Abstract
The invention provides a special fabric with flame-retardant and antibacterial functions, a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of textiles. A preparation method of a special fabric with flame-retardant and antibacterial functions comprises the following steps: s1: blending the cotton fibers and the compound fibers to obtain blended yarns, and weaving the blended yarns into blended fabrics; s2: dyeing the blended fabric by using a dye to obtain a dyed blended fabric; s3: padding the dyed blended fabric with an antibacterial agent, drying, and padding with a first flame retardant to obtain a flame-retardant blended fabric; s4: and (3) finishing the flame-retardant blended fabric layer by using a second flame retardant to obtain the special fabric. The invention also provides the special fabric with flame-retardant and antibacterial functions prepared by the method and application. The invention can prepare the special fabric meeting the comfort requirement of producing clothes, and has better flame retardant and antibacterial properties.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of textiles, in particular to a special fabric with flame-retardant and antibacterial functions, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Training clothes, comprehensive protective clothes, anti-load clothes and anti-immersion clothes need to be produced by using some special fabrics. The special fabric comprises flame-retardant fabric, oil-proof fabric, waterproof fabric, antistatic fabric, acid-alkali-proof fabric, ultraviolet-proof fabric, wear-resistant fabric, heat-insulating fabric and other fabrics with special functions.
At present, the existing flame-retardant fabric is generally blended and woven by adopting meta-position aromatic polyamide fiber and para-position aramid fiber or stainless steel fiber and the like, but the existing flame-retardant fabric has hard hand feeling and is not suitable for producing clothes.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a preparation method of a special fabric with flame-retardant and antibacterial functions, which can prepare the special fabric meeting the comfort requirement of producing clothes and has better flame-retardant and antibacterial properties.
The second purpose of the invention is to provide a special fabric with flame-retardant and antibacterial functions, which has better flame-retardant and antibacterial properties on the basis of meeting the comfort of the applicable production clothing decoration.
The third purpose of the invention is to provide the application of the special fabric with flame-retardant and antibacterial functions, which can be used for producing training clothes, comprehensive protective clothing anti-load clothes and anti-immersion clothes.
The embodiment of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a preparation method of a special fabric with flame-retardant and antibacterial functions comprises the following steps:
s1: blending the cotton fibers and the compound fibers to obtain blended yarns, and weaving the blended yarns into blended fabrics;
s2: dyeing the blended fabric by using a dye to obtain a dyed blended fabric;
s3: padding the dyed blended fabric with an antibacterial agent, drying, and padding with a first flame retardant to obtain a flame-retardant blended fabric;
s4: and (3) finishing the flame-retardant blended fabric layer by using a second flame retardant to obtain the special fabric.
Further, the compound fiber in step S1 includes one or more of a vinylon fiber, a polypropylene fiber, and a polyvinyl chloride fiber.
Furthermore, in the step S1, the cotton fiber and the compound fiber are drawn according to the weight ratio (1-3) of 1, blended yarns are prepared through the working procedures of roving, spinning and double twisting, and then the blended yarns are woven into the blended fabric through tatting.
Further, the antibacterial agent in the step S3 includes the following components in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of water-soluble chitin, 15-22 parts of guanidine nitrate and 70-80 parts of water.
Further, the first flame retardant in the step S3 includes the following components in parts by weight: 30-45 parts of sodium pyrophosphate, 10-15 parts of zinc oxide and 80-90 parts of 70-80% acetic acid aqueous solution.
Further, the specific processing method in step S3 is as follows: adding the dyed blended fabric into an antibacterial agent or a first flame retardant according to a bath ratio of 1 (20-30), oscillating for 20-35 min at 45-50 ℃, and carrying out one-dipping one-rolling with a mangle ratio of 65-75%; drying at 80-85 ℃ for 5-8 min, and baking to obtain the flame-retardant blended fabric; and padding the antibacterial agent and the first flame retardant for 1-5 times.
Further, the second flame retardant in the step S4 comprises 8-15 wt% of chitosan and 6-12 wt% of sodium hexametaphosphate.
Further, the specific processing method in step S4 is as follows: adding the flame-retardant blended fabric into a chitosan solution with the concentration of 8-15 wt% according to a bath ratio of 1 (10-15), soaking for 20-30 min, taking out, washing with water for 2-3 times, drying, adding into a sodium hexametaphosphate solution with the concentration of 6-12 wt% according to a bath ratio of 1 (10-12), soaking for 8-12 min, taking out, washing with water for 2-3 times, and drying; and repeating the treatment for 5-10 times to obtain the special fabric.
A special fabric with flame-retardant and antibacterial functions is prepared by a preparation method of the special fabric with flame-retardant and antibacterial functions.
The application of special fabric with flame-retardant and antibacterial functions in producing training clothes, comprehensive protective clothing, load-resistant clothing and anti-soaking clothing.
The technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention at least has the following advantages and beneficial effects:
1. the invention selects cotton fiber, vinylon fiber, polypropylene fiber or polyvinyl chloride fiber for blended weaving, so that the fabric has certain flame retardance and higher comfort, and is suitable for producing clothes.
2.
