The application provides a water-based degradable plastic-replacing gloss oil and a preparation method thereof, which comprises 74-80% of water-based polyurethane resin, 5-8% of deionized water, 5-8% of water-based film-forming additive, 0.5-1% of wetting and leveling agent, 3-5% of polytetrafluoroethylene wax, 1-2% of associative thickener and 1-2% of cross-linking agent, wherein the water-based polyurethane resin is used as a base material, is prepared by mixing and blending an aqueous film forming auxiliary agent, a wetting and leveling agent, polytetrafluoroethylene wax, an associative thickener and a crosslinking agent in deionized water, has the characteristics of wear resistance, folding resistance and explosion resistance, good adhesion with base material, no re-adhesion, good glossiness after oiling, good yellowing resistance of film surface, the film can be widely applied to medical treatment, electronic equipment, cosmetics and education packaging, and can replace the traditional OPP optical film process that the film coating, the plastic coating and the like are not degradable.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the water-based degradable plastic-replacing gloss oil which has good glossiness, good film surface yellowing resistance, good printing performance and adhesive force, can replace the non-degradability of the prior film coating and plastic coating and the like, and has the advantages of degradability and no environmental pollution.
The application adopts the following scheme that the water-based degradable plastic-replacing gloss oil comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 74-80% of water-based polyurethane resin, 5-8% of deionized water, 5-8% of water-based film-forming assistant, 0.5-1% of wetting and leveling agent, 3-5% of polytetrafluoroethylene wax, 1-2% of associative thickener and 1-2% of cross-linking agent.
The waterborne polyurethane resin is 1380 produced by Bayer, the waterborne polyurethane has high adhesive force and high tensile strength, the tensile elongation is 230 percent, the waterborne polyurethane is an anionic aliphatic polyester polyurethane waterborne dispersion, the waterborne polyurethane dispersion has high elasticity and good alcohol-resistant light resistance, the outflow time is less than or equal to 60s (23 ℃, 4mm cup), the tensile strength is 25Mpa, and the density is 1.1g/cm3(23℃)。
Preferably, the aqueous film-forming assistant comprises propylene glycol and diethylene glycol which are compounded, has strong solubility, has certain wetting and dispersing effects, does not generate emulsion breaking, has good film-forming effect of a coating, and is preferably produced by Jiangsu Xinhuang chemical company.
Preferably, the wetting and leveling agent comprises a leveling agent and a defoaming agent, the leveling agent adopts BYK333, the defoaming agent adopts diGao 825, and the assistant has better leveling and defoaming properties in an aqueous viscous system.
Preferably, the polytetrafluoroethylene wax is SST-3D from Trifolium Americana, the average particle size is 5 microns, the particle size is a low molecular weight micron particle size, and the wax powder has the advantages of good fineness, good scratch resistance, good compatibility and the like.
The associative thickener adopts PS-166 of Ningbo chemical company, is a nonionic water-soluble polyether polyurethane thickener, has the solid content of 40 percent and the viscosity of 1500-2500cps, can provide excellent balance of thickening, leveling and gloss, and has the characteristics of good thickening effect, small influence on leveling property and the like.
The crosslinking agent adopts a Coxseed 305 isocyanate curing agent which is hydrophilic aliphatic polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate, and has the advantages of good inherent stability, high curing speed, good film-forming property and the like, and is added when in use.
The deionized water is purified water.

The preparation method of the water-based degradable plastic-replacing gloss oil has the advantages of being low in cost and easy to synthesize, the prepared water-based degradable plastic-replacing gloss oil can be degraded, environment pollution cannot be caused, the defects that the film is crossed and the plastic is not degraded in the past are overcome, the water-based degradable plastic-replacing gloss oil has the characteristics of excellent high tension, high tensile force, wear resistance, folding resistance, explosion resistance, water resistance, aging resistance and the like, the adhesion with printing ink is good, the back adhesion is avoided, the adhesion is good, the environment-friendly gloss oil capable of meeting the requirement of the product packaging performance can be achieved, and the water-based degradable plastic-replacing gloss oil has a good application prospect in the field of packaging and printing materials.
