A standard anchor block manufacturing and installing method is characterized in that the standard anchor block structurally comprises a bottom plate, anchor block enclosing plates, triangular rib plates, anchor lips and an anchor chain cylinder, the anchor chain cylinder is fixed on a bow part section, a plurality of triangular rib plates are welded between the anchor chain cylinder and a ship body outer plate to serve as supports, the anchor lips are fixed on one side of the bottom plate, a plurality of triangular plates are arranged on one side, opposite to the anchor lips, of the bottom plate, the peripheries of the triangular plates are fixed on the inner sides of the anchor block enclosing plates, and the triangular plates and the triangular rib plates are arranged correspondingly after the anchor block structure is installed, and the method comprises the following steps:
firstly, processing anchor platform parts, wherein the anchor platform parts comprise anchor platform coamings, a bottom plate and a triangular plate, each anchor platform coamings are manufactured according to a preset design drawing, after processing, the coamings are closed, the anchor platform coamings to be manufactured are linearly processed, after the design allowance of an upper opening is reserved, the anchor platform coamings are subjected to numerical control cutting blanking, the blanking is sent to a linear processing field, a processing workshop is subjected to secondary processing according to a sample box, after the linear processing of the anchor platform coamings, the coamings are consistent with the linear type of an anchor lip when being closed, after the coamings are trimmed and cut, the coamings are subjected to tapping on a coamings alignment line according to numerical control cutting drawing information, a water color pen marks corresponding letter information, the blanking of the bottom plate is cut according to the preset design drawing information, after the cutting is finished, the upper opening of the bottom plate, a bow reference and the opposite alignment line are tapped according to the numerical control cutting drawing processing information, and are marked by the water color pen, and the triangular plate is cut and blanked according to the preset design drawing requirement, marking the involution line water color pen marks of the set square;
secondly, manufacturing an anchor platform jig frame, namely manufacturing a horizontal jig frame on site by utilizing channel steel and angle iron according to the size and the line type of the anchor platform, and installing a lifting lug on a prefabricated anchor lip and then hoisting and placing the anchor lip on the horizontal jig frame; the anchor lip is placed on the horizontal jig frame in advance, so that anchor platform coamings and the triangular plates can be conveniently installed on site, and meanwhile, preheating equipment can be conveniently installed and preheated during the welding process of the anchor lip on the jig frame;
thirdly, checking and positioning an anchor lip, wherein the anchor lip is a prefabricated steel casting, checking a marine punching point on the anchor lip after the anchor lip steel casting is fed, distinguishing the upper position, the lower position, the bow position, the stern position and the port and starboard positions of the anchor lip according to the marine punching, hoisting a horizontal jig frame after the upper position, the lower position, the bow position and the stern position of the anchor lip are checked, and adjusting the level of the upper end surface of the anchor lip by using a level gauge to reduce the mounting error of a coaming caused by the height difference of the end surface of the anchor lip;
fourthly, positioning and installing an anchor platform coaming plate and a triangular plate, lifting a bottom plate of the anchor platform after the anchor lip is horizontally positioned, adjusting the upper opening reference and the bow reference of the bottom plate to be corresponding to the upper opening reference and the bow reference of the anchor lip, ensuring that the bottom plate corresponds to the line type of the anchor lip steel casting, positioning the triangular plate according to the watercolor pen information of the ocean punching standard on the bottom plate after positioning the bottom plate, adjusting the angle of the triangular plate according to the requirement on the angle information of the triangular plate on a preset design drawing, positioning and installing the manufactured anchor platform coaming plate on the triangular plate and the bottom plate, reversely plugging the joint line information from the frame surface of the anchor platform coaming plate to the smooth surface of the anchor platform coaming plate on site after positioning and installing the coaming, facilitating the adjustment and positioning after the anchor platform lifts the upper bow part section, and welding the anchor platform coaming plate and the triangular plate on site according to a welding node after the assembly is finished; after the anchor lip is fixedly welded on the bottom plate, preheating is carried out according to a welding process in the welding process of the anchor lip and the bottom plate, and when the anchor lip is heated to meet the welding requirement temperature, the anchor lip and the bottom plate are welded on site to form a whole;
fifthly, coating the interior of the anchor platform, welding the components of the anchor platform according to welding nodes after assembly, polishing and cleaning the welding seam in the anchor platform after welding, coating paint in the anchor platform in advance after polishing and sand washing are performed in place, and performing protection work to avoid damage to the interior paint during later hoisting of the anchor platform;
and sixthly, positioning and installing an anchor platform, wherein the bow section is manufactured in a sectional reverse building mode, a deck is used as a base surface for building a jig frame, an outer plate is segmented and then gathered on the deck, after the bow section is assembled, the outer plate is perforated on site according to the perforation information of the outer plate of the anchor chain cylinder, after the outer plate of the anchor chain cylinder is perforated, the anchor chain pipe is hoisted according to the requirement of a preset design drawing, the manufactured anchor platform is hoisted after the anchor chain pipe is positioned, the anchor platform is positioned according to rib lines, position lines and ocean punching mark information contained in the information of the anchor platform positioning, the upper opening allowance of the anchor platform coaming on the anchor platform is trimmed and cut after the anchor platform is installed and fixed according to the alignment information, and the installation work of the anchor platform is completed.
