wherein the cable is wound on a plurality of winding rollers (6) so as to release or store the cable by rotating the winding rollers (6).
2. The cable management structure according to claim 1, wherein the base (1) comprises a slot portion (3), the movable side plate (8) being inserted in the slot portion (3).
3. The cable management structure according to claim 2, wherein the cable management structure comprises:
a screw ring (16), wherein the screw ring (16) is arranged on one side of the slot part (3) far away from the fixed side plate (2),
the jacking screw rod (17) is in threaded connection with the spiral ring (16), the jacking screw rod (17) penetrates through the slot part (3), and the jacking screw rod (17) is used for being abutted against the movable side plate (8) so as to fix the movable side plate (8) on the side walls of the jacking screw rod (17) and the slot part (3);
a screw handle (18), wherein the screw handle (18) is arranged on the tightening screw rod (17) so as to rotate the tightening screw rod (17) through the screw handle (18).

a fixed top plate (5), wherein the fixed top plate (5) is arranged on the shaft lever (4), and the fixed top plate (5) is arranged on one side of the winding roller (6) close to the fixed side plate (2);
