技术领域
本发明涉及电视机制造技术领域,特别涉及高强度钢塑电视机背板制作方法。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平的提高,电视机尺寸越来越大,也越来越薄,这对电视机背板的要求提高了很多,既要求高强度、高平整,又要求重量轻,而且背板的内侧需要具备导电性,外侧又需要具备绝缘性,传统的金属板材已逐渐难以满足上述要求。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出一种高强度钢塑电视机背板制作方法,制作工艺巧妙,得到的产品能够兼具高强度和轻质量,又能满足内侧导电和外侧绝缘的要求。
根据本发明实施例的高强度钢塑电视机背板制作方法,其特征在于,包括:步骤一、准备第一钢板,在第一钢板的正面贴合高分子膜,得到面钢;步骤二、准备第二钢板,在第二钢板的背面进行化学处理并形成第一化学处理层,再在所述第一化学处理层上涂覆导电油漆并形成导电漆层,得到底钢;步骤三、准备一对呈上下分布的压辊和两层热熔胶膜,将所述面钢和所述底钢以上下分布的方式通过一对所述压辊之间,再将两层热熔胶膜通过所述面钢和所述底钢之间,将经过加热熔化的PE材料挤入两层热熔胶膜之间并形成PE芯层,PE芯层的温度能够将热熔胶膜熔化,使得PE芯层与面钢的背面、底钢的正面粘接在一起,调节所述压辊之间的间隙大小,得到需要厚度的复合板;步骤四、对所述复合板进行冷却,裁切成产品。
至少具有如下有益效果:本制作工艺巧妙,在面钢与底钢之间挤入PE材料并形成PE芯层,类似于三明治的夹心结构,使得产品整体结构强度高而且平整,PE芯层能够降低重量,经济性也好,本电视机背板的背面安装于朝向电视机的内侧,电视机内部需要静电导出,通过涂覆导电油漆能够满足导电需求,PE芯层能够隔绝底钢和面钢,又能达到本电视机背板的外侧绝缘的要求,此外,高分子膜具有装饰效果,外观高档。
根据本发明的一些实施例,在步骤一中,先在所述第一钢板的正面进行化学处理并形成第四化学处理层,再在所述第四化学处理层上涂布胶水,然后粘贴高分子膜。
根据本发明的一些实施例,在步骤一中,在第一钢板的背面进行化学处理并形成第二化学处理层,再在所述第二化学处理层上涂覆聚酯油漆并形成第二聚酯漆层。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述第一钢板和第二钢板均为Q460级高强度钢板。
根据本发明的一些实施例,在步骤二中,在第二钢板的正面进行化学处理并形成第三化学处理层,再在所述第三化学处理层上涂覆聚酯油漆并形成第一聚酯漆层。
根据本发明的一些实施例,在步骤三中,采用注塑螺杆将PE材料挤入两层热熔胶膜之间,同时对注塑螺杆加热以熔化PE材料。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述热熔胶膜为EVA胶膜。

参照图1,本发明公开一种高强度钢塑电视机背板制作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、准备第一钢板,在第一钢板的正面贴合高分子膜,得到面钢1;
步骤二、准备第二钢板,在第二钢板的背面进行化学处理并形成第一化学处理层,再在第一化学处理层上涂覆导电油漆并形成导电漆层,得到底钢2;
步骤三、准备一对呈上下分布的压辊5和两层热熔胶膜4,将面钢1和底钢2以上下分布的方式通过一对压辊5之间,再将两层热熔胶膜4通过面钢1和底钢2之间,将经过加热熔化的PE材料挤入两层热熔胶膜4之间并形成PE芯层3,PE芯层3的温度能够将热熔胶膜4熔化,使得PE芯层3与面钢1的背面、底钢2的正面粘接在一起,调节压辊5之间的间隙大小,得到需要厚度的复合板6;
步骤四、对复合板6进行冷却,裁切成产品。
可以理解的是,可以将步骤一得到的面钢1收卷成面钢1卷材。将步骤二得到的底钢2收卷成底钢2卷材,方便整理、储存及转移,在步骤三中,再将面钢1卷材和底钢2放卷。
本制作工艺巧妙,在面钢1与底钢2之间挤入PE材料并形成PE芯层3,类似于三明治的夹心结构,使得产品整体结构强度高而且平整,PE芯层3能够降低重量,经济性也好,本电视机背板的背面安装于朝向电视机的内侧,电视机内部需要静电导出,通过涂覆导电油漆能够满足导电需求,PE芯层3能够隔绝底钢和面钢,又能达到本电视机背板的外侧绝缘的要求,此外,高分子膜具有装饰效果,外观高档。
在本发明的一些实施例中,在步骤一中,先在第一钢板的正面进行化学处理并形成第四化学处理层,再在第四化学处理层上涂布胶水,然后粘贴高分子膜,使得高分子膜与第一钢板之间贴合牢固。
在本发明的一些实施例中,在步骤一中,在第一钢板的背面进行化学处理并形成第二化学处理层,再在第二化学处理层上涂覆聚酯油漆并形成第二聚酯漆层;在步骤二中,在第二钢板的正面进行化学处理并形成第三化学处理层,再在第三化学处理层上涂覆聚酯油漆并形成第一聚酯漆层。
通过对第一钢板的背面和第二钢板的正面进行氧化处理,提高面钢1和底钢2的防腐蚀能力,并且分别涂覆第二聚酯漆层和第一聚酯漆层,提高面钢1和底钢2的附着力,与PE芯层3结合更加紧密。
其中,第一钢板和第二钢板可以是Q460级高强度钢板,在制作前可对Q460级高强度钢板进行清洗,屈服强度、抗拉强度和延伸率均非常高。
在本发明的一些实施例中,在步骤三中,如图1所示,采用注塑螺杆7将PE材料挤入两层热熔胶膜4之间,同时对注塑螺杆7加热以熔化PE材料,热熔胶膜4可以是EVA胶膜,粘接非常牢固,保证得到的产品不会脱层。
此外,在步骤四中,对复合板6进行冷却,然后在复合板6的正面贴覆保护膜8,再裁切成产品,保护膜8可以起到保护作用,防止得到的产品表面被划伤、刮花。
在本发明的一些实施例中,参照图1,本发明还公开一种高强度钢塑电视机背板制作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、准备第一钢板,先在第一钢板的正面涂布胶水,再粘贴高分子膜,在第一钢板的背面进行化学处理并形成第二化学处理层,再在第二化学处理层上涂覆聚酯油漆并形成第二聚酯漆层,得到面钢1;
步骤二、准备第二钢板,在第二钢板的背面和正面进行化学处理并形成第一化学处理层和第三化学处理层,再在第一化学处理层上涂覆导电油漆并形成导电漆层,在第三化学处理层上涂覆聚酯油漆并形成第一聚酯漆层,得到底钢2;
步骤三、准备一对呈上下分布的压辊5和两层EVA胶膜,将面钢1和底钢2以上下分布的方式通过一对压辊5之间,再将两层EVA胶膜通过面钢1和底钢2之间,采用注塑螺杆7将PE材料挤入两层EVA胶膜之间,同时对注塑螺杆7加热以熔化PE材料,形成PE芯层3,PE芯层3的温度能够将EVA胶膜熔化,使得PE芯层3与面钢1的背面、底钢2的正面粘接在一起,调节压辊5之间的间隙大小,得到需要厚度的复合板6;
步骤四、对复合板6进行冷却,然后在复合板6的正面贴覆保护膜8,再裁切成产品。

步骤一、准备第一钢板,在第一钢板的正面贴合高分子膜,得到面钢;
步骤二、准备第二钢板,在第二钢板的背面进行化学处理并形成第一化学处理层,再在所述第一化学处理层上涂覆导电油漆并形成导电漆层,得到底钢;
步骤三、准备一对呈上下分布的压辊和两层热熔胶膜,将所述面钢和所述底钢以上下分布的方式通过一对所述压辊之间,再将两层热熔胶膜通过所述面钢和所述底钢之间,将经过加热熔化的PE材料挤入两层热熔胶膜之间并形成PE芯层,PE芯层的温度能够将热熔胶膜熔化,使得PE芯层与面钢的背面、底钢的正面粘接在一起,调节所述压辊之间的间隙大小,得到需要厚度的复合板;
步骤四、对所述复合板进行冷却,裁切成产品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高强度钢塑电视机背板制作方法,其特征在于,在步骤一中,先在所述第一钢板的正面进行化学处理并形成第四化学处理层,再在所述第四化学处理层上涂布胶水,然后粘贴高分子膜。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的高强度钢塑电视机背板制作方法,其特征在于,在步骤一中,在第一钢板的背面进行化学处理并形成第二化学处理层,再在所述第二化学处理层上涂覆聚酯油漆并形成第二聚酯漆层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高强度钢塑电视机背板制作方法,其特征在于,所述第一钢板和第二钢板均为Q460级高强度钢板。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高强度钢塑电视机背板制作方法,其特征在于,在步骤二中,在第二钢板的正面进行化学处理并形成第三化学处理层,再在所述第三化学处理层上涂覆聚酯油漆并形成第一聚酯漆层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高强度钢塑电视机背板制作方法,其特征在于,在步骤三中,采用注塑螺杆将PE材料挤入两层热熔胶膜之间,同时对注塑螺杆加热以熔化PE材料。
7.根据权利要求1或6所述的高强度钢塑电视机背板制作方法,其特征在于,所述热熔胶膜为EVA胶膜。
8.根据权利要求1所述的高强度钢塑电视机背板制作方法,其特征在于,在步骤四中,对所述复合板进行冷却,然后在所述复合板的正面贴覆保护膜,再裁切成产品。
