The first slider 33 moves inwards to intermittently sterilize the surgical instrument, the first slider 33 moves inwards until the first slider does not contact with the third clamping block 85, the eighth spring 86 in a compressed state resets to drive the third clamping block 85 to move forwards and reset, the first slider 33 moves inwards to drive the third slider 83 to move inwards, the seventh spring 82 is stretched, the deformed fourth spring 46 resets, the fourth spring 46 drives the filter plate 44 and the first clamping block 47 to move rightwards and reset, the third slider 83 moves inwards continuously to stir the surgical instrument, the third slider 83 moves inwards to a certain position to push the third clamping block 85 to move backwards, the eighth spring 86 is compressed, the third slider 83 moves inwards until the third slider 83 does not contact with the third clamping block 85, the eighth spring 86 resets to drive the third clamping block 85 to reset, the third clamping block 85 resets to the third slider 83, the first slider 33 moves outwards until the third clamping block 85 contacts, the third slide block 83 moves backwards continuously to push the third fixture block 85 to move backwards, the eighth spring 86 is compressed, the third fixture block 85 moves backwards until the third fixture block 85 is not in contact with the third slide block 83, the seventh spring 82 resets to drive the third slide block 83 to move outwards, the third slide block 83 can shift the surgical instrument again, the third slide block 83 on the left side moves outwards to push the filter plate 44 to move leftwards, the shifted surgical instrument can be smoother due to the leftward movement of the filter plate 44, the filter plate 44 drives the first fixture block 47 to move leftwards, the fourth spring 46 is deformed, the next sterilization of the surgical instruments in different positions is achieved, and therefore the thorough sterilization work of the surgical instruments is achieved.

the first spring (32) is wound on the first fixing rod (31), and the first spring (32) is connected between the support frame (1) and the first sliding block (33);
the upper side of the inner wall of the support frame (1) is provided with a lug (35);
the two first sliding blocks (33) are both provided with a stop block (36) in a sliding manner, and the stop block (36) on the same side is connected with the medicine box (34) on the same side in a sliding manner;
the second spring (37) is wound on the stop block (36), and the second spring (37) is connected between the first sliding block (33) and the stop block (36).

the telescopic rods (42) are symmetrically arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the support frame (1);
the supporting blocks (41) are connected among the four telescopic rods (42), and the supporting blocks (41) are connected with the supporting frame (1) in a sliding manner;
the third spring (43) is wound on the telescopic rod (42), and the third spring (43) is connected between the telescopic rod (42) and the support frame (1);
the two sides of the middle part of the support frame (1) are symmetrically provided with second fixed rods (45);
the first fixture block (47) is connected between the two longitudinal second fixing rods (45) in a sliding manner;
the filter plate (44) is connected between the two first clamping blocks (47) in a sliding manner, and the filter plate (44) is connected with the supporting block (41) in a sliding manner;
the fourth spring (46) is wound on the second fixing rod (45), and the fourth spring (46) is connected between the first clamping block (47) and the support frame (1).

the top of the second sliding block (53) is provided with a second clamping block (54), the second clamping block (54) is connected with the support frame (1) in a sliding manner, and the second clamping block (54) is matched with the covering plate (51);
the two sides of the support frame (1) are respectively provided with a third fixing rod (55), and the two third fixing rods (55) are both connected with the second clamping block (54) in a sliding manner;
and the fifth spring (56) is wound on the third fixing rod (55), and the fifth spring (56) is connected between the third fixing rod (55) and the second clamping block (54).
