The invention discloses a belt bundling machine, comprising: the device comprises a tension swing rod, a driven wheel, a driving wheel, a spring, a strapping tape, a driven wheel swing rod and a tension spring, wherein the tension swing rod, the driven wheel and the driving wheel are arranged on the driven wheel swing rod; the driven wheel is connected with the driven wheel swing rod, and the tensioning spring acts on the driven wheel swing rod to enable pressing force to be formed between the driven wheel and the driving wheel; two ends of the spring are respectively connected with the driven wheel swing rod and the tensioning swing rod, and the tensioning swing rod drives the driven wheel swing rod to swing together through the spring in the process of swinging and tensioning the strapping tape; when the tensioning spring moves back, the tensioning spring pulls the tensioning swing rod to enable the driven wheel and the driving wheel to be compressed again, so that the processes of belt feeding and belt withdrawing are completed smoothly. The invention can ensure that the effective stroke of the spring is constant in the working process and the stability of the equipment is ensured.

Background
With the rapid development of mechanical automation technology, in order to improve the production efficiency of equipment, the output of various automatic production lines is increased rapidly, which provides great challenges for the speed of many existing automatic packaging equipment. Taking the existing belt bundling machine in the market as an example, the working process of the belt bundling machine is roughly divided into belt storage, belt feeding, belt retracting, tensioning and cutting. The storage belt is driven by a single motor, the packaging speed of the equipment is not greatly influenced by the process, and the detailed description is omitted; the tape feeding and collecting procedures are realized by the positive and negative rotation of the No. 1 motor respectively, and the tensioning and cutting are realized by the unidirectional rotation of the No. 2 motor. In the whole bundling process of the bundling machine, the speed of the processes of belt feeding, belt retracting, tensioning and cutting has great influence on the efficiency of the equipment.
The rotating speeds of motors 1# and 2# are improved, the time for feeding the belt and taking up the belt, tensioning and cutting can be shortened correspondingly, the required stop time is prolonged correspondingly after the speed of a belt withdrawing driving wheel is increased, the belt withdrawing driving wheel is not stopped after tensioning and cutting are finished, the end part of the strapping belt is separated from the driving wheel and the driven wheel, the belt can be removed, continuous packaging cannot be achieved, the equipment failure rate is increased, and the efficiency of the whole automatic production line is seriously influenced.

2. in the scheme provided by the embodiment, the spring connected between the tensioning swing rod and the driven wheel swing rod has certain elasticity, so that in the swing process of the tensioning swing rod, although the swing speed is high, the swing amplitude of the driven wheel swing rod can be controlled within a certain range, and the driven wheel swing rod cannot slide relative to the driven wheel to influence the next swing effect;

Two ends of the spring 4 are respectively connected with the driven wheel swing rod 7 and the tensioning swing rod 1, the tensioning swing rod 1 can drive the driven wheel swing rod 7 to swing together through the spring 4 in the process of swinging and tensioning the strapping tape 6 (in the direction a shown in fig. 2), so that the pressing force between the driven wheel 2 and the driving wheel 3 is eliminated, although the driving wheel can continuously rotate due to inertia in the tensioning process of the tensioning swing rod 1, no pressing force exists between the driving wheel 3 and the driven wheel 2 at the moment, the driving wheel 1 cannot bring the head of the strapping tape out of the space between the driving wheel 1 and the driven wheel 2, and the subsequent tape conveying process is not influenced.
The spring stop 5 is fixedly connected with the driven wheel swing rod 7 and used for limiting the relative movement of the spring 4 with respect to the driven wheel swing rod 7.
And the tensioning spring 8 can pull the tensioning swing rod when the tensioning swing rod 1 moves back (opposite to the direction shown in a in figure 2), so that the driven wheel 2 and the driving wheel 3 are compressed again, and the subsequent belt feeding and withdrawing processes are guaranteed to be completed smoothly.
In this embodiment, the driving wheel is connected to the first motor through the intermediate mechanism, and the tensioning swing rod is connected to the second motor through the intermediate mechanism, as shown in fig. 3, the first motor may be a # 1 motor, the second motor may be a # 2 motor, and the first motor and the second motor may provide kinetic energy for the ribbon strapping machine to control the swing of each component of the ribbon strapping machine.
