技术领域
本发明涉及混合动力式工程机械技术领域,具体涉及一种适用于工程机械的混合动力控制系统及控制方法。
背景技术
部分传统工程机械为了保证行驶和作业需求,需要配备2台发动机,一台用于底盘行驶,一台用于上装作业;随着排放法规的升级,发动机和后处理成本变高,后处理占用体积空间变大,布置较困难;同时,节油是工程机械终端用户的迫切需求。
而目前行驶和作业均如果采用纯电方案,必须搭载较多的电池,存在电池成本高,自身搭载的电池无法满足长时间作业,而外部电源容易受到限制等问题,不太适合工程机械使用场景。
例如日本专利公开公报特开2005-237178号所公开的混合动力挖掘机已为公众所知。该混合动力挖掘机包括发动机、与该发动机连接的液压泵及发电电动机、通过所述液压泵喷出的液压油而被驱动的液压致动装置、以及以发电电动机所产生的电力充电的电池(battery)。该电池适时地对发电电动机供应电力使其发挥电动机作用,以此来辅助发动机。
该混合动力挖掘机还包括检测作为所述电池的充电状态(充电量)的电池SOC(State Of Charge,充电状态)的机构、以及根据所检测的电池SOC控制充电功率以便接近SOC的目标值的机构。在此,由于所述电池的充电能力也依赖于电池温度,因此电池SOC和充电功率之间的特性也会因该电池温度而变化。
然而,在进行该电池充电控制的混合动力工程机械中,有可能使电池承受过度的负担。具体而言,在以往的混合动力工程机械中,为了在因作业期的放电而导致电池SOC急剧降低的情况下,使SOC快速地恢复而稳定在目标值,要进行通过全力发挥由此时的电池温度和SOC所决定的电池能力进行快速充电的控制,即以所述放电时为基准设定电池控制的内容,因此,由于在不放电的待机期连续进行快速充电而导致电池的负担增大,从而有可能给电池带来损伤而导致其寿命降低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种适用于工程机械的增程行驶、串联作业混合动力系统,大幅度降低动力电池的搭载容量,以及降低电池的负担并减少装置的体积。
本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种适用于工程机械的增程行驶、串联作业混合动力系统,包括上装系统与底盘系统,其特征在于,
所述上装系统包括依次连接的发动机、上装发电机、上装电机控制器、上装电动机与液压泵;
所述底盘系统包括动力电池、充电机以及依次连接的行驶电机控制器、行驶电机、变速箱与车桥,所述充电机用于接入外部电网;
所述上装系统通过上装电机控制器连接所述动力电池与所述充电机,所述底盘系统通过行驶电机控制器连接所述动力电池;
所述上装系统包括由所述发动机、所述上装发电机、所述上装电动机串联驱动所述液压泵的串联作业模式、以及由所述动力电池或外部电网单独驱动所述液压泵的单一作业模式;所述上装系统还包括由所述发动机和所述上装发电机构成的增程器发电提供电力以给所述动力电池充电的充电模式;
所述底盘系统还包括由充电机接入外部电网以给所述动力电池充电的充电模式。
优选的,所述充电机还能够为所述上装电动机供电。
优选的,所述底盘系统还包括与所述动力电池连接的电辅件。
优选的,所述发动机与所述上装发电机能够并联所述充电机或所述动力电池,以驱动所述液压泵作业。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用纯电驱动,能够通过增程器对上装电动机进行供电,大幅度降低动力电池的搭载容量;同时,设置能够接入外部电网的充电机,可接外部电网时,优先使用外部电网来满足作业功率需求,不足部分由增程器和动力电池进行发电补充,以保证由充足的功率满足液压泵的作业,降低电池的负担以及减少装置的体积。

如图1所示,一种适用于工程机械的增程行驶、串联作业混合动力系统,包括上装系统与底盘系统,本方法底盘行驶系统取消发动机,采用电机驱动;上装发动机1耦合1台电机,在工程车辆行驶时,发动机1和上装发电机2构成增程器,为底盘电机驱动系统供电;工程车辆作业时,发动机1和上装发电机2、上装电动机3构成串联混动系统进行作业。
具体的,上装系统包括依次连接的发动机1、上装发电机2、上装电机控制器6、上装电动机3与液压泵4;底盘系统包括动力电池7、充电机8以及依次连接的行驶电机11控制器10、行驶电机11、变速箱12与车桥13,充电机8用于接入外部电网。
上装系统通过上装电机控制器6连接动力电池7与充电机8,底盘系统通过行驶电机11控制器10连接动力电池7。
上装系统包括由发动机1、上装发电机2、上装电动机3串联驱动液压泵4的串联作业模式、以及由动力电池7或外部电网单独驱动液压泵4的单一作业模式;上装系统还包括由发动机1和上装发电机2构成的增程器发电提供电力以给动力电池7充电的充电模式。
底盘系统还包括由充电机8接入外部电网以给动力电池7充电的充电模式。
底盘系统还包括与动力电池7连接的电辅件9。
充电机8还能够为上装电动机3供电;发动机1与上装发电机2能够并联充电机8或动力电池7,以驱动液压泵4作业。
本实施例中各模式之间的切换由控制发动机1、上装发电机2、动力电池7、充电机8的状态以及控制上装电机控制器6的工作模式来实施,下面介绍本系统的工作原理。
1.行驶工况下:
发动机1与上装发电机2构成增程器,根据动力电池7SOC状态等参数,按整车功率请求进行发电,上装发电机2依次连接通过上装电机控制器6、行驶电机控制器10连接到行驶电机11,驱动行驶电机11运转以驱动车辆行驶,满足行驶需求,底盘系统采用纯电驱动,大幅度降低电池搭载容量。
2.作业工况下:
2.1不可接外部电网时
2.1.1发动机1与上装发电机2发电,发出的电供上装电动机3驱动液压泵4作业装置5;
2.1.2发动机1与上装发电机2发电,发出的电一部分供上装电动机3驱动液压泵4作业装置5,另一部分给动力电池7充电;
2.1.3发动机1与上装发电机2发电,发出的电供上装电动机3驱动液压泵4作业装置5,不足部分由动力电池7补充;
2.1.4发动机1与上装发电机2停机,动力电池7给上装电动机3供电,上装电动机3驱动液压泵4作业装置5。
2.2可接入外部电网
2.2.1发动机1与上装发电机2发电,上装电动机3的电力一部分通过充电机8来源于外部电网,不足部分由发动机1与上装发电机2发电补充,上装电动机3驱动液压泵4作业装置5;
2.2.2发动机1与上装发电机2停机,上装电动机3的电力一部分通过充电机8来源于外部电网,不足部分由动力电源发电补充,上装电动机3驱动液压泵4作业装置5;
2.2.3发动机1与上装发电机2停机,上装电动机3的电力完全通过充电机8来源于外部电网,上装电动机3驱动液压泵4作业装置5;
2.2.4发动机1与上装发电机2停机,上装电动机3的电力完全通过充电机8来源于外部电网,上装电动机3驱动液压泵4作业装置5;同时外部电网通过充电机8给动力电池7充电。
本发明采用纯电驱动,能够通过增程器对上装电动机3进行供电,大幅度降低动力电池7的搭载容量;同时,设置能够接入外部电网的充电机8,可接外部电网时,优先使用外部电网来满足作业功率需求,不足部分由增程器和动力电池7进行发电补充,以保证由充足的功率满足液压泵4的作业,降低电池的负担以及减少装置的体积。

Claims (4)

1.一种适用于工程机械的增程行驶、串联作业混合动力系统,包括上装系统与底盘系统,其特征在于,
所述上装系统包括依次连接的发动机、上装发电机、上装电机控制器、上装电动机与液压泵;
所述底盘系统包括动力电池、充电机以及依次连接的行驶电机控制器、行驶电机、变速箱与车桥,所述充电机用于接入外部电网;
所述上装系统通过上装电机控制器连接所述动力电池与所述充电机,所述底盘系统通过行驶电机控制器连接所述动力电池;
所述上装系统包括由所述发动机、所述上装发电机、所述上装电动机串联驱动所述液压泵的串联作业模式、以及由所述动力电池或外部电网单独驱动所述液压泵的单一作业模式;所述上装系统还包括由所述发动机和所述上装发电机构成的增程器发电提供电力以给所述动力电池充电的充电模式;
所述底盘系统还包括由充电机接入外部电网以给所述动力电池充电的充电模式。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于工程机械的增程行驶、串联作业混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述充电机还能够为所述上装电动机供电。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于工程机械的增程行驶、串联作业混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述底盘系统还包括与所述动力电池连接的电辅件。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于工程机械的增程行驶、串联作业混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述发动机与所述上装发电机能够并联所述充电机或所述动力电池,以驱动所述液压泵作业。
