The water-based matte coating for the automotive interior is free of toxic and harmful substances such as benzene, heavy metals and high-content VOC, has the advantages of environmental protection, low VOC, uniform matte texture, excellent performance, high glossiness, high fullness, good water resistance and good solvent resistance, contains less solvent and high solid content, and can meet the requirements of green environmental protection and construction.
According to the embodiment of the application, the components are controlled in types and contents, so that the components have a synergistic interaction effect, and the stability and the good dispersibility of the coating are achieved; after the components are optimized, the obtained water-based matte coating for the automotive interior has the characteristics of good wettability to a base material, good leveling property, low surface tension, smooth paint film, fine and smooth hand feeling, good adhesive force, water boiling resistance, good weather resistance, good wear resistance and the like.
In another aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a preparation method of the water-based matte coating for automobile interior trim, including the following steps:
s01, preparing raw materials according to the components and the content thereof in the water-based matte paint for the automobile interior decoration described in the above embodiment:
s02, mixing the hydroxyl-containing water-based resin, deionized water, a wetting dispersant and a first cosolvent to prepare a first mixed solution;
s03, adding matting powder into the first mixed solution, and mixing to prepare a second mixed solution;
s04, adding a defoaming agent, a leveling agent and a base material wetting agent into the second mixed solution, mixing, adding a pH regulator to adjust the pH value of the second mixed solution to 7.5-8.5, and adding a water-based color paste and a thickening agent to prepare a finish paint component after adjusting the pH value;
s05, mixing isocyanate and a second cosolvent, and filling into a curing agent component under the nitrogen-filled protection condition;
and S06, respectively packaging the finish paint component and the curing agent component to obtain the water-based matte paint for the automotive interior. The mixing treatment in steps S02, S03, and S05 may be directly stirring and mixing treatment, or may be other mixing treatment, as long as the purpose of uniformly dispersing each component is achieved, and all of them fall within the scope of the present disclosure. When the agitation mixing process is employed, the agitation conditions may be clockwise rotation or counterclockwise rotation or a combination of clockwise and counterclockwise rotation.
Specifically, in the step of preparing the first mixed solution in step S02, the mixing treatment is to disperse the hydroxyl-containing aqueous resin, the deionized water, the wetting dispersant and the first cosolvent at 1200 r/min-1500 r/min for 5 min-30 minn; preferably, the mixing treatment can be carried out by dispersing at 1200r/min for 10 min.
In the step S03, in the step of preparing the second mixed solution, the mixing treatment is to add matting powder into the first mixed solution, and disperse the mixture for 15 to 40 minutes at 1500 to 2500r/min to perform mixing treatment until the matting powder is dispersed until the fineness is below 10 microns; preferably, the mixing treatment can be carried out by dispersing for 30min at 2000 r/min;
in step S04, in the step of preparing the finish paint component, the mixing treatment is to add a defoaming agent, a leveling agent, and a base material wetting agent to the second mixed solution, and disperse the mixture at 1000r/min to 1500r/min for 5min to 30min, preferably, at 1200r/min for 10 min;
in the step of filling as the curing agent component in step S05, the mixing treatment is to disperse the isocyanate and the second cosolvent at 400r/min to 600r/min for 5 to 10min to obtain a transparent and clear curing agent component, and preferably, the mixing treatment is to disperse at 500r/min for 5 min. Can be canned under the protection of nitrogen.
According to the preparation method of the water-based matte coating for the automobile interior, disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the components contained in the water-based matte coating for the automobile interior are mixed according to the sequence, so that the process condition is controllable, the prepared water-based matte coating for the automobile interior is good in dispersity and stability, the film forming performance of the water-based matte coating for the automobile interior is stable, and the production efficiency is high.
The preparation method of the water-based matte coating for the automotive interior can be used for construction at normal temperature, the water-based matte coating for the automotive interior has the advantage of normal-temperature curing film forming, is suitable for plastic products, can be used for interior trim parts of automobiles such as passenger cars and cars, and can improve the soft atmosphere in the interior of the automobiles.
The water-based matte coating for the automotive interior does not contain toxic and harmful substances such as benzene, heavy metals and high-content VOC, and has no odor residue after drying, so that the odor problem of water-based interior parts can be obviously improved.
Since the above-mentioned water-based matte coating for automobile interior trim has the above-mentioned excellent properties, the third aspect of the embodiments of the present invention provides the use of the water-based matte coating for automobile interior trim in a substrate such as ABS, PC, ABS/PC substrate or other substrate to which a primer has been sprayed. Before spraying, the base material needs to be pretreated, such as wiping the surface of the base material by using alcohol or isopropanol, and removing dust or a release agent and the like on the surface of the base material; the finishing coat component of the water-based matte coating for the automotive interior is mixed with the curing agent component, and can be directly sprayed on the surface of a base material after the viscosity is adjusted by adding water, so that the operation is simple and convenient, the working efficiency in the construction process is improved, and the construction cost is reduced. The water can be selected from water solvents commonly used in water-based paint, such as deionized water and the like.
After a finish paint component and a curing agent component in the water-based matte coating for the automotive interior are mixed according to the mass parts, water is added for dilution and spraying on the surface of a base material such as plastic cement, and the like, and then the coating is flashed and leveled for 15min to 30min and baked for 30min to 60min at 80 ℃ to obtain the coating. Wherein the film thickness of the coating dry film is 30-40 μm; wherein the mass ratio of the finish paint component to the curing agent component to the water can be 100: 10-20: 0 to 30.
The invention is further illustrated by the following specific examples:

A water-based matte coating for automobile interior comprises a finish component and a curing agent component; wherein the weight ratio of isocyanate to the second cosolvent in the curing agent component is 8: 2; the components of the water-based matte coating for the automotive interior are shown in the following table 1 (in parts by weight):

Wherein, all experimental test samples need to be pretreated: the experimental test specimens were stored at room temperature or 18-28 ℃ for 7 days, or at 60 ℃ for 48 hours. The test sample is formed by spraying the water-based matte coating for the automotive interior trim on the surface of a base material, such as the surface of the automotive interior trim.
A method for testing skin cream resistance includes that according to the requirement of 6.3 in the technical requirement T L-226 (2018-04 version) of painting of interior parts of Germany public automobiles (VO L SKWAGEN), a layer of gauze is covered on a test sample piece according to the PV3964 test, the skin cream is coated on the gauze in one direction, the gauze penetrates into the test sample piece through the gauze after extrusion coating, so that the meshes are filled with the skin cream, the redundant skin cream is wiped off, the test sample piece with the gauze is stored in a hot ageing box at the temperature of 80 +/-2 ℃ for 24 hours, the gauze and the residual skin cream are taken out and removed, and then the test sample piece is stored at the temperature of 18-28 ℃ for 4 hours and evaluated.
And judging the appearance, and detecting the adhesive force and the scratch resistance. The glossiness is allowed to be improved, and appearance changes such as color, hand feeling and the like are avoided; scratch resistance: no paint falls off, no substrate loss occurs, and indentation caused by load is allowed to be left on the substrate; adhesion force: level 0 or level 1.
As can be seen from Table 2, the water-based matte coating for automobile interiors, described in example 1, has relatively good comprehensive properties, good workability, good coating appearance and particularly qualified skin cream resistance. The color and the hand feeling of the skin cream do not change after the skin cream resistance test, and the adhesion of the hundred cases is qualified and the scratch resistance is qualified after the skin cream resistance test.
Comparing the performance tests of the water-based matte paint for automobile interiors described in example 2 and the water-based matte paint for automobile interiors described in example 1, it was found that the water-based hydroxyl group-containing polyurethane dispersion used in example 2 as a film-forming material requires a large amount of the first cosolvent to be added for film formation, and the workability is general. When the skin cream resistance test is carried out, the appearance is not abnormal (the color and the hand feeling are not changed) and the scratch resistance is qualified, but the adhesive force is unqualified in the hundred-grid test, namely grade 3. The adhesion of aqueous hydroxyl-containing polyurethane dispersions alone is poor.
Comparing the performance tests of the water-based matte paint for automobile interiors described in example 3 and the water-based matte paint for automobile interiors described in example 1, it was found that the workability was good when the water-based polyester acrylic emulsion was used as the film-forming material in all of example 3. But not qualified for detergent and artificial sweat resistance; after the skin cream resistance test, the surface blistering is serious. When the aqueous polyester acrylic emulsion is used alone, the chemical resistance of a coating film is poor.
Comparing example 4, example 5 and example 1, it was found that the mass ratio of the aqueous hydroxyl-containing polyurethane dispersion to the aqueous polyester acrylic emulsion was 1: 1. 2: 1 and 3.07: 1, as the proportion of aqueous hydroxyl-containing polyurethane dispersion increases, the resistance to detergents and artificial perspiration and to lotions is improved. Meanwhile, with the increase of the aqueous hydroxyl-containing polyurethane dispersoid, the proportion of the cosolvent in the formula is properly increased so as to improve the construction performance.
The first cosolvent content of all the above examples is less than or equal to 20 parts, which is far lower than the requirement of GB24409 that the TVOC content is less than or equal to 420 g/L.
Second, gloss measurement
The water-based matte coating for the automotive interior comprises a curing agent component, wherein the mass ratio of isocyanate to a second cosolvent is 8: 2; the water-based matte coating for the automotive interior comprises the following components (in parts by weight) as shown in the following table 3:

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, fig. 1 is a schematic view illustrating that the water-based matte paint for automobile interior prepared in example 1 is sprayed on the surface of the automobile interior; FIG. 2 is a schematic view of the water-based matte coating for automobile interior prepared in example 6 sprayed on the surface of an automobile interior; FIG. 3 is a schematic view of the water-based matte coating for automobile interior prepared in example 7 sprayed on the surface of an automobile interior; according to examples 1, 6, 7 and 8, the addition ratio of the matting powder was different, and the gloss was different, and the matting powder ratio was high and the gloss was low. The gloss and appearance can be adjusted according to different customer requirements. The water-based matte coating with better application property for the automotive interior is obtained by properly adjusting the using amounts of the deionized water and the thickening agent.
The adding weight part of the aqueous color paste in the embodiments 1, 6, 7 and 8 is 2 parts, and the weight and the dosage of the color paste can be changed according to different color requirements, so that the colorful aqueous matte coating for the automobile interior can be obtained.
The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, and any modification, equivalent replacement and improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. The water-based matte coating for the automotive interior is characterized by comprising a finish component and a curing agent component, wherein the mass ratio of the finish component to the curing agent component is 100: 10-20; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the finish paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-70 parts of hydroxyl-containing water-based resin, 0.2-2 parts of wetting dispersant, 10-20 parts of first cosolvent, 0.1-1 part of defoamer, 0.1-1 part of flatting agent, 0.1-1 part of base material wetting agent, 0.2-3 parts of thickener, 3-8 parts of matting powder, 2-5 parts of water-based color paste, 0.1-1 part of pH regulator and 10-25 parts of deionized water;
the curing agent component comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60-100 parts of isocyanate and 0-40 parts of second cosolvent.
2. The water-based matte coating for automobile interiors according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the finish paint component to the curing agent component is 100: 15.
3. the water-based matte coating for automobile interiors according to claim 1, wherein the topcoat component comprises the following components in parts by weight:
55 parts of hydroxyl-containing water-based resin, 2 parts of wetting dispersant, 15 parts of first cosolvent, 0.5 part of defoaming agent, 0.5 part of flatting agent, 0.5 part of base material wetting agent, 1.5 parts of thickening agent, 5 parts of matting powder, 2 parts of water-based color paste, 1 part of pH regulator and 15 parts of deionized water.
4. The water-based matte coating for automobile interiors according to claim 1, wherein the curing agent component comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80 parts of isocyanate and 20 parts of second cosolvent.
5. The water-based matte coating for automobile interiors according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the hydroxyl group-containing water-based resin comprises a water-based hydroxyl group-containing emulsion and a water-based hydroxyl group-containing dispersion, wherein the water-based hydroxyl group-containing emulsion is a water-based polyester acrylic emulsion and/or an acrylic modified polyurethane resin water-based emulsion, and the water-based hydroxyl group-containing dispersion is a hydroxyl group-containing water-based polyacrylate dispersion and/or a water-based hydroxyl group-containing polyurethane dispersion.
6. The water-based matte coating for automobile interiors according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the wetting dispersant comprises one or a mixture of more than two of polyurethane type dispersant, dispersant prepared by controlled radical polymerization (CFRP) technology and acrylic type polymer dispersant; and/or
The first cosolvent is one or a mixture of more than two of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, dipropylene glycol butyl ether and dipropylene glycol methyl ether; and/or
The second cosolvent is one or a mixture of more than two of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, dipropylene glycol butyl ether and dipropylene glycol methyl ether; and/or
The leveling agent is one or a mixture of more than two of polyether siloxane copolymer, polyether modified siloxane, polyacrylate water solution and acrylate-organic silicon copolymer.
7. The water-based matte coating for automobile interiors according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the substrate wetting agent is a siloxane-type surfactant; and/or
The defoaming agent is polyether modified siloxane copolymer emulsion containing gas phase silicon dioxide; and/or
The thickening agent is an alkali swelling thickening agent and/or a nonionic associative polyurethane thickening agent; and/or
The pH regulator is N, N-dimethylacetamide and/or 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol containing 5% water.
8. A preparation method of a water-based matte coating for automobile interior decoration is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the water-based matte paint for automobile interiors according to any one of claims 1 to 7, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
mixing hydroxyl-containing water-based resin, deionized water, a wetting dispersant and a first cosolvent to prepare a first mixed solution;
adding matting powder into the first mixed solution, and mixing to prepare a second mixed solution;
adding a defoaming agent, a leveling agent and a base material wetting agent into the second mixed solution, mixing, adding a pH regulator to adjust the pH value of the second mixed solution to 7.5-8.5, and adding a water-based color paste and a thickening agent to prepare a finish paint component after adjusting the pH value;
mixing isocyanate and a second cosolvent, and storing under the condition of nitrogen protection to obtain a curing agent component;
and respectively packaging the finish paint component and the curing agent component to obtain the water-based matte coating for the automotive interior.
9. The method for preparing the water-based matte paint for automobile interiors according to claim 8, wherein in the step of preparing the first mixed solution, the mixing treatment is carried out by dispersing the hydroxyl-containing water-based resin, the deionized water, the wetting dispersant and the first cosolvent at 1200 r/min-1500 r/min for 5 min-30 min; and/or
In the step of preparing the second mixed solution, the mixing treatment is to add matting powder into the first mixed solution and disperse the mixture for 15 to 40 minutes at 1500 to 2500 r/min; and/or
In the step of preparing the finish paint component, the mixing treatment is to add a defoaming agent, a leveling agent and a base material wetting agent into the second mixed solution, and disperse for 5-30 min at 1000-1500 r/min for mixing treatment; and/or
In the step of filling as the curing agent component, the mixing treatment is to disperse the isocyanate and the second cosolvent at 400 r/min-600 r/min for 5 min-10 min.
10. The application of the water-based matte coating for automobile interiors according to claim 1 in substrates, wherein a finishing coat component and a curing agent component in the water-based matte coating for automobile interiors are mixed, are subjected to water viscosity adjustment, are sprayed onto the surface of the substrate, and are subjected to flash drying and leveling and then are subjected to drying treatment to obtain a coating film.
