Detailed Description
A mobile air conditioner 100 according to an embodiment of a first aspect of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 5.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a mobile air conditioner 100 according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention includes a casing 1, a discharge duct 6, and a return duct assembly.
Specifically, an upper space and a lower space are defined in the shell 1, a first heat exchanger 4 is arranged in the upper space, a second heat exchanger 4, a lower fan 30 and a compressor 5 are arranged in the lower space, an upper air inlet 11, an upper air outlet 13, a lower air inlet 12 and a lower air outlet are formed in the shell 1, the upper air inlet 11 and the upper air outlet 13 are communicated with the upper space, and the lower air inlet 12 and the lower air outlet are communicated with the lower space. The return air assembly comprises a return air channel and a control valve, the return air channel is connected between the lower air inlet 12 and at least one of the air outlet and the lower air outlet of the lower fan 30, and the control valve is used for controlling the connection and disconnection between the lower air inlet 12 and the at least one of the air outlet and the lower air outlet of the lower fan 30.
For example, in the example of fig. 1 to 3, a water pan may be provided in the housing 1, the water pan may be located below the first heat exchanger 4 to divide the housing 1 into an upper space and a lower space, the upper air inlet 11, the lower air inlet 12, and the lower air outlet are formed on the same side in a width direction (e.g., a left-right direction in fig. 1) of the housing 1, and the upper air inlet 11 and the lower air inlet 12 are arranged at intervals in a height direction (e.g., an up-down direction in fig. 1) of the housing 1, the upper air inlet 11 is opposite to the first heat exchanger 4, the lower air inlet 12 is opposite to the second heat exchanger 4, the lower air outlet is located below the upper air inlet 11, and the lower air outlet and the lower air inlet 12 are spaced apart from each other in a length direction (e.g., a front-rear direction in fig. 1) of the housing 1, the upper air outlet 13 is formed on the other side in the width direction of the housing 1, and the upper air outlet 13 is located on the top of the housing 1.
Wherein, the return air channel can be connected between the air outlet of the lower fan 30 and the lower air inlet 12; or, the return air channel can also be connected between the lower air outlet and the lower air inlet 12; or, one end of the return air channel is connected with the air outlet of the lower fan 30 and the lower air outlet, and the other end of the return air channel is connected with the lower air inlet 12.
When the mobile air conditioner 100 operates in a refrigerating mode and the environment has low humidity, at this time, the control valve controls the disconnection between the lower air inlet 12 and at least one of the air outlet and the lower air outlet of the lower fan 30, the high-temperature refrigerant in the compressor 5 flows to the second heat exchanger 4, meanwhile, the outside air flows to the lower space through the lower air inlet 12 and exchanges heat with the high-temperature refrigerant in the second heat exchanger 4, the high-temperature refrigerant after heat exchange is converted into the low-temperature refrigerant and flows to the first heat exchanger 4 through the capillary tube, the air after heat exchange is discharged through the lower air outlet, the low-temperature refrigerant exchanges heat with the air flowing to the upper space through the upper air inlet 11 in the first heat exchanger 4 to reduce the temperature of the air in the upper space and is blown out through the upper air outlet 13, and the refrigerant after heat exchange flows back to the compressor 5, and therefore, the above processes are circulated in a reciprocating manner to reduce the temperature of the environment where the mobile air conditioner 100 is located. In the above process, the water fetching motor 40 of the mobile air conditioner 100 can drive the water fetching wheel 50 to fetch the condensed water in the mobile air conditioner 100 on the second heat exchanger 4 and evaporate on the second heat exchanger 4, and the evaporated water vapor can be discharged from the lower air outlet together with the air in the lower space, at this time, the generation speed and the evaporation speed of the condensed water reach balance, the water level of the condensed water is maintained at a stable height, and the rotating speeds of the compressor 5, the upper fan 20 opposite to the first heat exchanger 4 and the lower fan 30 opposite to the second heat exchanger 4 are kept in normal operation.
When the mobile air conditioner 100 operates in a cooling mode and the environment has high humidity, at this time, the control valve controls the conduction between the lower air inlet 12 and at least one of the air outlet and the lower air outlet of the lower fan 30, the high-temperature refrigerant in the compressor 5 flows to the second heat exchanger 4, meanwhile, the outside air flows to the lower space through the lower air inlet 12 and exchanges heat with the high-temperature refrigerant in the second heat exchanger 4, the high-temperature refrigerant after heat exchange is converted into the low-temperature refrigerant and flows to the first heat exchanger 4 through the capillary tube, a part of air after heat exchange is discharged through the lower air outlet, and the other part of air after heat exchange flows to the lower space through the return air channel and the lower air inlet 12, so that the temperature of the surface of the second heat exchanger 4 is increased, the evaporation rate of the condensed water hitting the second heat exchanger 4 can be increased, and the water level of the condensed water in the mobile air conditioner 100 can be reduced. Then, the low-temperature refrigerant exchanges heat with the air flowing to the upper space through the upper air inlet 11 in the first heat exchanger 4 to reduce the temperature of the air in the upper space and is blown out through the upper air outlet 13, and the refrigerant after heat exchange flows back to the compressor 5, so that the above processes are repeated to reduce the temperature of the environment where the mobile air conditioner 100 is located. In the above refrigeration process, the operation frequency of the compressor 5, the rotation speed of the upper fan 20, and the rotation speed of the lower fan 30 can all be normally operated, so that the heat exchange effect of the mobile air conditioner 100 can be effectively ensured while the mobile air conditioner 100 is prevented from being full of water.
According to the mobile air conditioner 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, the return air passage is connected between the lower intake 12 and at least one of the outlet and the lower outlet of the lower blower 30, and the connection and disconnection between the lower intake 12 and the at least one of the outlet and the lower outlet of the lower blower 30 are controlled by the control valve. From this, compare with traditional mobile air conditioner, when switching on between above-mentioned at least one in lower fan 30's air outlet and the lower part air outlet and lower part air intake 12, partly high temperature air in the lower part space can flow to second heat exchanger 4 through return air passageway to improve the surface temperature of second heat exchanger 4, thereby can improve the evaporation rate of the comdenstion water of beating at second heat exchanger 4, and then can reduce the water level of the comdenstion water in mobile air conditioner 100, can guarantee mobile air conditioner 100's heat transfer effect effectively simultaneously.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, an exhaust pipe 6 is disposed at the lower air outlet, the return air assembly includes a return air pipe 7, the return air pipe 7 is connected between the exhaust pipe 6 and the lower air inlet 12, and a return air channel is defined in the return air pipe 7. When the lower air outlet is communicated with the lower air inlet 12, a part of high-temperature air at the lower air outlet can be exhausted through the exhaust pipe 6, and the other part of high-temperature air can flow to the lower air inlet 12 through the return air pipe 7 and is mixed with the air at the lower air inlet 12, so that the average temperature of the air in the lower space is increased, and the surface temperature of the second heat exchanger 4 is increased.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, one end of the return duct 7 is connected to one end of the exhaust duct 6 connected to the lower outlet. Because the temperature of the adjacent lower part air outlet of exhaust pipe 6 is higher and the velocity of flow is very fast, through linking to each other the one end of return air pipe 7 with the one end of the adjacent lower part air outlet of exhaust pipe 6, can make the high temperature air in the exhaust pipe 6 flow to lower part space fast to can improve the surface temperature of second heat exchanger 4 fast.
In some alternative embodiments, referring to fig. 1, the cross-sectional area of return duct 7 is smaller than the cross-sectional area of exhaust duct 6. So set up to the air after making in the lower part space through the heat exchange can most pass through exhaust pipe 6 and discharge, and the small portion air can flow back to the lower part space through return air pipe 7, thereby avoids flowing to the too much heat exchange efficiency that influences second heat exchanger 4 of high temperature air in lower part space.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the control valve may control the opening degree of the return air duct 7, so that the opening degree of the return air duct 7 is continuously controllable, thereby increasing the control accuracy of the amount of condensed water, and maintaining the energy consumption and the cooling effect of the mobile air conditioner 100 in a better state.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the bottom of the housing 1 is provided with a chassis 2, the bottom of the housing 1 is provided with the chassis 2, and the chassis 2 is provided with a plurality of water level switches, and in the description of the present invention, "plurality" means two or more. The plurality of water level switches are sequentially arranged along the up-down direction. Referring to fig. 1 in combination with fig. 3, the plurality of water level switches may include a first water level switch 8, a second water level switch 9, and a third water level switch 10, the first water level switch 8 and the second water level switch 9 are opposite to each other in an up-down direction, and the third water level switch 10 is spaced apart from the first water level switch 8 and the second water level switch 9 in a horizontal direction, so that the plurality of water level switches may correspond to different water levels. When the condensed water in the chassis 2 reaches the corresponding water level, the water level switch corresponding to the water level is triggered, and at this time, the opening degree of the return air duct 7 can be adjusted by the mobile air conditioner 100 through the control valve according to the triggering condition of the water level switch, so that the air volume of the high-temperature air flowing to the lower space through the return air duct 7 can be adjusted, the surface temperature of the second heat exchanger 4 can be adjusted, and the consumption rate of the condensed water in the chassis 2 can be adjusted.
Alternatively, the number of the water level switches may be increased or the opening degree of the return duct 7 may be controlled using electrode type water level switches.
According to other embodiments of the present invention, the mobile air conditioner 100 may further include a lower air duct volute, the lower fan 30 is disposed on the lower air duct volute, an air outlet is formed at a side of the lower air duct volute adjacent to the lower air outlet, a return air channel may be disposed on the lower air duct volute, one end of the return air channel is communicated with the lower air duct volute, the other end of the return air channel is communicated with the lower air inlet 12, and the control valve is configured to control connection and disconnection between the air outlet of the lower air duct volute and the lower air inlet 12. When the air outlet of the lower air duct volute is communicated with the lower air inlet 12, a part of high-temperature air in the lower air duct volute can flow to the lower air inlet 12 through the return air channel and is mixed with the air at the lower air inlet 12 to improve the average temperature of the air in the lower space, so that the surface temperature of the second heat exchanger 4 can be improved, and the consumption rate of condensed water can be further improved.
As shown in fig. 4, the control method of the mobile air conditioner 100 according to the embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention includes the steps of:
s1, detecting whether a water level switch with the lowest position in a chassis 2 of a mobile air conditioner 100 is triggered;
and S2, when the judgment result in the step S1 is positive, controlling a control valve of a return air pipe 7 assembly of the mobile air conditioner 100 to be opened so as to enable the exhaust air pipe 6 of the mobile air conditioner 100 to be communicated with the lower air inlet 12. At this time, the production rate of the condensed water in the mobile air conditioner 100 is greater than the consumption rate of the condensed water, part of high-temperature air in the exhaust pipe 6 can flow to the lower space through the return air pipe 7 and is mixed with the air flowing into the lower space through the lower air inlet 12, the average temperature of the air in the lower space can be increased, the heat exchange temperature difference of the second heat exchanger 4 can be reduced, the surface temperature of the second heat exchanger 4 is increased, the evaporation rate of the condensed water can be increased, the water level of the condensed water is prevented from continuously rising, or the water level of the condensed water is reduced.
And S3, re-detecting whether the water level switch with the lowest position is triggered. Through the step, whether the evaporation rate of the condensed water is greater than the generation rate of the condensed water, or whether the evaporation rate of the condensed water is less than the generation rate of the condensed water, or whether the evaporation rate of the condensed water is equal to the generation rate of the condensed water after the exhaust pipe 6 is communicated with the lower air inlet 12 can be judged.
And S4, when the judgment result in the step S3 is negative and the turn-off time of the water level switch with the lowest position reaches a first preset time, controlling a control valve of a return air pipe 7 assembly of the mobile air conditioner 100 to be closed so as to cut off the conduction between the exhaust pipe 6 and the lower air inlet 12. At this time, the evaporation rate of the condensed water is greater than the generation rate of the condensed water, the water level of the condensed water in the mobile air conditioner 100 is lowered, and the control valve is closed after the off time of the water level switch with the lowest position reaches the first predetermined time, so that frequent switching of the control valve can be avoided, and the service life of the control valve can be prolonged.
And S5, when the judgment result in the step S3 is yes, keeping the current running state unchanged. At this time, the generating rate of the condensed water is greater than or equal to the evaporating rate of the condensed water, and the exhaust pipe 6 needs to be kept in communication with the lower air inlet 12 to slow down the rising rate of the water level of the condensed water.
According to the control method of the mobile air conditioner 100, by adopting the steps S1 to S5, the heat exchange effect of the mobile air conditioner 100 is ensured, meanwhile, the overflow of the condensed water in the chassis 2 of the mobile air conditioner 100 can be avoided, and the user experience is improved.
Further, referring to fig. 4, the plurality of water level switches includes a first water level switch 8 and a second water level switch 9, the first water level switch 8 being the lowest water level switch, the second water level switch 9 being located above the first water level switch 8.
After step S5, the method further includes:
and S6, when the first water level switch 8 and the second water level switch 9 are both triggered, increasing the opening degree of the control valve. At this time, the evaporation rate of the condensed water is less than the generation rate of the condensed water, the water level of the condensed water in the chassis 2 is in an ascending state, the air volume of the high-temperature air flowing into the lower air inlet 12 in the exhaust pipe 6 can be increased by increasing the opening degree of the control valve, the average temperature of the air in the lower space is further increased, and thus the surface temperature of the second heat exchanger 4 can be further increased, and further the consumption of the condensed water can be further accelerated, so that the water level of the condensed water is lowered.
And S7, re-detecting whether the second water level switch 9 is triggered or not. Through this step, it can be determined whether the evaporation rate of the condensed water is greater than the generation rate of the condensed water, or the evaporation rate of the condensed water is less than the generation rate of the condensed water, or the evaporation rate of the condensed water is equal to the generation rate of the condensed water after the opening of the control valve is increased, so that the mobile air conditioner 100 adjusts the opening of the control valve according to the detection result.
And S8, reducing the opening of the control valve when the judgment result in the step S7 is negative and the off time of the second water level switch 9 reaches a second preset time. At this time, the evaporation rate of the condensed water is greater than the generation rate of the condensed water, the water level of the condensed water in the mobile air conditioner 100 is lowered, and the average temperature of the air in the lower space can be lowered by reducing the opening degree of the control valve, so that the surface temperature of the second heat exchanger 4 can be lowered, and the second heat exchanger 4 has a good heat exchange effect.
And S9, when the judgment result in the step S7 is yes, keeping the current operation state unchanged. At this time, the generating rate of the condensed water is larger than or equal to the evaporating rate of the condensed water, and the exhaust pipe 6 needs to be communicated with the lower air inlet 12 to slow down the rising rate of the water level of the condensed water.
Further, before step S6, the method further includes:
and S60, detecting whether the second water level switch 9 is triggered or not when the first water level switch 8 is triggered. Through this step, it is possible to determine whether the level of the condensed water is in an ascending state or a descending state, so that the mobile air conditioner 100 adjusts the opening degree of the control valve according to the detection result.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the plurality of level switches further includes a third level switch 10, and the third level switch 10 is positioned above the second level switch 9.
After step S9, the method further includes:
and S10, when the first water level switch 8, the second water level switch 9 and the third water level switch 10 are all triggered, controlling the mobile air conditioner 100 to stop working and controlling the control valve to be closed. Through this step, the overflow of the base pan 2 under the extreme working condition of the mobile air conditioner 100 can be prevented. Further, a full water code is displayed on the mobile air conditioner 100 to remind the user that the base plate 2 of the mobile air conditioner 100 is in a full water state at this time.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, when any one of the steps S2, S4, S6, and S8 is performed, the compressor 5, the lower fan 30, and the upper fan 20 of the mobile air conditioner 100 maintain the current operation states, respectively. With such an arrangement, the heat exchange effect of the mobile air conditioner 100 can be effectively ensured while the water level of the condensed water in the chassis 2 is reduced.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the plurality of water level switches includes a first water level switch 8 and a second water level switch 9, the first water level switch 8 being the lowest positioned water level switch, the second water level switch 9 being positioned above the first water level switch 8;
after step S5, the method further includes:
s6', when the first water level switch 8 and the second water level switch 9 are both triggered, the rotating speed of the lower fan 30 of the mobile air conditioner 100 is reduced and/or the rotating speed of the water fetching motor 40 of the mobile air conditioner 100 is increased, and the opening degree of the control valve is increased or kept unchanged. Wherein, the rotation speed of the lower fan 30 may be only reduced while the opening degree of the control valve is increased or maintained, or the rotation speed of the water beating motor 40 may be only increased while the opening degree of the control valve is increased or maintained; or, while the opening degree of the control valve is increased or maintained, the rotation speed of the lower fan 30 may be reduced and the rotation speed of the water beating motor 40 may be increased. Thereby, the consumption rate of the condensed water can be increased. It should be noted that the order of the adjustment of the rotation speed of the lower fan 30, the rotation speed of the water beating motor 40 and the opening degree of the control valve may be selected according to actual situations, for example, the rotation speed of the lower fan 30 may be reduced first, and then the rotation speed of the water beating motor 40 may be increased, and the opening degree of the control valve may be kept unchanged.
S7', it is re-detected whether the second water level switch 9 is triggered.
And S8', when the judgment result in the step S7' is negative and the off time of the second water level switch 9 reaches a second preset time, increasing the rotating speed of the lower fan 30 and/or reducing the rotating speed of the water beating motor 40, and reducing or keeping the opening of the control valve unchanged. Wherein, the rotation speed of the lower fan 30 can be increased only while the opening degree of the control valve is reduced or kept unchanged; or, the opening degree of the control valve is reduced or kept unchanged, and the rotating speed of the water beating motor 40 can be only reduced; or, when the opening degree of the control valve is reduced or kept unchanged, the rotating speed of the lower fan 30 can be increased, and the rotating speed of the water beating motor 40 can be reduced.
It can be determined that the step S6 'is effective by the step S8', and at this time, the evaporation rate of the condensed water is greater than the generation rate of the condensed water, and the water level of the condensed water in the mobile air conditioner 100 is decreased, and the surface temperature of the second heat exchanger 4 can be decreased or the intake air amount of the lower air inlet 12 can be increased by increasing the rotation speed of the lower fan 30 and/or decreasing the rotation speed of the water-beating motor 40 while the opening degree of the control valve is decreased or remains unchanged, so that the second heat exchanger 4 has a better heat exchange effect.
And S9', when the judgment result in the step S7' is yes, keeping the current operation state unchanged. At this time, the rate of generation of the condensed water is equal to or greater than the rate of evaporation of the condensed water, and the current operation state needs to be maintained to slow down the rate of rise of the water level of the condensed water.
