Camellia oleifera flowers are evergreen shrubs of the Camellia oleifera family. Winter resistance, stramonium and the like. Belongs to Theaceae, and is evergreen shrub or small arbor with the height of 3-4 m. The trunk is smooth and unhaired. Oval or elliptical shape, fine sawtooth at edge, and leather with bright green surface. The flower single generation is relative to the axilla or branch top, the petal is nearly round, the variety heavy petal can reach 50-60 pieces, the flower color is red, white, yellow and purple. The flowering period is different according to varieties, and flowers are opened from october to april in the next year. The capsule is round, mature at the end of autumn, but most of the petaloid flowers can not result.
The camellia oleifera flower contains abundant flavone, saponin, catechin, vitamin C, tannic acid, amino acid and other components, has excellent antioxidant and anti-free radical effects, contains moisturizing and anti-allergy activities, can effectively prevent skin melanin from precipitating, can prevent skin from a series of skin problems caused by environmental pollution, and maintains the health and freshness of the skin.
Anti-aging, China scholars extract polyphenol from camellia oleifera flowers, and antioxidant activity tests prove that the camellia oleifera flower polyphenol has strong antioxidant activity, is a good free radical scavenger for a human body, and has the total antioxidant capacity of 7.35U/mg, which is far higher than 69.57U/mg of vitamin C. The Mei Jig Piao research finds that the main antioxidant components in the oil-tea camellia flowers comprise quercetin, isoquercitrin, quercetin, kaempferol and the like. These components can achieve antioxidant effect by scavenging reactive oxygen species ROS in human keratinocytes and enhancing antioxidant enzyme activity. The human body patch test shows that the camellia oleifera flower extract is safe, has no thorns and tiny and has better DPPH and ABTS free radical scavenging capacity, and the wrinkle test of local skin is carried out by adopting infrared shooting, and the skin care product containing the camellia oleifera flower extract can effectively reduce skin wrinkles.
Anti-pollution-with the recent emergence of global environmental problems, anti-pollution has become a new trend in the cosmetic and personal care markets, more and more consumers are looking for anti-pollution products, and more research is also tending to develop anti-pollution plant materials.
The activity of fibroblast collagenase can promote the expression of skin collagen and dermal-epidermal junction protein, and effectively protect the skin from being damaged by environmental pollution.
Anti-allergic and anti-inflammation BORYUNG MEDIANGS has proved that the Camellia oleifera flower extract has excellent anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic activity in 2005, has remarkable effect on relieving symptoms of skin allergy, edema, erythema and the like caused by environment pollution, has small side effect, and is suitable for skin care products for adults and infants.
And (3) whitening and moisturizing, namely performing in-vitro melanocyte proliferation and intracellular tyrosinase activity tests on the camellia yunnanensis bud alcohol extract by using Huangxiaofeng and the like, and finding that when the concentration of the camellia yunnanensis bud alcohol extract is 25-10ug/mL, the safety and the effect of inhibiting the tyrosinase activity are equivalent to the effect of arbutin, so that the camellia yunnanensis bud alcohol extract can be used as a novel plant whitening agent in the future.
Grape seeds generally account for about 3% to 7% of the total weight of grapes, and are a high-quality edible oil resource as a byproduct in the wine industry. The oil content of grape seeds is 10-20%, the proportion of unsaturated fatty acid in the grape seed oil of most varieties is more than 70% of the total fatty acid, and some varieties are even as high as 81%, and the varieties with the content lower than 60% are very rare. Therefore, the grape seed oil belongs to high linoleic acid type grease.
Grape seed oil is plant essential oil extracted from grape seeds, contains rich unsaturated fatty acid, linoleic acid and proanthocyanidin, and is a very good antioxidant component.
Dipropylene glycol is used in cosmetics and is not harmful to the skin in normal use.
DIPROPYLENE GLYCOL, also known as DIPROPYLENE GLYCOL, is known as dippylene GLYCOL and is an odorless, colorless, sweet, water-soluble and hygroscopic liquid at ambient temperature. The product is suitable for the use of essence, perfume, cosmetics and the like which are sensitive to odor, and can be used as a coupling agent and a humectant in various cosmetic applications.
Dipropylene glycol has a slight odor, is less irritating to the skin, and has low toxicity. The solvent is the most ideal solvent for applying various flavors and fragrances and cosmetic varieties, has a risk coefficient of 1, is safe, can be used safely, has no influence on pregnant women, and has no pox-causing property of the dipropylene glycol.
In the field of perfumes, dipropylene glycol is used in a proportion of more than 50%. In other applications, the proportion of dipropylene glycol is generally within 10% by weight.
Hyaluronic acid, also known as hyaluronic acid, has the molecular formula (C)14H21NO11) N is a disaccharide glycosaminoglycan composed of D-glucuronic acid and N-acetylglucosamine.
The production process and technology of hyaluronic acid determine the difference of quality, so the product produced by the correct source can have the treatment effect. Generally, there are three methods of refinement:
1. animal tissue: the main raw materials are cockscomb, bulls-eye vitreous body and the like. Defatting raw materials with acetone or ethanol, dehydrating, soaking in distilled water, filtering, treating with sodium chloride water solution and chloroform solution, adding trypsin, keeping temperature to obtain mixed solution, treating with ion exchanger, and purifying to obtain refined hyaluronic acid. The method has extremely low extraction rate of only about 1 percent and complicated separation process, so that the hyaluronic acid is expensive and reaches $ 5000/kg, and the method limits the use of the hyaluronic acid in large amount in cosmetics.
2. And (3) microbial fermentation: glucose is used as carbon source fermentation liquor and is fermented in a culture medium for 48 hours, mycelium and impurities are removed by filtration after the fermentation is finished, and then a high-purity product is obtained by simple operations such as an alcohol precipitation method and the like. The hyaluronic acid prepared by the fermentation method has the advantages that the molecular weight can be set according to the commodity design, and the key point of the fermentation method is the selection of strains, and the selection of streptococcus, lactic acid bacteria and the like is performed.
3. Chemical synthesis: adopting natural enzyme polymerization reaction; first, a "hyaluronic acid oxazepine derivative" is synthesized using a polysaccharide polymer, then, a complex of the derivative and an enzyme is produced by adding a water-decomposable enzyme, and finally, the enzyme is removed from the reaction solution at 90 ℃. The artificial synthesis method can greatly reduce the manufacturing cost of the hyaluronic acid, but the structure is not pure.
Also hyaluronic acid products, because of the differences in raw material sources and preparation techniques, have a significant effect on the effect. Generally, the larger the molecular weight, the more complete the network structure and the best water absorption effect, the more popular the workshop care products and cosmetics are, but the hyaluronic acid self-made by many people is cheap and not always effective, even the oral hyaluronic acid which is promoted by people can be decomposed into small unit molecules of saccharides and amino acids after gastrointestinal absorption, or can be generated in skin and connective tissues through steps of self-synthesis and the like, and the effect of the hyaluronic acid also needs to be reduced.

Oleic Acid (OA), also known as octadecenoic acid, an unsaturated fatty acid containing one double bond, increases fluidity of skin lipids, causes lamellar phase separation, can penetrate into skin lipids to form an asymmetric spatial configuration, produces fine, easily permeable fluidity channels, simultaneously lowers phase transition temperature of stratum corneum lipid bilayers, increases freedom of membrane lipid movement and fluidity, and is a well-known ideal fatty acid having transdermal promoting effect.
When the skin structure is observed by a microscope, the lipid membranes of the horny layer have cavities which are tiny, independent and unconnected with each other and are positioned in the gaps of horny cells, and the cavities are the channels for various substances to enter into epidermis, dermis and even subcutaneous tissues through the skin, and the permeability of the horny layer in the state is low.
The oil camellia flower oil is applied to the skin by taking a plurality of active substances as a model, under the action of the oil camellia flower oil, the cavities expand and expand, and the adjacent cavities are fused to finally form a reticular cavity system to form a permeation path, so that the diffusion resistance is reduced, and the molecules of the active substances can pass through the stratum corneum of the skin.
The camellia oleifera oil has excellent skin absorption performance, and has the participation of sasanquasaponin besides the function of high-content oleic acid.
The sasanquasaponin belongs to pentacyclic triterpenoid saponin, is an excellent natural non-ionic surfactant, and has high-efficiency surface activities of emulsification, dispersion, wetting and the like.
