a cleaning component for cleaning the debridement table is arranged in the debridement box;
the inside of the debridement box is provided with a disinfection component for cleaning and disinfecting the affected part of a patient.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

According to the invention, the affected limb of the patient is placed on the second notch formed in the side surface of the debridement box, and the piston cylinder II is enabled to move in a piston for multiple times while rotating the rotating disc forward, so that the disinfectant in the disinfection box is sprayed out of the disinfection tube, and the affected limb of the patient placed on the second notch formed in the side surface of the debridement box can be primarily disinfected and cleaned to replace manual disinfection, thereby reducing the work load of medical staff.
3. a driving part for rotating the holding dish 18 out is arranged in the debridement box 1;
a cleaning component for cleaning the debridement table 8 is arranged in the debridement box 1;
the interior of the debridement tank 1 is provided with a disinfection component for cleaning and disinfecting the affected part of a patient.

And then the patient limb after disinfection is placed on the debridement table 8 through the first notch 2, debridement operation can be carried out on the patient of the patient, and most medical waste generated during debridement operation and dirt, blood clots, and other foreign matters in wounds fall through a plurality of liquid leakage openings on the surface of the debridement table 8.
When the debridement operation of a patient is finished, the driving part is controlled again, the holding vessel 18 can be turned back into the debridement box 1 again, at the moment, the lower holding vessel 18 can be protected under the action of the protective shell 9 above the holding vessel 18, on one hand, the situation that personnel touch medical equipment and debridement medicines in the holding vessel 18 by mistake can be avoided, and on the other hand, dust in the air falls into the medical equipment and debridement medicines and the normal use of the medical equipment and debridement medicines is also avoided.
It should be noted that, when the driving part is controlled to rotate the holding dish 18 back to the interior of the debridement box 1, the cleaning part starts working, so that the debridement table 8 after the debridement operation of the patient is finished can be cleaned, and the patient subjected to debridement next is prevented from being infected by foreign matters such as dirt, blood clot and the like remained on the operation table.

That is, when the first arc block 41 passes through the second arc block 51, the first arc block 41 reciprocates once, so that the first piston rod 43 reciprocates once to complete a complete piston movement in the first piston tube 46, and since the first check valve on the surface of the first connecting tube 45 flows from the first liquid storage tank 44 to the first piston tube 46, the second check valve on the surface of the second connecting tube 47 flows from the first piston tube 46 to the first mixing tube 36, at this time, the first piston movement in the first piston tube 46 sucks the liquid in the first liquid storage tank 44 into the first piston tube 46, then discharges the liquid into the mixing tube 36 through the second connecting tube 47, then enters the first liquid outlet tube 35 at the end of the mixing tube 36, and finally discharges the liquid through the first liquid outlets 48 on the surface of the first liquid outlet tube 35.

Notably, because the liquid storage box 44 is provided with two, thereby can place sodium hypochlorite solution in one liquid storage box 44, place the clear water in still another liquid storage box 44, clear water and sodium hypochlorite solution mix in the mixing tube 36 in real time to constitute yellowish 84 antiseptic solution, and the disinfection effect of 84 antiseptic solution of real-time mixing is stronger, thereby can also disinfect when clearing up debridement table 8, and the cleaning effect is good, and the practicality is also stronger.

After the device is used for a period of time, the control valve on the surface of the liquid discharge pipe is opened, so that waste liquid falling into the bottom of the debridement box 1 from the liquid leakage port 6 during debridement of a patient can be cleaned.
Similarly, the collection box 28 can be taken out from the debridement box 1 by pulling the pull ring on the surface of the collection box 28, so that foreign matters and disinfectant in the collection box 28 can be cleaned.
