As shown in fig. 9, the B-type subframe positioning assembly 3B includes 4B-type subframe positioning bases 31B for supporting the B-type subframe 4B and 4B-type bushing pressing heads 32B for press-fitting the B-type subframe bushings, the B-type subframe positioning bases 31B are respectively fixedly connected to the upper end surfaces of the turntables 21 and correspond to the bushing mounting hole positions of the B-type subframe 4B, when the B-type subframe 4B is positioned on the turntables 21 through the B-type subframe positioning bases 31B, the B-type subframe bushings to be press-fitted are respectively matched with the corresponding bushing mounting holes, and the B-type bushing pressing heads 32B are respectively matched with the upper end surfaces of the corresponding B-type subframe bushings.
As shown in fig. 10, the C-type subframe positioning assembly 3C includes 4C-type subframe positioning bases 31C for supporting the C-type subframe 4C and 4C-type bushing pressing heads 32C for press-fitting the C-type subframe bushings, the C-type subframe positioning bases 31C are respectively fixedly connected to the upper end surfaces of the turntables 21 and correspond to the bushing mounting hole positions of the C-type subframe 4C, when the C-type subframe 4C is positioned on the turntables 21 through the C-type subframe positioning bases 31C, the C-type subframe bushings to be press-fitted are respectively matched with the corresponding bushing mounting holes, and the C-type bushing pressing heads 32C are respectively matched with the upper end surfaces of the corresponding C-type subframe bushings.

The floating type positioning base of the auxiliary frame base adopts the floating telescopic type positioning base, has a buffering effect when the bushing is pressed down, avoids crushing the bushing, and ensures the qualification rate of products.
The profile of the profiling error-proofing boss 3121 of the floating positioning head 312 of the a-style subframe positioning base 31a is consistent with the profile of the bushing hole of the corresponding a-style subframe bushing; the profile of the profiling error proofing boss 3121 of the floating positioning head 312 of the sub-frame positioning base 31B of the type B is consistent with the profile of the bushing hole of the corresponding sub-frame bushing of the type B; the profile of the profiling error proofing boss 3121 of the floating positioning head 312 of the C-type subframe positioning base 31C is consistent with the profile of the bushing hole of the corresponding C-type subframe bushing; through set up profile modeling mistake proofing boss on the location head floats for the location head that floats of every model motorcycle type can only cooperate with the bush of this model motorcycle type, has mistake proofing function, avoids producing unqualified product.

The distance L between the upper end surface of the bushing pressing head and the upper end surface of the turntable is equal to the sum of the height L1 of the positioning base of the auxiliary frame of the vehicle type, the height L2 of the bushing of the auxiliary frame of the vehicle type and the height L3 of the pressing head of the bushing of the vehicle type, namely: l=l1+l 2+L3; when the same type of automobile type sub vehicle frame bushing is pressed, after all sub vehicle frame bushings of the type are pressed in place, the upper end faces of 4 bushing pressure heads of the type are positioned on the same horizontal plane, namely, the descending displacement of the pressing device 12 is the same when the bushings of the same type of automobile are pressed, the pressing displacement of the pressing device 12 can be set to be a fixed value before the bushings of each type of automobile are pressed, and the bushings can be pressed in place after the pressing device 12 is pressed down to the displacement, so that the automatic pressing of different types of automobile can be realized.

A vehicle type locking mechanism (24) is further arranged between the sliding plate (22) and the workbench (11), the vehicle type locking mechanism (24) comprises a vehicle type locking plate (241), a quick push-pull clamp (243) and a push-pull clamp mounting plate (244), three vehicle type locking pin grooves (242) are respectively formed in the vehicle type locking plate (241), the vehicle type locking plate (241) is connected with the side face of the sliding plate (22), the quick push-pull clamp (243) is connected with the workbench (11) through the push-pull clamp mounting plate (244), and a push-pull rod of the quick push-pull clamp (243) extends out and can extend into the corresponding vehicle type locking pin groove (242);
the auxiliary frame supporting assembly (2) further comprises a press-fit point locking mechanism (26), the press-fit point locking mechanism (26) comprises a first fixed block (261), a second fixed block (262) and a locking pin (263), the first fixed block (261) is connected with the side face of the sliding plate (22), the second fixed block (262) is connected with the lower end face of the rotary table (21), through holes for the locking pin (263) to penetrate are respectively formed in the middle of the first fixed block (261) and the middle of the second fixed block (262), a plurality of press-fit point clamping grooves (251) are formed in the outer side face of the rotary bearing (25), and the locking pin (263) sequentially penetrates through the through holes of the second fixed block (262) and the first fixed block (261) and extends into the corresponding press-fit point clamping grooves (251);
A press-mounting point supporting device (27) is further arranged on the workbench (11) of the vertical press (1), and a base plate (28) is respectively arranged at the lower side of the turntable (21) and at the position corresponding to each press-mounting point; the press-fit point supporting device (27) comprises a cylinder (271), a base (272), a lower wedge block (274) and an upper wedge jacking column (273), wherein a wedge block guide hole (2721) is formed in the base (272) along the horizontal direction, a wedge jacking column guide hole (2722) is formed in the base (272) along the vertical direction, and the wedge block guide hole (2721) and the wedge jacking column guide hole (2722) are mutually communicated; the lower inclined wedge block (274) is positioned in the inclined wedge guide hole (2721) in a sliding way, the upper inclined wedge jacking column (273) is positioned in the inclined wedge jacking column guide hole (2722) in a sliding way, and the inclined surface of the lower inclined wedge block (274) is attached to the inclined surface of the upper inclined wedge jacking column (273); the cylinder (271) is fixedly connected with the side face of the base (272), and a telescopic rod of the cylinder (271) is connected with the lower inclined wedge block (274).
