Abstract
本发明提供一种环保型杀菌除醛组合物及其制备方法。该环保型杀菌除醛组合物,包括以下质量份的组分:醛清除剂10‑30质量份、防腐剂0.05‑1质量份、抑菌剂2‑15质量份、表面活性剂2‑6质量份、溶剂40‑80质量份;所述醛清除剂为改性壳聚糖、明胶和氨基酸的组合物。本申请提供的环保型杀菌除醛组合物不仅可以提高金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌率和甲醛去除率,且能提高抗霉菌性,即使长时间放置也无气味,且不含有砷、镉、铅、汞,使用时,环保性更高。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于环保产品技术领域,具体涉及一种环保型杀菌除醛组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
甲醛,是一种具有强烈刺激性和窒息性气味的无色气体,是制备脲醛树脂、酚醛树脂、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂等树脂的重要原料。家庭装修中使用的各种装修材料、地毯、家具、布艺、板材等中含有脲醛树脂、酚醛树脂、三聚氰胺甲醛等树脂,而这些树脂的使用,会释放出大量甲醛气体,甲醛被人体上呼吸道吸收后,不仅能够导致人体蛋白的变性,也会进一步导致慢性中毒,从而对人们的健康造成了较大的危害;且家庭装修后的房间易潮湿,潮湿的环境容易滋生细菌、病毒,人们不可避免地要接触到各种各样的细菌、病毒等,而细菌、病毒的传播和蔓延严重威胁着人类的健康。
针对房间内含有甲醛的问题,现有甲醛净化技术主要有:物理吸附技术、化学除甲醛技术、生物除甲醛技术等。物理吸附技术主要采用颗粒活性炭、活性炭纤维、沸石、分子筛、多孔黏土矿石和硅胶等吸附剂吸附甲醛,具有取材和操作方便、成本低廉等优点,但受吸附剂吸附量的限制,吸附甲醛的吸附剂如果不及时处理,会造成吸附剂吸附的甲醛释放,而导致二次污染的问题;生物除甲醛技术是通过微生物对甲醛催化分解或者利用植物(如吊兰、绿萝等)吸收甲醛,但是受微生物、天气等的影响,甲醛去除效率不稳定;化学除甲醛技术一般是采用含氨基的明胶等化学材料和甲醛发生席夫碱反应,其具有反应可控,反应速度快的优点,但是使用明胶去除甲醛时,明胶容易受环境中的湿度和温度影响,发生变质产生异腥味,甚而产生霉菌,而影响明胶的使用。
而针对房间内含有细菌、真菌,病毒等微生物的问题,现有的抗菌剂包括无机抗菌剂和有机抗菌剂。有机抗菌剂具有抗菌作用迅速,抗菌力强的优点,但也存在抗菌有效期较短(耐久性差),耐候性较差,抗菌稳定性较低等问题;无机抗菌剂包括无机物载银、锌、铜离子的复合物,具有广谱抗菌、安全性高、抗菌有效期长等优势,但由于无机抗菌剂和其他物质的相容性差,而导致抗菌剂的分散性能差,出现团聚现象,从而导致抗菌效率低等缺陷。
针对现有除醛和抗菌出现的问题,如何提供一种除醛效果好、抗菌效率明显,且抗霉菌性好,长时间放置不变质的环保型杀菌除醛组合物,是本发明亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保型杀菌除醛组合物及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一方面,本发明提供一种环保型杀菌除醛组合物,包括以下质量份的组分:醛清除剂10-30质量份、防腐剂0.05-1质量份、抑菌剂2-15质量份、表面活性剂2-6质量份、溶剂40-80质量份;
所述醛清除剂为改性壳聚糖、明胶和氨基酸的组合物;
所述改性壳聚糖的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将壳聚糖、酸性试剂、低沸点溶剂加入反应釜中,充分混合,然后加入苯甲醛,在温度为20-40℃的条件下,进行反应,反应结束,后处理,制得中间体一;
(2)将步骤(1)制得的中间体一加入碱性溶液中充分溶胀,然后滴加环氧氯丙烷,滴加速度为30-50滴/s,滴加完毕,控制反应温度为40-80℃,反应结束,后处理,制得中间体二;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的中间体二进行水解,然后在碱性溶液中浸泡1-3h后,洗涤至中性,继续加入碱性溶液中充分溶胀后,滴加β-环糊精和碱性溶液的混合液,滴加速度为5-30滴/s,滴加完毕,控制反应温度为40-80℃,反应结束,后处理,制得改性壳聚糖。
作为进一步的改进,所述改性壳聚糖、明胶和氨基酸的质量比为1:(0.6-0.8):(0.2-0.4)。
作为进一步的改进,所述步骤(2)中的中间体一和环氧氯丙烷的质量比为1:(10-30)。
作为进一步的改进,所述步骤(3)中的中间体二和β-环糊精的质量比为1:(3-15)。
作为进一步的改进,所述表面活性剂为质量比为1:(0.2-0.6)的聚氧乙烯加成氢化蓖麻油和PCA椰油酰精氨酸乙酯盐。
作为进一步的改进,所述氨基酸为甘氨酸、丙氨酸、精氨酸、苏氨酸、赖氨酸、谷氨酸中的至少一种。
作为进一步的改进,所述抑菌剂为纳米银、纳米锌、纳米二氧化钛的组合物。
作为进一步的改进,所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠、苯扎溴铵中的至少一种。
作为进一步的改进,所述溶剂为有乙醇和水的混合溶液。
另一方面,本发明还提供一种环保型杀菌除醛组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将表面活性剂、溶剂混合均匀,制得预混液;
(2)将醛清除剂、防腐剂、抑菌剂置入步骤(1)的预混液中,超声震荡至混合均匀,制得环保型杀菌除醛组合物
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本申请提供的环保型杀菌除醛组合物不仅可以提高金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌率和甲醛去除率,且能提高抗霉菌性,即使长时间放置也无气味,且不含有砷、镉、铅、汞,使用时,环保性更高。
具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施方案来说明本发明。需要说明的是,下面的实施例为本发明的示例,仅用来说明本发明,而不用来限制本发明。在不偏离本发明主旨或范围的情况下,可进行本发明构思内的其他组合和各种改良。
以下实施例中,除改性壳聚糖外,其余所使用的化合物单体及相关试剂均可从市场购得,其中,壳聚糖购自陕西赛恩生物科技有限公司,型号为SE571201;β-环糊精购自湖北兴恒业科技有限公司;明胶购自山东珂珂生物科技有限公司;聚氧乙烯加成氢化蓖麻油购自武汉拉那白医药化工有限公司;PCA椰油酰精氨酸乙酯盐购自武汉丰竹林化学科技有限公司;甘氨酸购自济南允诚生物科技有限公司。
所述改性壳聚糖的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将10质量份的壳聚糖、150mL乙酸、100mL丙酮加入反应釜中,充分混合,然后加入30质量份的苯甲醛,在温度为25℃的条件下,进行反应,反应结束,通过乙醇、乙醚进行洗涤、过滤后,脱除未反应的苯甲醛,真空干燥(温度为65℃,时间为4h),制得中间体一;
(2)将步骤(1)制得的8质量份中间体一加入质量浓度为10%、体积为100mL的氢氧化钠溶液中溶胀24h后,然后滴加110质量份的环氧氯丙烷,滴加速度为50滴/s,滴加完毕,控制反应温度为60℃,反应结束,用去离子水洗涤至中性,干燥(温度为80℃,时间为3h),制得中间体二;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的5质量份中间体二在质量浓度为2%、体积为20mL盐酸溶液中进行水解,然后在质量浓度为10%、体积为40mL的氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡2h后,用去离子水洗涤至中性,继续加入质量浓度为10%、体积为60mL的氢氧化钠溶液中溶胀12h后,滴加16质量份的β-环糊精和质量浓度为10%、体积为20mL的氢氧化钠溶液的混合液,滴加速度为20滴/s,滴加完毕,控制反应温度为60℃,反应结束,去除多余的β-环糊精,并用去离子水洗涤、干燥(干燥温度为80℃,干燥时间为2h)后,制得改性壳聚糖。
实施例1-7及对比例1-3的环保型杀菌除醛组合物,其制备步骤如下:
(1)将表面活性剂、溶剂混合均匀,制得预混液,混合时的搅拌速度为80r/min,搅拌时间为2min;
(2)将醛清除剂、防腐剂、抑菌剂置入步骤(1)的预混液中,通过超声波振荡器超声震荡,超声震荡的频率为20KHz,超声震荡的时间为5min,制得环保型杀菌除醛组合物。
实施例1-7、对比例1-3中其需要的组分及各组分含量如表1-3所示:

对实施例1-7、对比例1-3制得的环保型杀菌除醛组合物进行甲醛去除率、抗霉菌性、杀菌率以及气味进行检测,同时对实施例1制得的环保型杀菌除醛组合物进行重金属检测,具体检测方法如下:
甲醛去除率测试:将对实施例1-7、对比例1-3制得的环保型杀菌除醛组合物分别喷涂到洁净的玻璃板上,风干后,按照JC/1074-2008《室内空气净化功能涂覆材料净化性能》进行检测;
抗霉菌性检测:依据标准HG/T3950-2007,其中,判断标准如表4所示:

杀菌率测试:依据标准HG/T3950-2007;
感官指标:将对实施例1-6、对比例1-3制得的环保型杀菌除醛组合物分别喷涂到洁净的玻璃板上,风干后,在温度为22℃,空气相对湿度为40%的环境放置90天后,对环保型杀菌除醛组合物的气味进行综合评定;
重金属检测:依据标准:《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015 年版)第四章 1.6,委托公司为广东省微生物分析检测中心。
其中,甲醛去除率、抗霉菌性、杀菌率以及气味的具体检测结果如表5所示,实施例1制得的环保型杀菌除醛组合物的重金属的具体检测结果如表6所示:

由实施例1、对比例1对比可知,醛清除剂选用改性壳聚糖、明胶和氨基酸制得的环保型杀菌除醛组合物,在保持高金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌率、长霉等级为0级和无气味的情况下,可以提高甲醛清除率;
由实施例1、对比例2-3对比可知,表面活性剂为聚氧乙烯加成氢化蓖麻油和PCA椰油酰精氨酸乙酯盐时,可以提高金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌率和甲醛去除率,且能提高抗霉菌性,即使长时间放置也无气味,说明在长时间放置时,明胶不发生变质,由实施例1、实施例4-5对比可知,聚氧乙烯加成氢化蓖麻油和PCA椰油酰精氨酸乙酯盐的质量比在合适的范围时,可以进一步提高金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌率和甲醛去除率;
由实施例1、实施例6-7对比可知,改性壳聚糖、明胶和氨基酸的比值在合适的范围时,不仅可以提高甲醛去除率,一定程度上也能提高金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌率;
综上,本申请提供的环保型杀菌除醛组合物不仅可以提高金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌率和甲醛去除率,且能提高抗霉菌性,即使长时间放置也无气味,且不含有砷、镉、铅、汞,使用时,环保性更高。

Claims (6)
1.一种环保型杀菌除醛组合物,其特征在于:包括以下质量份的组分:醛清除剂10-30质量份、防腐剂0.05-1质量份、抑菌剂2-15质量份、表面活性剂2-6质量份和溶剂40-80质量份;
所述醛清除剂为改性壳聚糖、明胶和氨基酸的组合物;
所述改性壳聚糖的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将壳聚糖、乙酸、低沸点溶剂加入反应釜中,充分混合,然后加入苯甲醛,在温度为20-40℃的条件下,进行反应,反应结束,通过洗涤、过滤后,脱除未反应的苯甲醛,真空干燥,制得中间体一;
(2)将步骤(1)制得的中间体一加入氢氧化钠溶液中充分溶胀,然后滴加环氧氯丙烷,滴加速度为30-50滴/s,滴加完毕,控制反应温度为40-80℃,反应结束,洗涤至中性,干燥,制得中间体二;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的中间体二进行水解,然后在氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡1-3h后,洗涤至中性,继续加入氢氧化钠溶液中充分溶胀后,滴加β-环糊精和氢氧化钠溶液的混合液,滴加速度为5-30滴/s,滴加完毕,控制反应温度为40-80℃,反应结束,去除多余的β-环糊精,洗涤、干燥,制得改性壳聚糖;
所述改性壳聚糖、明胶和氨基酸的质量比为1:(0.6-0.8):(0.2-0.4);
所述表面活性剂为质量比为1:(0.2-0.6)的聚氧乙烯加成氢化蓖麻油和PCA椰油酰精氨酸乙酯盐;
所述抑菌剂为纳米银、纳米锌和纳米二氧化钛的组合物;
所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠、苯扎溴铵中的至少一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型杀菌除醛组合物,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中的中间体一和环氧氯丙烷的质量比为1:(10-30)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型杀菌除醛组合物,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中的中间体二和β-环糊精的质量比为1:(3-15)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型杀菌除醛组合物,其特征在于:所述氨基酸为甘氨酸、丙氨酸、精氨酸、苏氨酸、赖氨酸、谷氨酸中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型杀菌除醛组合物,其特征在于:组合物中的溶剂为乙醇和水的混合溶液。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的一种环保型杀菌除醛组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将表面活性剂、溶剂混合均匀,制得预混液;
(2)将醛清除剂、防腐剂、抑菌剂置入步骤(1)的预混液中,超声震荡至混合均匀,制得环保型杀菌除醛组合物。
