Each piece of line information of the line list corresponds to a deletion icon and an editing icon, when a user needs to delete a piece of line information, the line information can be deleted by clicking the corresponding deletion icon, and similarly, when the user needs to modify the piece of line information, the line information can be modified by clicking the corresponding editing icon.
On the basis of the embodiment, the cable intelligent management platform further comprises an information auditing module;
the information auditing module is used for displaying the related information of the corresponding cable according to an information auditing instruction sent by a user, and determining whether the related information of the corresponding cable passes auditing according to an auditing result instruction fed back by the user.
After the APP at the terminal uploads the relevant information of the cable to the information storage module, the user is further required to check the relevant information of the cable and judge whether the relevant information meets the requirements. The related information uploaded by the APP of the terminal may be related information newly created by the user or related information obtained by modifying old related information by the user. If the related information passes the verification, the related information is judged to be valid, the related information is added or the old related information is updated according to the related information, if the verification does not pass, the related information is judged to be invalid, and the related information is ignored. Exemplarily, in the information auditing module, a cable list is shown in fig. 6, where the cable list includes a name of a cable line, number information of a label bound to the cable, number information of the cable, an auditing state of related information, and the like, and each related information of the cable list is correspondingly displayed with a view icon and an auditing icon, and when a user clicks the view icon, the information auditing module displays modified related information corresponding to the cable; when the user clicks the audit icon, the information audit module displays an information audit window, the user can determine whether the content of modifying the related information in the information audit window passes the audit, if so, the related information of the cable is updated, otherwise, the modified content is ignored.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the cable intelligent management platform further comprises a cable specification management module.
The cable specification management module is used for editing the specification of the cable and generating a specification list according to a specification editing instruction sent by a user, so that a team member of an engineering team selects the specification information of the cable from the specification list in the process of writing the related information of the cable; and the system is used for receiving a specification management instruction sent by a user and managing the specification information in the specification list.
In this implementation, the cable intelligent management platform further includes a cable specification management module, and a user can edit the specification information of the cable through the cable specification management module and generate a specification list after the editing is completed. After the cable specification management module generates the specification list, in the process that relevant information of the cable is written in through the terminal, a team member of an engineering team selects the specification information of the cable from the specification list without manually inputting for many times, a user can conveniently and uniformly manage the specification information of the cable, and the management efficiency of the cable is improved.
After the specification list is generated, the user can manage the specification list, and add, delete or modify the specification information in the specification list. Illustratively, as shown in fig. 7, after editing the specification information of the cable, the user generates a specification list, and each line in the specification list contains one piece of specification information. When a user needs to add new specification information, the added icon on the specification list is clicked, the cable specification management module pops up a cable specification editing window, the user edits and stores the specification information in the cable specification editing window, and then the cable specification management module generates a new specification list. Each piece of specification information of the specification list corresponds to a deleting icon and an editing icon, when a user needs to delete a piece of specification information, the corresponding deleting icon is clicked to delete the specification information, and similarly, when the user needs to modify the piece of specification information, the corresponding editing icon is clicked to modify the specification information.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the related information further includes information of the administration unit of the cable, and the cable intelligent management platform further includes a unit management module.
The unit management module is used for editing the administration unit information of the cable according to a unit editing instruction sent by a user and generating a unit list so that an engineering team member selects the administration unit information of the cable from the unit list in the process of writing the related information of the cable, and is used for receiving the administration unit management instruction sent by the user and managing the administration unit information in the unit list.
In the present embodiment, the administration unit information includes a unit that administers the cable. The cable intelligent management platform also comprises a unit management module, and a user can edit the administration unit information of the cable through the unit management module and generate a unit list after the editing is finished. After the unit management module generates the unit list, in the process that the team member of the engineering team writes the related information of the cable through the terminal, the team member of the engineering team can select the information of the administration unit of the cable from the unit list without manually inputting for many times, and the user can conveniently and uniformly manage the information of the administration unit of the cable, so that the management efficiency of the cable is improved.
After the unit list is generated, the user can manage the unit list, and add, delete or modify the administration unit information in the unit list. For example, as shown in fig. 8, after editing the administration unit information of the cable, the user generates a unit list, and each line in the unit list is one piece of administration unit information. When a user needs to add new information of the administration unit, the added icon on the unit list is clicked, the unit management module pops up an editing window of the administration unit, the user edits and stores the information of the administration unit in the editing window of the administration unit, and then the unit management module generates a new unit list. Each piece of information of the administration unit of the unit list corresponds to a deletion icon and an editing icon, when a user needs to delete a piece of information of the administration unit, the information of the administration unit can be deleted by clicking the corresponding deletion icon, and similarly, when the user needs to modify the information of the administration unit, the information of the administration unit can be modified by clicking the corresponding editing icon.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the cable intelligent management platform further comprises a voltage class management module.
The voltage grade management module is used for editing the voltage grade information of the cable according to a voltage grade editing instruction sent by a user and generating a voltage grade list so that a team member of an engineering team can select the voltage grade information of the cable from the voltage grade list in the process of writing the related information of the cable; and the voltage level management module is used for receiving a voltage level management instruction sent by a user and managing the voltage level information in the voltage level list.
In this embodiment, the cable intelligent management platform further includes a voltage class management module, and a user can edit the voltage class information of the cable through the voltage class management module and generate a voltage class list after the editing is completed. After the voltage class management module generates the voltage class list, in the process that relevant information of the cable is written in through the terminal, a team member of an engineering team selects the voltage class information of the cable from the voltage class list without manually inputting for many times, and a user can conveniently and uniformly manage the voltage class information of the cable, so that the management efficiency of the cable is improved.
After the voltage level list is generated, the user can manage the voltage level list, and add, delete or modify the voltage level information in the voltage level list. For example, as shown in fig. 9, after editing the voltage class information of the cable, the user generates a voltage class list, and each line in the voltage class list is a piece of voltage class information. When a user needs to add new voltage grade information, the added icon on the voltage grade list is clicked, the voltage grade management module pops up a voltage grade editing window, the user edits and stores the voltage grade information in the voltage grade editing window, and then the voltage grade management module generates a new voltage grade list. Each piece of voltage grade information of the voltage grade list corresponds to a deletion icon and an editing icon, when a user needs to delete a piece of voltage grade information, the voltage grade information can be deleted by clicking the corresponding deletion icon, and similarly, when the user needs to modify the piece of voltage grade information, the voltage grade information can be modified by clicking the corresponding editing icon.
On the basis of the embodiment, the tasks further include a label binding task, the task assignment module is further used for setting label binding information according to a label binding instruction sent by a user, generating the label binding task according to the label binding information, and sending the label binding task to a terminal associated with corresponding engineering team personnel, wherein the label binding information includes serial number information of labels to be bound, engineering teams executing the label binding task, engineering team members executing the label binding task in the engineering teams, and starting and ending time of the label binding task.
In one embodiment, the tasks further include a tag binding task, i.e., a task of binding a tag and a cable. When a user needs to bind a certain label with a cable, a label binding instruction is sent to a task assignment module, the task assignment module pops up a task setting window, the user can set label binding information on the task setting window, the label binding information comprises number information of the label to be bound, an engineering team executing the label binding task, an engineering team member executing the label binding task in the engineering team, starting and ending time of the label binding task, a task title and task content, then the task assignment module generates the label binding task according to the label binding information set by the user, and sends the label binding task to a terminal associated with a corresponding engineering team member, wherein the corresponding engineering team member is the engineering team member executing the label binding task. In one embodiment, the user may also write the location information of the cable bound to the tag and the number of the cable in the task content, so that the engineer team performing the tag binding task can bind the tag to the corresponding cable.
On the basis of the embodiment, the cable intelligent management platform further comprises a task management module;
the task management module is also used for creating a task list according to the task generated by the task assignment module, acquiring the execution state of the task and updating the task list, wherein the task list comprises the execution state of the task; and the task management module is used for receiving a task management instruction of a user and managing the tasks in the task list.
After the task assignment module generates the tasks, the task management module creates a task list according to the tasks generated by the task assignment module. In one embodiment, different types of tasks correspond to different task lists, for example, a maintenance task corresponds to one task list, an inspection task corresponds to one task list, and a tag binding task corresponds to one task list. The task list also comprises an execution state of each task, and the task assignment module is further used for obtaining the execution state of each task uploaded by the team members of the engineering team and updating the execution state of each task in the task list, so that a user can master the execution condition of each task. Illustratively, the team member of the engineering team uploads the execution state of the task to the task management module through the terminal, so that the task management module can acquire the execution state of the task and update the task list according to the execution state of the task.
The task assignment module is further used for receiving a task management instruction sent by a user and managing the tasks in the task list according to the task management instruction. For example, in an embodiment, a task list is shown in fig. 10, each task is provided with an icon for canceling the task, when a user wants to cancel a certain task, the user clicks the corresponding icon for canceling the task, the task assigning module pops up a task canceling window, and the user can note the reason for canceling the task in the task canceling window and cancel the task. If the user cancels a certain task, the task assigning module sends information to a terminal associated with the engineering team member executing the task so as to inform the engineering team member that the task is cancelled.
On the basis of the embodiment, the cable intelligent management platform further comprises an engineering team management module and a personnel management module;
the engineering team management module is used for receiving an engineering team management instruction of a user, editing engineering team information and generating an engineering team list so that the task assignment module selects an engineering team for executing a task from the engineering team list when setting the engineering team for executing the task; and the system is used for receiving the engineering team management instruction sent by the user and managing the engineering team information in the engineering team list.
In this embodiment, a user may edit the engineering team information through the engineering team management module, and after the editing is completed, an engineering team list is generated, so that the user may select the engineering team information for executing a task from the engineering team list in the process of writing the relevant information of the cable through the terminal. After the project queue list is generated, the user can manage the project queue list, and add, delete or modify the project queue information in the project queue list. Illustratively, as shown in fig. 11, after the user has edited the project team information, a project team list is generated. When the user needs to add new information of the engineering team, the user clicks the added icon on the engineering team list to add new information of the engineering team. Each piece of engineering team information of the engineering team list corresponds to a deletion icon and an editing icon, when a user needs to delete a piece of engineering team information, the corresponding deletion icon is clicked to delete the engineering team information, and similarly, when the user needs to modify the piece of engineering team information, the corresponding editing icon is clicked to modify the engineering team information.
The personnel management module is used for receiving personnel management instructions of users, editing the information of the engineering team members in the engineering teams and generating an engineering team member list of each engineering team, so that when the task assignment module sets the engineering team members for executing tasks in the engineering teams, the engineering team members for executing the tasks are selected from the corresponding engineering team member lists; and the system is used for receiving a team member management instruction sent by the user and managing the information of the engineering team members in the engineering team member list.
Similarly, in this embodiment, the user may also generate an engineering team member list of each engineering team through the personnel management module, and manage the engineering team member information, and the specific process may refer to the engineering team member management module to edit and manage the engineering team information, which is not described herein again. It should be noted that the engineering team member list includes information about each engineering team member, and the information about each engineering team member includes an account number, a user name, a mobile phone number, a user status, an account status, and the like of each engineering team member. In the project team member list, each project team member information also corresponds to an icon for modifying the password, and the user can modify the login password of the corresponding user by clicking the icon for modifying the password, as shown in fig. 12.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the cable intelligent management platform further includes an account management module, a role management module, and a permission management module.
The account management module is used for receiving a user editing instruction sent by a user, deleting or creating a corresponding user, receiving a user state editing instruction sent by the user, and enabling or freezing the corresponding user.
In this embodiment, an administrator can also manage users in the cable intelligent management platform through the account management module. For example, in one embodiment, a user may open a user list through the account management module, where the user list includes users currently created by the cable intelligent management platform, and an administrator may edit the user list, for example, add a new user, or delete an existing user in the user list. The administrator may also edit the status of the users in the user list, enabling or freezing the users in the user list.
The role management module is used for receiving role editing instructions sent by users, deleting or creating corresponding roles, receiving role management instructions sent by users and distributing roles for different users.
In this embodiment, the administrator can also manage roles in the cable intelligent management platform through the role management module. For example, a user may open a role list through the role management module, where the role list includes roles currently created by the cable intelligent management platform, and in one embodiment, the roles in the role list include a system administrator, a cable administrator, a detection administrator, and the like. The administrator may edit the role list, such as adding a new role, or deleting an existing role in the role list. The administrator may also assign roles to different users in the role management module, it being understood that each role has different permissions.
And the authority management module is used for receiving an authority editing instruction sent by a user and setting the system authority of each role.
The administrator can manage the system authority of each user through the authority management module. For example, in one embodiment, each role in the role list corresponds to one permission setting icon, and when a user needs to set the permission of a certain user, the permission of the role can be set by clicking the corresponding permission setting icon.
In one embodiment, the cable intelligent management platform further comprises a version management module, wherein the version management module is used for receiving system files uploaded by a user and upgrading the versions of the APPs on the terminal according to the system files. Illustratively, a user uploads a system file in an APK format on a cable intelligent management platform, after receiving the APK file, the cable intelligent management platform automatically identifies and fills in a version number and a version name of an APP, and also automatically calculates an md5 value of the APK file, and then, the user fills in the update content of the version and determines the upgrade, and a version management module can release the APK file, so as to upgrade the version of the APP on the terminal.
In one embodiment, the cable intelligent management platform further comprises a logging module, and the logging module is used for recording operation records of a user on the cable intelligent management platform.
In one embodiment, the cable intelligent management platform further comprises a menu management module. It should be noted that a menu is displayed on the display interface of the cable intelligent management platform, a menu icon corresponding to each module is displayed on the menu, and a user can use the function of the corresponding module by clicking the menu icon. For example, the information viewing module corresponds to an icon displayed as a "cable list", the information auditing module corresponds to an icon displayed as "cable audit", the line management module corresponds to an icon displayed as "line management", and the like, and a user can manage the icons displayed on the menu on the display interface through the menu management module, determine the icons to be displayed in the menu, and set a corresponding sub-icon for each icon.
The embodiment of the present invention provides an intelligent cable management system, where a tag and a cable are bound to each other, relevant information of the cable is written on the tag, and the written relevant information of the cable is sent to an intelligent cable management platform through a terminal, where the intelligent cable management platform generates a cable list, a user can check the relevant information of each cable through the cable list, and when the cable needs to be overhauled or maintained, the task is assigned to the corresponding cable through a task assignment module, and the assigned task and the serial number information of the cable assigned with the task are sent to the terminal associated with an engineering team member, so that the engineering team member finds the corresponding tag according to the serial number information of the cable assigned with the task, and executes the assigned task on the cable bound with the corresponding tag. According to the embodiment of the invention, the cable list is generated on the cable intelligent management platform, and the related information of the corresponding cable can be found through the cable list, so that the management efficiency of the cable is greatly improved.
It should be noted that the foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and the technical principles applied. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the embodiments of the present invention are not limited to the specific embodiments described herein, and that various obvious changes, adaptations, and substitutions are possible, without departing from the scope of the embodiments of the present invention. Therefore, although the embodiments of the present invention have been described in more detail through the above embodiments, the embodiments of the present invention are not limited to the above embodiments, and many other equivalent embodiments may be included without departing from the concept of the embodiments of the present invention, and the scope of the embodiments of the present invention is determined by the scope of the appended claims.

Claims (11)

1. The intelligent cable management system is characterized by comprising a terminal, an intelligent cable management platform and a plurality of labels, wherein the labels are bound with cables, serial number information of the cables bound with the labels is stored in each label, and the intelligent cable management platform comprises an information storage module, an information checking module and a task assigning module;
the terminal is used for recording related information of the cable written by the team member of the engineering team and sending the related information to the information storage module; the related information comprises number information of a label bound with the cable, position information of the label, number information of the cable, starting and stopping position information of the cable, specification information of the cable, voltage grade information of the cable and line information of the cable;
the information storage module is used for storing the related information of the cable and generating a cable list based on the related information;
the information viewing module is used for selecting a corresponding cable from the cable list according to an information viewing instruction sent by a user, displaying relevant information of the corresponding cable, and displaying position information of a label bound with the corresponding cable on a map;
the task assignment module is used for selecting a corresponding cable from the cable list according to a task assignment instruction sent by a user, assigning a task to the corresponding cable, sending the assigned task and the number information of the cable assigned with the task to a terminal associated with an engineering team member, so that the engineering team member finds a corresponding label according to the number information of the cable assigned with the task, and executing the assigned task on the cable bound with the corresponding label, wherein the task is a maintenance task or an inspection task.

The intelligent cable management system according to claim 1, wherein the task assignment module is configured to select a corresponding cable from the cable list according to a task assignment instruction sent by a user, and the specific process of assigning a task to the corresponding cable is:
the cable management system is used for selecting a corresponding cable from the cable list according to a task assignment instruction sent by a user, setting task information according to the task setting instruction sent by the user, generating a task according to the set task information, and assigning the task to the corresponding cable, wherein the task information comprises a task type, a project team for executing the task, project team personnel for executing the task in the project team, a task title, task content and task starting and ending time.
3. The intelligent cable management system according to claim 1, wherein the intelligent cable management platform further comprises a line management module, and the line management module is configured to edit line information of a cable according to a line editing instruction sent by a user, and generate a line list, so that an engineer team member selects line information to which the cable belongs from the line list in a process of writing information related to the cable; and the line management module is used for receiving a line management instruction sent by a user and managing the line information in the line list.
4. The intelligent cable management system of claim 1, wherein the intelligent cable management platform further comprises an information auditing module;
the information auditing module is used for displaying the related information of the corresponding cable according to an information auditing instruction sent by a user, and determining whether the related information of the corresponding cable passes auditing according to an auditing result instruction fed back by the user.
5. The intelligent cable management system of claim 1, wherein the intelligent cable management platform further comprises a cable specification editing module;
the cable specification editing module is used for editing the specification of the cable and generating a specification list according to a specification editing instruction sent by a user, so that a team member of an engineering team selects the cable specification information of the cable from the specification list in the process of writing the related information of the cable; and the system is used for receiving a specification management instruction sent by a user and managing the cable specification information in the specification list.
6. The intelligent cable management system of claim 1, wherein the related information further includes jurisdiction information of the cable, and the intelligent cable management platform further includes a jurisdiction management module;
the unit management module is used for editing the administration unit information of the cable and generating a unit list according to a unit editing instruction sent by a user, so that the team member of the engineering team selects the administration unit information of the cable from the unit list in the process of writing the related information of the cable; and the management module is used for receiving a management instruction of the administration unit sent by the user and managing the information of the administration unit in the unit list.
7. The intelligent cable management system of claim 1, wherein the intelligent cable management platform further comprises a voltage class management module;
the voltage level management module is used for editing voltage level information of a cable according to a voltage level editing instruction sent by a user and generating a voltage level list so that a team member of an engineering team selects the voltage level information of the cable from the voltage level list in the process of writing related information of the cable, and is used for receiving the voltage level management instruction sent by the user and managing the voltage level information in the voltage level list.

The intelligent cable management system according to claim 2, wherein the tasks further include a label binding task, the task assignment module is further configured to set label binding information according to a label binding instruction sent by a user, generate a label binding task according to the label binding information, and send the label binding task to a terminal associated with a corresponding engineering team person, where the label binding information includes serial number information of a label to be bound, an engineering team who executes the label binding task, an engineering team member who executes the label binding task in the engineering team, and start and stop time of the label binding task.
9. The intelligent cable management system of claim 8, wherein the intelligent cable management platform further comprises a task management module;
the task management module is also used for creating a task list according to the task generated by the task assignment module, acquiring the execution state of the task and updating the task list, wherein the task list comprises the execution state of the task; and the task management module is used for receiving a task management instruction of a user and managing the tasks in the task list.
10. The intelligent cable management system of claim 8, wherein the intelligent cable management platform further comprises an engineering team management module and a personnel management module;
the engineering team management module is used for receiving an engineering team management instruction of a user, editing engineering team information and generating an engineering team list, so that when the task assignment module sets an engineering team for executing the task, the engineering team for executing the task is selected from the engineering team list; the system comprises a project team list, a project team management module and a user management module, wherein the project team management module is used for receiving a project team management instruction sent by the user and managing project team information in the project team list;
the personnel management module is used for receiving personnel management instructions of users, editing the information of engineering team members in the engineering teams and generating an engineering team member list of each engineering team, so that when the task assignment module sets the engineering team members for executing tasks in the engineering teams, the engineering team members for executing the tasks are selected from the corresponding engineering team member lists; and the system is used for receiving a team member management instruction sent by a user and managing the information of the engineering team members in the engineering team member list.
11. The intelligent cable management system of claim 1, wherein the intelligent cable management platform further comprises an account management module, a role management module, and a rights management module;
the account management module is used for receiving a user editing instruction sent by a user, deleting or creating a corresponding user, receiving a user state editing instruction sent by the user, and enabling or freezing the corresponding user;
the role management module is used for receiving role editing instructions sent by users, deleting or creating corresponding roles, receiving role management instructions sent by users and distributing roles for different users;
and the authority management module is used for receiving an authority editing instruction sent by a user and setting the system authority of each role.
