In order to overcome and use the cotton swab to dip in the disinfectant through medical personnel and clean by a large scale on patient's arm repeatedly, the operation is comparatively loaded down with trivial details, and need consume the shortcoming of a large amount of time, and the technical problem who solves is: the isolated disinfection equipment before sampling for the dermatology department is simple in operation, convenient for the patient to disinfect independently and thorough in disinfection.
The technical scheme is as follows: an isolation type disinfection device before dermatological sampling, comprising: the guide block is arranged on one side of the top of the base; the top of the base is provided with the sealing mechanism; the spraying mechanism is arranged on two sides of the sealing mechanism; the two water storage pipes are arranged on the spraying mechanism in a sliding manner; the driving mechanism is arranged on one side in the sealing mechanism; the motor is arranged on the driving mechanism.
As an improvement of the above aspect, the closing mechanism includes: the mounting plate is arranged on the other side of the top of the base; the connecting plates are arranged between the guide blocks and the mounting plates, and water outlet holes are formed in the middle positions of the lower parts of the two sides of each connecting plate; the rotating shafts are rotatably arranged on two sides of the upper part of the connecting plate; and the arc-shaped baffle plates are arranged on the rotating shaft in an equal rotating mode.
As an improvement of the above, the spraying mechanism includes: the inner walls of two sides of the connecting plate are respectively provided with two guide frames, and a water storage pipe is connected between the two guide frames on the same side in a sliding manner; one end of each of the two water storage pipes is connected with the water inlet pipe, and the two water inlet pipes penetrate through the two sides of the mounting plate; the two water storage cylinders are rotatably arranged on the two water storage pipes; three rows of water outlet pipes are arranged on one side of each of the four water storage cylinders, and the three water outlet pipes form a group; and the first springs are connected between two sides of the water storage pipe and the four guide frames.
As an improvement of the above aspect, the drive mechanism includes: the lower parts of the inner walls of the two sides of the connecting plate are rotatably provided with the rotating rods; the first connecting rods are symmetrically arranged on one side inside the connecting plate through supporting rods; the bevel gear sets are arranged between the other ends of the supporting rods of the two first connecting rods and the opposite ends of the two rotating rods; the second connecting rods are rotatably arranged on one sides of the two water storage pipes, and the bottom ends of the second connecting rods are rotatably connected with the top ends of the first connecting rods; the supporting block is arranged on one side inside the connecting plate, the supporting block is provided with a motor, and two output shafts of the motor are connected with the opposite ends of the two rotating rods through connectors; the push block is arranged on one side of the motor.
As an improvement of the above scheme, the device further comprises a rotating mechanism, and the rotating mechanism comprises: the first mounting blocks are arranged on two sides of the two water storage pipes; the torsion springs are connected between the opposite sides of the four first mounting blocks and the back sides of the four water storage barrels; the middle parts of the two water storage pipes are respectively provided with two straight gears in a rotating mode, and one sides of the four straight gears, back to each other, are connected with one sides of the four water storage cylinders, which are opposite to each other; the upper parts of the inner walls of the two sides of the connecting plate are provided with two straight racks, and the straight gears are matched with the straight racks.
As an improvement of the above scheme, the device further comprises a guide mechanism, wherein the guide mechanism comprises: the second mounting blocks are symmetrically arranged on one side inside the connecting plate; the first guide rods are arranged on the two second mounting blocks in a sliding manner; the second springs are connected between the bottom ends of the two first guide rods and the inside of the connecting plate; the top ends of the two first guide rods are provided with the first extrusion blocks; the lower parts of the two first extrusion blocks are provided with the pressure rods on one sides back to back, and one ends of the two water storage pipes are matched with the two pressure rods; the upper parts of the two first extrusion blocks back to one side are both provided with the second extrusion blocks in a sliding manner; and the third springs are connected between the back ends of the two second extrusion blocks and one side of the two upper parts back to each other.
As an improvement of the above scheme, the device further comprises a drainage mechanism, wherein the drainage mechanism comprises: the lower parts of the inner walls of the two sides of the connecting plate are provided with the second guide rods; the water baffles are arranged on the two second guide rods in a sliding mode and are matched with the two water outlet holes; the fifth springs are connected between the upper parts of the two water baffles and the inner walls of the two sides of the connecting plate; the pressing plates are arranged on the upper parts of the two water baffles in a sliding mode, and the two water storage pipes are matched with the two pressing plates; and the fourth springs are connected between the upper parts of the two pressing plates and the tops of the two water baffles.
As an improvement of the scheme, the second extrusion block is made of softer rubber.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: 1. the output shaft of the motor rotates to drive the water storage pipe to slide up and down, and then the disinfectant is sprayed on the arm of the patient to be disinfected under the action of the spraying mechanism.
2. Under the action of the matching of the straight gear and the straight rack, the water storage cylinder rotates to spray the disinfectant on the arm of the patient in all directions.
3. The second extrusion slides dorsad and carries on spacingly to patient's arm under the effect of third spring force, and then plays the guide effect for the accurate ejector pad that promotes of patient, at standpipe and depression bar cooperation, can make the second extrusion no longer spacing to patient's arm, makes things convenient for the patient to rotate the arm and disinfects comprehensively.
4. Under the action of the cooperation of the water storage pipe and the pressing plate, the sterilized water is prevented from being discharged after being used in the process of sterilizing the patient.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an isolated disinfection equipment before sampling for dermatology department, comprising a base 1, a guide block 2, water storage pipes 3, a motor 4, a sealing mechanism 5, a spraying mechanism 6 and a driving mechanism 7, wherein the guide block 2 is arranged on the front side of the top of the base 1, the sealing mechanism 5 is arranged on the top of the base 1, the spraying mechanism 6 is arranged on the left side and the right side of the sealing mechanism 5, the two water storage pipes 3 are arranged on the spraying mechanism 6 in a sliding mode, the driving mechanism 7 is arranged on the rear side inside the sealing mechanism 5, and the motor 4 is arranged on the driving mechanism 7.
Before the dermatology patient samples hand skin, medical personnel's water pipe of external sterile water inserts on the sprinkler structure 6, medical personnel opens the switch of external water pipe afterwards, sprinkler structure 6 sprays sterile water thereupon, at this moment, the patient stretches into closing mechanism 5 with the arm through guide block 2 and touches actuating mechanism 7, motor 4 starts thereupon, motor 4's output shaft rotates and drives standpipe 3 and slide from top to bottom, and then spray sterile water and disinfect at patient's hand under sprinkler structure 6's effect, after the disinfection is accomplished, the patient takes the arm out no longer to make motor 4 close with actuating mechanism 7 contact, standpipe 3 stops sliding thereupon, medical personnel close the switch of external water pipe, sterile water is no longer from the blowout. The device has simple structure and convenient operation.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, based on embodiment 1, the sealing mechanism 5 includes a mounting plate 51, a rotating shaft 52, an arc-shaped baffle 53 and a connecting plate 55, the mounting plate 51 is disposed on the rear side of the top of the base 1, the connecting plate 55 is disposed between the guide block 2 and the mounting plate 51, water outlets 54 are formed in the middle positions of the lower portions of the left and right sides of the connecting plate 55, the rotating shafts 52 are rotatably disposed on the left and right sides of the upper portion of the connecting plate 55, and the arc-shaped baffles 53 are rotatably disposed on the two rotating shafts 52.
Spraying mechanism 6 is including inlet tube 61, guide frame 62, a reservoir 63, outlet pipe 64 and first spring 65, all be provided with two guide frame 62 on the inner wall of the 55 left and right sides of connecting plate, equal sliding connection has a reservoir 3 between two guide frame 62 of homonymy, 3 rear ends of two reservoirs are connected with inlet tube 61, two inlet tubes 61 run through the mounting panel 51 left and right sides, equal rotary type is provided with two reservoir 63 on two reservoir 3, four reservoir 63 looks one side all is provided with three rows of outlet pipes 64, outlet pipe 64 is three for a set of, all be connected with first spring 65 between both sides and four guide frame 62 around two reservoir 3 bottoms.
The driving mechanism 7 comprises a rotating rod 71, a bevel gear set 72, a first connecting rod 73, a second connecting rod 74, a pushing block 75 and a supporting block 76, the rotating rod 71 is rotatably arranged on the lower portion of the inner wall of the left side and the lower portion of the inner wall of the rear portion of the connecting plate 55, the first connecting rod 73 is symmetrically arranged on the rear side of the inner portion of the connecting plate 55 through the left side and the right side of the supporting rod, the bevel gear set 72 is arranged between the rear ends of the supporting rods of the two first connecting rods 73 and the opposite ends of the two rotating rods 71, the second connecting rod 74 is rotatably arranged on the rear side of the rear portion of the two water storage pipes 3, the bottom end of the second connecting rod 74 is rotatably connected with the top end of the first connecting rod 73, the supporting block 76 is arranged on the rear side of the inner portion of the connecting plate 55, the motor 4 is provided with the two output shafts of the motor 4, the opposite ends of the two rotating rods 71 are connected through connectors, and the pushing block 75 is arranged on the front side of the motor 4.
Before a patient in dermatology department samples the skin of the hand, a water pipe of external sterile water of a medical worker is connected into the water inlet pipe 61, then the medical worker opens a switch of the external water pipe, the sterile water flows into the water storage pipe 3 through the water inlet pipe 61, the sterile water in the water storage pipe 3 is sprayed out from the water outlet pipe 64 through the water storage barrel 63, at the moment, the arm of the patient extends into the connecting plate 55 through the guide block 2 to push the push block 75, the motor 4 is started along with the water pipe, the output shaft of the motor 4 rotates to drive the rotating rod 71 to rotate, the rotating rod 71 rotates to drive the bevel gear set 72 to rotate, the bevel gear set 72 rotates to drive the first connecting rod 73 to rotate, the first connecting rod 73 rotates to drive the second connecting rod 74 to rotate downwards, the second connecting rod 74 rotates downwards to drive the water storage pipe 3 to slide downwards, the first spring 65 is compressed, when the first connecting rod 73 rotates to no longer pull the second connecting rod 74, the first spring 65 resets to drive the water storage pipe 3 to slide upwards to reset, and then make continuous reciprocal slip from top to bottom of standpipe 3, and then spray the disinfectant at patient's arm under outlet pipe 64 blowout disinfectant's effect and disinfect, after the disinfection is accomplished, the patient takes the arm out and no longer promotes ejector pad 75 and make motor 4 close, standpipe 3 stops sliding thereupon, medical personnel close the switch of external water pipe, the disinfectant is no longer from the blowout, the disinfectant after the patient used is thereupon discharged through apopore 54, when long-time disinfection needs to wash inside connecting plate 55, medical personnel stimulate cowl 53 and rotate the connecting plate 55 dorsad and open, medical personnel wash inside connecting plate 55 afterwards, after the completion, the staff rotates the connecting plate 55 through promoting cowl 53 in opposite directions and closes. This device simple structure under first connecting rod 73 and second connecting rod 74 complex effect, can make the continuous up-and-down reciprocating sliding of standpipe 3, and then disinfect at patient's arm with even spraying of disinfectant under the effect of outlet pipe 64 blowout disinfectant, medical personnel open connecting plate 55 through pulling cowl 53 dorsad rotation, can wash connecting plate 55 inside.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 7, 8, 9 and 10, based on embodiment 2, the present invention further includes a rotating mechanism 8, the rotating mechanism 8 includes a first mounting block 81, a torsion spring 82, a spur gear 83 and a spur rack 84, the first mounting block 81 is disposed on each of the front and rear sides of the two water storage pipes 3, the torsion spring 82 is connected between one opposite side of the four first mounting blocks 81 and one opposite side of the four water storage pipes 63, the two spur gears 83 are rotatably disposed in the middle of the two water storage pipes 3, one opposite side of the four spur gears 83 is connected to one opposite side of the four water storage pipes 63, the two spur racks 84 are disposed on the upper portion of the inner wall of the left and right sides of the connecting plate 55, and the spur gears 83 are matched with the spur racks 84.
When the water storage pipe 3 slides downwards, the straight gear 83 rotates along with the water storage pipe under the action of the straight rack 84, the straight gear 83 rotates to drive the water storage cylinder 63 to rotate, the torsion spring 82 deforms, the water storage cylinder 63 rotates to spray disinfectant to the arm of a patient in an all-around mode, when the water storage pipe 3 slides upwards to reset, the straight gear 83 rotates to drive the water storage cylinder 63 to rotate to reset, and the torsion spring 82 resets along with the water storage cylinder 63. The device has simple structure, and under the matching action of the straight gear 83 and the straight rack 84, the water storage cylinder 63 rotates to spray the disinfectant on the arm of the patient in an all-around way.
Also comprises a guide mechanism 9, the guide mechanism 9 comprises a second mounting block 91, a second spring 92 and a first guide rod 93, first extrusion piece 94, depression bar 95, third spring 96 and second extrusion piece 97, the inside front side bilateral symmetry of connecting plate 55 is provided with second installation piece 91, all slidingtype is provided with first guide bar 93 on two second installation pieces 91, all be connected with second spring 92 between two first guide bar 93 bottoms and the connecting plate 55 is inside, two first guide bar 93 tops all are provided with first extrusion piece 94, two first extrusion piece 94 lower part dorsad one side all is provided with depression bar 95, two standpipe 3 front ends and two depression bar 95 cooperations, two first extrusion piece 94 upper portion dorsad one side all slidingtype is provided with second extrusion piece 97, second extrusion piece 97 material is softer rubber, two second extrusion piece 97 dorsad one end and two upper portion dorsad one sides between all be connected with third spring 96.
When a patient stretches an arm into the connecting plate 55 through the guide block 2, the second extrusion block 97 is extruded to slide backwards, the third spring 96 is stretched, the second extrusion slides backwards under the action of the third spring 96, the arm of the patient can be limited, and a guide effect is further achieved, so that the patient accurately pushes the push block 75, the motor 4 is started, because the second extrusion block 97 is made of softer rubber, the comfort of the patient can be increased, when the water storage pipe 3 slides downwards to push the press rod 95, the first guide rod 93 slides downwards along the press rod, the second spring 92 is compressed, the first guide rod 93 slides downwards to drive the first extrusion block 94 to move downwards, the first extrusion block 94 moves downwards to drive the second extrusion block 97 to move downwards, the second extrusion block 97 is not limited any more to the arm of the patient, the third spring 96 resets to drive the second extrusion block 97 to slide backwards, at this time, the patient rotates the arm to enable disinfectant to be uniformly sprayed on the arm for disinfection, when the arm disinfection is completed and the patient pulls out the arm, when the water storage pipe 3 slides upwards and does not push the pressing rod 95 any more, the second spring 92 resets to drive the first guide rod 93 to slide upwards, and the first guide rod 93 slides upwards to drive the first extrusion block 94 to move upwards to reset. This device simple structure, the second extrusion slides dorsad under the effect of third spring 96 power, can carry on spacingly to patient's arm, and then plays the guide effect for the accurate ejector pad 75 that promotes of patient, in the cooperation of standpipe 3 and depression bar 95, can make the second extrusion no longer carry on spacingly to patient's arm, makes things convenient for the patient to rotate the arm and disinfects comprehensively.
Still including drainage mechanism 10, drainage mechanism 10 is including the clamp plate 1001, fourth spring 1002, the breakwater 1003, second guide bar 1004 and fifth spring 1005, connecting plate 55 left and right sides inner wall lower part all is provided with second guide bar 1004, all slidingtype is provided with breakwater 1003 on two second guide bar 1004, two breakwater 1003 and two apopore 54 cooperations, all be connected with fifth spring 1005 between two breakwater 1003 upper portions and the connecting plate 55 left and right sides inner wall, two breakwater 1003 upper portions all slidingtype is provided with clamp plate 1001, two aqua storage pipes 3 and two clamp plate 1001 cooperations, all be connected with fourth spring 1002 between two clamp plate 1001 upper portions and two breakwater 1003 tops.
When the water storage pipe 3 slides downwards to push the pressing plate 1001 to slide downwards, the fourth spring 1002 is compressed, the pressing plate 1001 slides downwards to drive the water baffle 1003 to slide downwards, the fifth spring 1005 is compressed, the water baffle 1003 slides downwards to block the water outlet 54, and then the used sterilized water is prevented from being discharged in the process of patient disinfection, when the water storage pipe 3 slides upwards to stop the pressing plate 1001, the fourth spring 1002 resets to drive the pressing plate 1001 to slide upwards, the fifth spring 1005 resets to drive the water baffle 1003 to slide upwards to stop the water outlet 54, and the used sterilized water is discharged through the water outlet 54. This device simple structure, under the standpipe 3 and the effect of clamp plate 1001 complex, and then make and prevent to use the discharge of back sterile water at the sterile in-process of patient.
