The production efficiency is slowed down due to the complicated powder spraying procedure of the traditional solvent type ink process, and the problem cannot be well solved by the traditional ink on the market. And the traditional curing printing ink of the same type has the problems of poor powder spraying adhesiveness and poor printing efficiency.
As the application range of the ultraviolet curing industry is continuously expanded in the last 10 years, the advantages of ultraviolet curing are obviously embodied. The ultraviolet curing ink is widely developed and applied in the fields of high-grade wine packaging industry and greeting cards and stamps, and is favored by more and more packaging industries in the near future. However, the ultraviolet ink has a problem that the ultraviolet ink has large irritation to human bodies and general adhesive force, and the ultraviolet ink has no good adhesive force on a plurality of powdered papers. Therefore, there is a need for an aqueous powder-spraying screen printing ink which has high adhesion, good flash, excellent powder spraying performance and no components irritating human bodies.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides the water-based powder-spraying silk-screen printing gloss oil ink which is high in adhesive force, good in flash degree, excellent in powder-spraying performance and free of any component stimulating human bodies, and aims to solve the technical problems that the powder-spraying adhesive property is poor, the adhesive force is general and the human body stimulation property is large when the traditional ink and ultraviolet light curing ink are applied to outer packages of greeting card and stamp industries, high-grade wine and the like.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the water-based powder-spraying silk-screen varnish printing ink.

Further, the water-based acrylic resin is water-based emulsion acrylic resin, Tesmann NeoCryl A-1127 is adopted, the content of effective substances is 43.5-48.5%, and the pH value is as follows: 7.3-7.9, and the glass transition temperature is-18 ℃. The water-based acrylic emulsion has the characteristics of high adhesion, high gloss, good flexibility, good anti-adhesion effect and the like, has good dispersing performance, has good compatibility with other auxiliaries, and can effectively reduce the phenomena of ink falling off and the like when being applied to the outer packages of greeting card and stamp industries, high-grade wine and the like.
Furthermore, the aqueous film forming auxiliary agent comprises propylene glycol and diethylene glycol, the adopted auxiliary agent manufacturer is Jiangsu Xin Huang chemical company, the auxiliary agent greatly reduces the lowest film forming temperature of the resin, has low smell and good environmental protection performance, has certain volatility, and effectively adjusts the drying rate so as to facilitate construction.
Furthermore, the amine neutralizer adopts Dow AMP-95 (2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol), is one of a few industrial amines with low molecular weight and high alkalinity, can improve the scrub resistance and water resistance of a paint film, does not cause Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) of a system, and can avoid using ammonia water when being applied to preparing water-based powder-spraying silk-screen printing varnish ink so as to reduce the smell of the paint and reduce the stimulation to a human body.
Furthermore, the alkali swelling thickener is a non-associative alkali swelling thickener, adopts Rheovis AS 1125 of Bassfu, has the solid content of 23-27%, is a high-efficiency acrylic acid alkali swelling thickener, can be thickened quickly, has certain sagging resistance in the stirring process, can increase the dynamic viscosity of a system, has good thickening effect and small influence on the smoothness, and is not easy to fall off when being applied to powder spraying and silk-screen printing of outer packages of greeting card and stamp industries, high-grade wine and the like.
Further, the wetting and leveling agent comprises a leveling agent and an antifoaming agent; the leveling agent adopts ByK333 from Germany, and the defoaming agent adopts 825 from Digao.
Furthermore, the leveling agent is polyether modified polydimethylsiloxane, the polyether modified polydimethylsiloxane can dramatically reduce the surface tension of a coating system, improve the wettability of a substrate, prevent shrinkage holes and surface smoothness, can improve the adhesion resistance in the system, and can effectively avoid the sagging phenomenon when being applied to outer packages of greeting card and stamp industries, high-grade wine and the like.
Furthermore, the defoaming agent is polyether siloxane copolymer which contains silicon dioxide component, has super strong capability of eliminating fine bubbles, and has small addition amount and strong defoaming and foam inhibiting capability. The defoaming agent belongs to an emulsion type defoaming agent, has self-dispersion performance, is very convenient to use, and can effectively reduce bubbles generated by stirring when acting on a preparation process.
Further, the high gloss wax emulsion is a hard polyethylene wax; the Henkel 810 has the pH value of 8.5-9.5, has the characteristics of good scratch resistance, high glossiness and low oil absorption, and can effectively prevent the friction and scratch in the transportation process from damaging the printing ink and influencing the appearance when being applied to the outer packaging of greeting card and stamp industries, high-grade wine and the like.
A preparation method of water-based powder-spraying silk-screen varnish printing ink comprises the following steps:
(1) uniformly mixing the water-based acrylic emulsion with deionized water to form a solution;
(2) adding an amine neutralizer and a water-based film-forming additive into the solution, and starting a high-speed stirrer at the temperature of 25-35 ℃, wherein the stirring speed is 500-800 rpm, and the preferred stirring speed is 600 rpm; stirring for 15-25 min until the mixture is completely dissolved, and preparing a semi-finished product A;
