The air cushion communication component 532 comprises air cushion sealing sheets 5321 arranged on the two side supporting air cushions 302 and the bed head supporting air cushion 301, a second electromagnetic valve 5322 and two third electromagnetic valves 5323 are arranged on the air cushion sealing sheets 5321, the input ports of the second electromagnetic valve 5322 and the two third electromagnetic valves 5323 penetrate through the air cushion sealing sheets 5321 to be communicated with the insides of the two side supporting air cushions 302 or the bed head supporting air cushion 301, the output ports of the second electromagnetic valve 5322 and the two third electromagnetic valves 5323 are connected with a four-way joint 5324 through air pipes, and the output port of the four-way joint 5324 is connected with any input port of the second four-way valve 531 through air pipes.
Two third electromagnetic valves 5323 on one air cushion communication assembly 532 are respectively communicated with any one of the third electromagnetic valves 5323 on the other two air cushion communication assemblies 532 through air pipes, and the plurality of third electromagnetic valves 5323 and the plurality of second electromagnetic valves 5322 are electrically connected with the control terminal 54.
The air mattress communication assembly 532 is in simultaneous communication with both the side support air mattress 302 and the bedside support air mattress 301 via three air mattress communication assemblies 532 and the air mattress communication assembly 532 has an air flow rate not less than three times the air flow rate of the input port of the second four-way valve 531.
When the device is used for inflating the functional air cushion mechanism 3, the control terminal 54 is controlled to selectively inflate the bedside support air cushion 301 or the support air cushion 302 on either side according to requirements.
The control terminal 54 controls the inflating device 51 to start operating, the inflating device 51 pumps air into the first four-way valve 522 through the air pipe, and the control terminal 54 controls the corresponding output port to be opened at the same time, so that the pumped air can enter the corresponding air cushion through the air pipe, until the air cushion supporting effect meets the requirements of a user, the control terminal 54 controls the inflating device 51 to stop operating, and simultaneously controls the three input ports of the first four-way valve 522 to be closed at the same time.
When it is necessary to deflate the head support cushion 301 or the support cushions 302 on either side, the control terminal 54 controls all cushion communication components 532 and the first solenoid valve 533 of the parallel deflation mechanism 53 to open, so that the air in the cushion can be exhausted through the corresponding cushion communication components 532, the second four-way valve 531 and the first solenoid valve 533 in sequence.
Wherein, the air cushion discharges air through the second solenoid valve 5322 and the four-way joint 5324 which pass through the air cushion communication assembly 532 in sequence, and discharges the air through the two third solenoid valves 5323 in a shunting manner to the other two air cushion communication assemblies 532.
Wherein, air cushion intercommunication subassembly 532 can communicate with other two air cushion intercommunication subassemblies 532 to also can discharge through second cross valve 531 and first solenoid valve 533 through other two air cushion intercommunication subassemblies 532, therefore the speed of air cushion exhaust air is about 3 times fast relatively nature exhaust speed, has promoted the practicality of device.
