In the second embodiment, please refer to fig. 2 and 3 of the specification, in order to facilitate the installation and the detachment of the molten aluminum filter screen 3, one end of the molten aluminum filter screen 3 is provided with a plug 17, the oblique flow section 14 is provided with an installation port 13 in insertion fit with the plug 17, so as to prevent the filtered impurities on the molten aluminum filter screen 3 from being washed back into the molten aluminum during the continuous flowing process of the molten aluminum, and the other end of the molten aluminum filter screen 3 is provided with a bend 18 for blocking the impurities and specific gravity segregation in the molten aluminum.
In the third embodiment, please refer to fig. 4 of the specification, in order to facilitate the workers to check the conveying state of the aluminum liquid and clean the subsequent runner 1, the runner 1 is mostly U-shaped, too large flow of the aluminum liquid in the runner 1 not only easily causes the aluminum liquid to spill out and causes waste or scald the workers, but also affects the stability of the aluminum liquid in the front box 8, in order to facilitate the workers to know the height of the aluminum liquid level in the runner 1 in real time and avoid the aluminum liquid level from being too high, the upper surface of the stop block 21 is provided with the lamp holder 20, the lamp holder 20 is internally provided with the power supply, the lamp holder 20 is internally provided with the indicator lamp 19, the lower surface of the stop block 21 is provided with the inductive switch 22 which is touched and senses through the floating block 25 and controls the indicator lamp 19 to light up, when too much aluminum liquid level in the runner 1 rises beyond the safety range, the floating block 25 touches the inductive switch 22 along with the floating of the floating aluminum liquid level, the indicator lamp 19 lights up to send out a warning, the flow of the aluminum liquid in the launder 1 is regulated and controlled by the staff by regulating the flow of the liquid discharging port of the static furnace.
In the fourth embodiment, please refer to fig. 1 and 5 of the specification, although the residence time of the aluminum liquid in the front chamber 5 and the rear chamber 7 in the front box 8 is short, the impurities and the gravity segregation products in the aluminum liquid will still precipitate to the bottom surface in the front box 8, so as to facilitate the subsequent cleaning of the impurities and the gravity segregation products remaining in the front box 8, and ensure the cleanness in the front box 8, the bottom surface in the front chamber 5 is an arc bottom surface 28, the arc bottom surface 28 is provided with a discharge port a27, the bottom surface of the rear chamber 7 is an inclined bottom surface 38, the lower end of the inclined bottom surface 38 is provided with a discharge port B39, correspondingly, the lower ends of the discharge port 10 and the inclined bottom surface 38 of the rear chamber 7 have a certain distance, and the impurities or the gravity segregation products after the aluminum liquid is precipitated can be concentrated and accumulated by using the arc bottom surface 28 and the inclined bottom surface 40, and then discharged and processed through the discharge port.
Fifth embodiment, please refer to description attached drawings 5 and 6, aluminium liquid in the front cavity 5 flows into the back cavity 8 through the circulation port 11, in order to avoid causing great impact to aluminium liquid in the back cavity 8 when aluminium liquid flows in through the circulation port 11, the stability of aluminium liquid in the back cavity 8 is affected, the bottom surface is equipped with the buffer board 37 that is used for shunting and buffering the aluminium liquid that flows in through the circulation port 11 in the back cavity 7, specifically, one side face of the buffer board 37 towards the circulation port 11 is the outside bellied reposition of redundant personnel face 40 in middle part, can buffer the aluminium liquid that flows in through the circulation port and shunt, effectively avoid pouring into the impact of aluminium liquid to the liquid outlet, the stability of liquid outlet has not only been guaranteed, and reduce the impact of aluminium liquid in the back cavity in the injection process greatly, avoid the unsteady of aluminium liquid.
