The invention aims to provide a test bed for starting and performance test of a fuel engine casing, which comprises a starting motor, an outer transmission case, a lower transmission case and a speed increasing case, wherein the starting motor is connected with the outer transmission case, the outer transmission case is connected with the lower transmission case, the lower transmission case is connected with the speed increasing case, and the speed increasing case is connected with the fuel engine casing. The test equipment can perform two-part tests of starting and performance, so that more complex tests can be completed under the condition of simple structure, and the test bed is more advanced and reasonable; in order to simulate the real load condition in the test process, the test bed is added with a fuel pump assembly and a lubricating oil pump assembly, and can provide load when performing performance test; in conclusion, the test bed has a simple structure, can complete complex operation conditions, is convenient to maintain, and can reliably work for a long time.

Background
The gas turbine in the present stage has wide application in the fields of navigation, aviation and the like, the development of the gas turbine is always widely focused by scientific researchers, and the quality and performance of the produced gas turbine directly influence the life and property safety of people. Therefore, each gas turbine should finish a series of tests before delivery, the test is generally divided into two major parts of delivery test and performance test, the transmission modes of the two tests are quite different, in order to finish two test part schemes, a delivery test stand and a performance test stand are respectively established, the scheme not only increases the construction cost of the test stand, but also wastes a great amount of time in the process of repeated disassembly and assembly.
The test bed should also consider that the engine case should be the load environment in the process of starting and performance test in the design process, in order to guarantee that two tests are close to the true running environment of the engine case. Most designers add loading equipment such as a dynamometer to the test bed, which increases the space size of the test bed and is not economical.

The invention aims to provide a test bed for starting and performance test of a fuel engine casing, which can realize forward and reverse transmission of power flow.

2. The lower transmission case is connected with the outer transmission case through a clutch, and the lower transmission case is respectively connected with the fuel pump and the lubricating oil pump.
The invention has the advantages that: the test equipment can perform two-part tests of starting and performance, so that more complex tests can be completed under the condition of simple structure, and the test bed is more advanced and reasonable; in order to simulate the real load condition in the test process, the test bed is added with a fuel pump assembly and a lubricating oil pump assembly, and can provide load when performing performance test; in conclusion, the test bed has a simple structure, can complete complex operation conditions, is convenient to maintain, and can reliably work for a long time.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in more detail below, by way of example, with reference to the accompanying drawings:
referring to fig. 1 to 4, the test stand of the present invention comprises a starter motor 1, an outer transmission case 2, a lower transmission case 3, a speed increasing gearbox 4, a fuel engine case 5, a fuel pump assembly 6, a lubricating oil pump assembly 7 and a test stand 8; the test bed can be used for a starting test of a fuel engine casing on one hand, and the transmission scheme of the starting test is as follows: the outer transmission case 2 is connected with the lower transmission case 3, the lower transmission case 3 is connected with the speed increasing gear case 4, and a pair of bevel gears are added in the lower transmission case 3 and the speed increasing gear case 4 in consideration of the structural characteristics of the gas turbine casing 5 and the space occupied by the test bed as much as possible, so that the power transmission from the outer transmission case 3 to the gas turbine casing 5 is 180 degrees. The test bed can also carry out carrying-on starting in the forward starting process;
the test stand should be capable of simultaneously performing a performance test of the engine case, wherein the performance test is a load running condition of the engine case 5 after starting. The transmission technical scheme of the performance test is as follows: after the starting operation of the engine case 5, the power is transmitted to the lower transmission case 3 through the speed increasing case 4, so that the reverse transmission of the power is realized. The fuel pump assembly 6 and the lubricant pump assembly 7 connected to the lower transmission case 3 can effectively simulate the load generated by the operation of the fuel pump and the lubricant pump during the operation of the fuel machine. In order to ensure that the outer transmission case 2 damages a transmission member due to reverse rotation in the power reverse transmission process, a clutch is additionally arranged in the process of designing the lower transmission case 3, and the clutch is released in a performance test, so that the rotating speed at the joint of the clutch and the outer transmission case 2 is zero.
When the test bed is used for starting and performance tests, forward and reverse transmission of power of the test bed can be realized, namely, bidirectional transmission of power of one set of system is realized, and compared with the traditional test bed, the test bed is more advanced and reasonable, and meanwhile, the occupied space of the test bed is reduced.
The invention includes power forward transfer and power reverse transfer:
1. starting test of the combustion engine case 5
The starting working condition is mainly to start the engine case 5 so that the engine case 5 reaches the rated rotation speed. The starting-condition operating path is as follows (i.e., the starting-condition power transfer path): starting (starter motor 1) - (outer gearbox 2) running- (lower gearbox 3) running- (step-up gearbox 4) running- (combustion engine casing 5) starting until the rated rotational speed is reached.
2. Performance test of combustion engine case 5
The main running path of the performance test is as follows (i.e. the transmission path of the performance test power): the (fuel engine case 5) operates- (the speed increasing gear case 4) operates- (the lower transmission case 3) operates, and the two sides of the (lower transmission case 3) are respectively connected with the (lubricating oil pump assembly 7) and the (fuel pump assembly 6), so that the real load condition in the operation process of the fuel engine case can be simulated. The clutch in the performance test (lower transmission case 3) is disengaged, so that the reverse rotation in the test process (outer transmission case 2) is ensured, and the aim of protecting transmission parts is fulfilled.
