45 can move along the sliding rods 44, the fixed magnets 43 are fixedly arranged at two ends of the rotating shaft, magnetic poles of the fixed magnets 43 are distributed left and right with the vertical center line of the rotating shaft, and all movable magnets 45 face one end of the rotating shaft 41 with the same magnetic pole. When the rotating cross plate 42 rotates around the rotating shaft, the moving magnet 45 rotates along with the rotating cross plate 42, the fixed magnet 43 is fixed, and when the moving magnet 45 rotates across the center line of the fixed magnet 43, the magnetic pole correspondence relationship between the moving magnet 45 and the fixed magnet 43 changes. For example, when the movable magnet 45 is positioned on the left side of the fixed magnet 43, attractive force is generated between the movable magnet 45 and the fixed magnet 43, and the movable magnet 45 is attracted by the fixed magnet 43 to move along the slide bar 44 to one end close to the axial center. When the movable magnet 45 rotates to the right of the fixed magnet 43, a repulsive force is generated between the movable magnet 45 and the fixed magnet 43, the movable magnet 45 is repelled by the fixed magnet 43 and moves along the slide bar 44 to an end far away from the axis, and the center of gravity of the turnplate 42 changes along with the change of the position of the movable magnet 45 on the slide bar 44, so as to assist the turnplate 42 to rotate.
