Abstract

本发明涉及一种抑菌消毒固态醛布的制备方法,属于高分子材料制造技术领域。所述方法将亲水性布料浸泡在多胺高分子水溶液中,真空加热干燥至干态,得到含有胺基的亲水性布料;再将该布料浸入5℃~15℃恒定低温的戊二醛醛水溶液中一步得到固态醛布。所述多胺高分子水溶液为质量分数为1%~20%的聚乙烯亚胺或聚丙烯酰胺水溶液。所述方法合成步骤简单,制备工艺简单易控;制备含有胺基的亲水性布料的步骤条件温和,安全环保;制备得到的固态醛布醛基含量为3mmol/g,稳定性好,不会对人体造成伤害;可与病毒刺突蛋白中的巯基、羟基、羧基和胺基进行化学反应,固定并灭活病毒,具有抑菌持久性和有效性,广谱、高效的杀毒性能。

一种抑菌消毒固态醛布的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种抑菌消毒固态醛布的制备方法,属于高分子材料制造技术领域。
背景技术
以新冠病毒为例:新冠病毒是RNA病毒的一种,新冠对宿主细胞的选择以及宿主细胞膜的融合方式,归因于一个重要的蛋白——刺突蛋白。蛋白质的组成元素主要是C、H、O和N四种,有的含有P、S、Fe、Cu、Mn等元素。醛类消毒剂主要依靠醛基与菌体或病毒蛋白的巯基、羟基、羧基和氨基进行烷基化反应,使得蛋白质凝固,达到消毒灭菌的目的。醛基与胺基的反应机理如下:醛基与含伯胺、仲胺或叔胺的化合物发生亲核取代消除醛氧基的反应。
戊二醛灭菌浓度为2%,市售戊二醛主要有:2%碱性戊二醛和2%强化酸性戊二醛两种。pH在7.5~8.5时,戊二醛的杀菌作用最强。戊二醛杀菌是其单体的作用,当溶液的pH达到6时,这些单体有聚合的趋势,随pH上升这种聚合作用极迅速,溶液中即可出现沉淀,形成聚合体后会失去杀菌作用,因此碱性戊二醛是一种相对不稳定的消毒液。2%强化酸性戊二醛是以聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚为强化剂,有增强戊二醛杀菌的作用,它的pH低于5,稳定性较碱性戊二醛好,对病毒的灭活作用较碱性戊二醛强,但对细菌芽胞的杀灭作用较碱性戊二醛弱。为保证戊二醛的有效杀菌浓度,需现配现用(王莉,米志苏.中华医院感染学杂志.2003,13(1):99~100)。液体戊二醛易挥发,对皮肤粘膜和眼睛均有刺激作用。若通过物理和化学的方法将戊二醛固定在固体载体表面,不仅保证了其广谱、高效的杀毒性能,还延长了抑菌持久性和有效性,避免了戊二醛挥发对人体造成的伤害。
中国专利CN101455195A公开了一种固态醛的制备方法,该方法通过将大孔树脂交换上重金属离子,利用重金属离子与高分子胺的螯合性能,获得含胺基的树脂载体;或以铜为桥离子将高分子胺涂敷在水解聚丙烯腈纤维表面获得含胺基纤维。树脂价格相对昂贵,且重金属离子有一定毒性;该方法制备的固态醛的醛基负载率低,仅为1.2mmol/g。
发明内容
为克服现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种抑菌消毒固态醛布的制备方法。
为实现本发明的目的,提供以下技术方案。
一种抑菌消毒固态醛布的制备方法,所述方法步骤如下:
(1)将亲水性布料浸泡在多胺高分子水溶液中,静置5min~60min,取出布料,脱水处理真空加热干燥至干态,得到含有胺基的亲水性布料;
所述多胺高分子为聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)或聚丙烯酰胺(PAM);
所述多胺高分子水溶液中多胺高分子的质量分数为1%~20%;
所述亲水性布料为天然纤维布料或带有极性基团的布料,优选水刺无纺布或天然棉布;
所述亲水性布料与多胺高分子水溶液的固液比(W/V)为1:30~1:150;
优选的,所述脱水方式为轧压脱水或离心脱水;
优选的,所述加热温度为70℃~100℃。
(2)将步骤(1)得到的含有胺基的亲水性布料在5℃~15℃的戊二醛水溶液中浸泡10min~40min,洗脱游离态醛基,真空加热干燥,至含水量为亲水性布料质量的0.1%~1%,得到固态醛布。
所述戊二醛水溶液中戊二醛的质量分数为50%以下;
所述含有胺基的布料与戊二醛水溶液的固液比(W/V)为1:10~1:50;
所述胺基与戊二醛的物质的量之比为1:1~1:30;
优选的,所述加热温度70℃~100℃。
有益效果
1.本发明提供了一种抑菌消毒固态醛布的制备方法,所述方法将亲水性布料浸泡在多胺高分子水溶液中得到含有胺基的布料,再将该布料浸入5℃~15℃恒定低温的戊二醛水溶液中一步得到固态醛布。筛选的多胺高分子聚乙烯亚胺或聚丙烯酰胺除了提供胺基外,本身具有黏性,在加热固化的过程中能够稳定附着在亲水性布料表面,形成稳定的含有胺基的布料,从而使下一步接枝醛基后形成的固态醛布更稳定;所述方法筛选出戊二醛水溶液的最佳温度为5℃~15℃,该温度下戊二醛分子运动速率慢,在布料表面分散更均匀,与含有胺基的布料接触充分,从而使接枝得到的醛基含量达到3mmol/g,高于现有技术中醛基含量。
2.本发明提供了一种抑菌消毒固态醛布的制备方法,所述方法合成步骤简单,制备工艺简单易控;制备含有胺基的亲水性布料的步骤条件温和,安全环保。
3.本发明提供了一种抑菌消毒固态醛布的制备方法,所述方法制备得到的固态醛布表面醛基遇到病毒中刺突蛋白时,会与蛋白中胺基反应,可将病毒固定并灭活,起到抑菌消毒的作用。
4.本发明提供了一种抑菌消毒固态醛布的制备方法,所述方法制备的固态醛布抑菌消毒性能稳定持久,安全可靠,应用前景广泛,可用于抑菌服饰、玩具、口罩、手套、空气及饮用水净化过滤材料等方面。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例来详述本发明,但不作为对本发明专利的限定。
醛基含量测试方法:根据文献《盐酸羟胺-电位滴定法测定氧化海藻酸钠上的醛基浓度[J].分析试验室,2008,027(0z1):83-86.》对实施例制备的固态醛布进行醛基含量测试。
实施例1
一种抑菌消毒固态醛布的制备方法,所述方法步骤如下:
(1)量取长(L)20cm、宽(D)5cm的棉布1.5g浸泡在45mL质量分数1%的聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)水溶液中,棉布与PEI水溶液的固液比为1:30,静置5min,取出布料轧压脱水后,100℃真空加热干燥至完全干态,得到2.5g含有胺基的棉布;
(2)称量质量分数为50%的戊二醛水溶液4.6g,加入蒸馏水20ml稀释,将步骤(1)得到的含有胺基的棉布在5℃稀释后的戊二醛水溶液中浸泡10min,吸附于布料的胺基物质的量n=(2.5-1.5)/43=0.023mol,胺基与戊二醛物质的量之比为1:1,含有胺基的棉布与戊二醛水溶液的固液比为1:10。蒸馏水洗脱游离态醛基,70℃真空加热干燥,至含水量为棉布质量的0.1%,得到固态醛布。
对本实施例制得的固态醛布的醛基含量进行测试:
测试结果显示,醛基含量为1.5mmol/g。
实施例2
一种抑菌消毒固态醛布的制备方法,所述方法步骤如下:
(1)量取长(L)20cm、宽(D)5cm的水刺无纺布1.5g浸泡在225mL质量分数20%的聚丙烯酰胺水溶液中,水刺无纺布与聚丙烯酰胺水溶液的固液比为1:150,静置60min,取出布料离心脱水后,80℃真空加热干燥至完全干态,得到4.2g含有胺基的水刺无纺布。
(2)称量质量分数为50%的戊二醛水溶液210g,将步骤(1)得到的含有胺基的水刺无纺布在15℃的戊二醛水溶液中浸泡40min,吸附于布料的胺基物质的量n=(4.2-1.5)/71=0.038mol,胺基与戊二醛物质的量之比为1:27,含有胺基的水刺无纺布与戊二醛水溶液的固液比为1:50;蒸馏水洗脱游离态醛基,100℃真空加热干燥,至含水量为水刺无纺布质量的1%,得到固态醛布。
对本实施例制得的固态醛布的醛基含量进行测试:
测试结果显示,醛基含量为3mmol/g。

Claims (5)

1.一种抑菌消毒固态醛布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述方法步骤如下:
(1)将亲水性布料浸泡在多胺高分子水溶液中,静置5min~60min,取出布料,脱水处理真空加热干燥至干态,得到含有胺基的亲水性布料;
所述多胺高分子为聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)或聚丙烯酰胺(PAM);
所述多胺高分子水溶液中多胺高分子的质量分数为1%~20%;
所述亲水性布料为天然纤维布料或带有极性基团的布料;
所述亲水性布料与多胺高分子水溶液的固液比(W/V)为1:30~1:150;
(2)将含有胺基的亲水性布料在5℃~15℃的戊二醛水溶液中浸泡10min~40min,洗脱游离态醛基,真空加热干燥,至含水量为亲水性布料质量的0.1%~1%,得到固态醛布;
所述戊二醛水溶液中戊二醛的质量分数为50%以下;
所述含有胺基的布料与戊二醛水溶液的固液比(W/V)为1:10~1:50;
所述胺基与戊二醛的物质的量之比为1:1~1:30。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种抑菌消毒固态醛布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述亲水性布料为水刺无纺布或天然棉布。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种抑菌消毒固态醛布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述脱水方式为轧压脱水或离心脱水。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种抑菌消毒固态醛布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述亲水性布料为水刺无纺布和天然棉布;所述脱水方式为轧压脱水或离心脱水。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述一种抑菌消毒固态醛布的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)和步骤(2)所述加热温度分别独立为70℃~100℃。
