The invention discloses a preparation method of a plant enzyme detergent, which comprises the following steps: (1) preparation of raw materials: weighing industrial hemp flower and leaf extraction residue, soapberry fruit, brown sugar, saccharomycetes and water in parts by weight for later use; (2) pretreatment of raw materials: adding water into industrial hemp flower and leaf extraction residue and soapberry, heating for cooking, wherein the cooking temperature is 55-75 ℃, and obtaining a cooked liquid; (3) fermentation: transferring the solution to a fermentation tank, adding brown sugar and yeast, mixing, controlling the temperature of the fermentation tank at 25-30 deg.C, sealing, and fermenting for 4-8 months to obtain fermented solution; (4) and (3) homogenizing: filtering the fermented liquid, adding an acidity regulator to regulate the pH value to 4.0-5.0 to obtain the plant enzyme detergent. The preparation method realizes the waste utilization of the flower and leaf extraction residue of industrial hemp, changes waste into valuable, has low cost, and is suitable for industrial popularization and application. (3) fermentation: transferring the solution to a fermentation tank, adding brown sugar and yeast, mixing, controlling the temperature of the fermentation tank at 25-30 deg.C, sealing, and fermenting for 4-8 months to obtain fermented solution;
(4) and (3) homogenizing: filtering the fermented liquid, adding an acidity regulator to regulate the pH value to 4.0-5.0 to obtain the plant enzyme detergent.
Preferably, the time for digestion in the step (2) is 1-2 h.
Preferably, the pH is adjusted to 4.0-4.5 by adding an acidity regulator in the step (4).
Preferably, the cooking temperature is 65-70 ℃.
Preferably, the acidity regulator is one or a combination of acetic acid, citric acid, malic acid and phosphoric acid.
The invention also provides a plant enzyme detergent prepared by the preparation method of the plant enzyme detergent.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the plant enzyme detergent provided by the invention takes the industrial hemp flower and leaf extraction residue as a main raw material, and is supplemented with soapberry, the raw material source is wide, and the problem of treatment of the industrial hemp flower and leaf extraction residue is effectively solved.

(2) pretreatment of raw materials: adding water into industrial hemp flower and leaf extraction residues and soapberry, heating for boiling at 65 ℃ for 1h to obtain a boiled liquid;
(3) fermentation: transferring the solution after digestion to a fermentation tank, adding brown sugar and yeast, mixing uniformly, controlling the temperature of the fermentation tank at 25 ℃, and fermenting for 8 months in a sealed manner to obtain fermented solution;

The cleaning effects of the plant enzyme cleaners prepared in examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were tested according to GB9985-2000, and the test results are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from the table I, the plant enzyme detergents prepared in the examples 1 to 4 all meet the regulation of GB9985-2000 on tableware detergents, and in terms of detergency, not only all reach the standard, but also the detergency value reaches a stronger level; in addition, the plant enzyme cleaners prepared in comparative examples 1 to 3 did not meet the above-mentioned national standards in terms of detergency in the chemical index, and the detergency value was much lower than that of examples 1 to 4. The above examples and comparative examples confirm that the plant enzyme detergent prepared by the preparation method of the present invention has strong cleaning ability.
